“What did she think he was?”

“Shu Yin, does this count as him putting a green hat on me?” Sa Ren asked.

Lin Shu Yin scratched her head, “Well, it kind of does, but it kind of doesn’t.”

It counts because Sa Ren’s ex didn’t break up with her before going after someone else. But it doesn’t count because Sa Ren’s ex’s parents had already spoken to Sa Ren’s parents.

“This Bai Yin Tara is so shameless.” Lin Jian She said angrily.

They were all from the same village, and Lin Jian She knew this Bai Yin Tara. Ao Dun had mentioned him, saying he was his future brother-in-law.

Lin Shu Yin looked at Lin Jian She and asked Sa Ren, “Sa Ren, what are you going to do?”

Sa Ren, “What can I do? He’s not here now. It’s like punching cotton. I can’t do anything. Just let it be.”

She wouldn’t wait for him to come back to the village and give her an explanation. She wouldn’t wait until next weekend to come back and demand an explanation.
