Chapter 43: Is This Really a Blind Date?

“Commander has arrived!”

Everyone, who had been gathered in a group, suddenly dispersed upon hearing that Commander had arrived.

He finally spoke up, “Su Yi, take care of yourself and don’t embarrass yourself in the unit.”

Su Yi shot him a disdainful glance and retorted, “What do you mean by ’embarrassment’?”

“Is talking about relationships with Commander considered embarrassing?”

“Or is having someone like you as a former fiancé more embarrassing?”

“How about the embarrassment of you two sneaking around in secret?”

“You two have made a public spectacle of yourselves. Who could be more embarrassing than you?”

“You’re the ones making a scene!”

Su Yi vented her frustrations in one breath, leaving both of them stunned and thoroughly satisfied.

Bai Ruolin, coming to her senses, was so angry she didn’t know how to respond. She raised her hand, preparing to strike Su Yi.

Su Yi was already prepared and grabbed her hand firmly.

With a swift motion, Su Yi slapped Bai Ruolin across the face!

Bai Ruolin immediately let out a scream, “Brother Qin, help me restrain her!”

Qin Yunfeng looked at Su Yi with displeasure, “You’ve gone too far. Why did you hit someone?”

Su Yi gave him a perplexed look and said, “Are you blind? She made the first move. I was only defending myself!”

Bai Ruolin refused to back down, shouting for Qin Yunfeng to hold Su Yi while she sought revenge.

Su Yi coldly addressed Qin Yunfeng, “If you lay a hand on me, I’ll take the divorce papers and report both of you tomorrow!”

Qin Yunfeng pressed his lips together, not daring to act.

Just as Bai Ruolin was about to lunge at Su Yi for a fight, someone suddenly shouted from the darkness, “What’s going on here?”
