Chapter 12 Su Xiwan? Is That You?
Ji Hangyi, who was originally afraid, quickly took the protective talisman that Su Xiwan handed him. He carefully put it in his pocket and patted it gently, making sure it was secure before he felt relieved.
Then, Ji Hangyi, who had been timid a moment ago, seemed like a different person. He confidently followed behind Su Xiwan, heading towards his bedroom.
They slowly reached the door of Ji Hangyi’s bedroom. As soon as they stood at the door, a chill, like a cold snake, slithered out from the crack of the door and quickly wrapped around their ankles.
With a “click,” Su Xiwan grabbed the doorknob and opened the door to Ji Hangyi’s bedroom without hesitation. After Qiao Feiyan and Ji Hangyi entered the room, they only felt that the temperature in the room was much lower than outside. They couldn’t see anything else out of the ordinary with their naked eyes.
However, this was not the case for Su Xiwan. Her keen eyes immediately saw a shadowy figure hiding in the corner. The shadow, upon seeing someone enter, instantly revealed a ferocious look in its eyes. Especially when it saw Ji Hangyi, the ghost’s eyes showed a hint of greed without any disguise.
The shadow, upon noticing Su Xiwan’s gaze, froze for a moment, seemingly surprised that Su Xiwan could see it. It was initially taken aback, then it began to glare at Su Xiwan with a vicious look, making various frightening movements, trying to scare her.
Su Xiwan, however, simply looked at the ghost calmly and said:
“Don’t think you can scare me like that!”
Qiao Feiyan and Ji Hangyi, hearing Su Xiwan’s words, were both curious. Qiao Feiyan couldn’t wait to ask:
“Xiwan, who are you talking to? Did you see something?”
Ji Hangyi, hearing Su Xiwan’s words, was still a little scared even though he had the protective talisman. He hid behind Su Xiwan in fear.
Su Xiwan, hearing Qiao Feiyan’s words, kept her eyes fixed on the shadowy figure while saying:
“Yes, I see it. This thing has no consciousness, I don’t know why it didn’t go to the underworld after death, instead, it’s attached to an antique.”
This ghost had completely lost its intelligence, it was simply unconsciously trying to attach itself to anything or anyone it could.
Su Xiwan looked at the shadowy figure. It was probably the easiest ghost to deal with among all the ghosts. So, she didn’t hesitate, opened her backpack, and took out a Hexagram Talisman. Actually, using this Hexagram Talisman to deal with this ghost was a bit of a waste, but it was the only talisman in her backpack that could deal with this thing.
So, Su Xiwan held the Hexagram Talisman in her hand and chanted:
【Six Hexagrams, Nine Chapters, Heaven is Round and Earth is Square, Four Seasons Five Elements, Sun and Moon are Light……….Urgent as a Law, Go!】
As soon as the words left her lips, Su Xiwan threw the Hexagram Talisman towards the ghost. The ghost, seeing the Hexagram Talisman flying towards it, couldn’t help but jump forward, but the golden light emitted by the Hexagram Talisman enveloped it.
The ghost, under the golden light, let out a miserable cry, a piercing and ear-splitting sound, as if it could pierce through one’s soul. Then, it instantly vanished into thin air, disappearing without a trace.
The moment the ghost disappeared, Su Xiwan suddenly felt a surge of spiritual energy in her body. This made Su Xiwan feel a little strange. It was the same thing after she saved Mrs. Zhou last time. Could it be that the merit she was supposed to receive was converted into spiritual energy?
Qiao Feiyan and Ji Hangyi, standing behind Su Xiwan, widened their eyes in astonishment as they watched the golden light emitted by the talisman and the piercing scream just now.
Although Qiao Feiyan had helped Su Xiwan sell many talismans, this was the first time she had seen Su Xiwan catch a ghost. At this moment, Qiao Feiyan was even more convinced of Su Xiwan’s abilities, and she was increasingly hopeful about their online store business.
After everything returned to calm, Ji Hangyi cautiously looked at the place where the talisman had just emitted light, then looked at Su Xiwan and asked:
“Master Su, is the dirty stuff gone?”
Su Xiwan turned around and nodded to Ji Hangyi, saying:
“Yes, you’re lucky this time. The ghost you encountered was the lowest level. If you had encountered an evil spirit, your life would have been in danger!”
Although the ghost has been dealt with, you have been affected by some yin energy, so you should spend more time in the sun these days!”
Ji Hangyi, hearing Su Xiwan’s words, was instantly a little scared. Plus, Su Xiwan said he was a body that attracted yin energy, so he looked at Su Xiwan with a bit of flattery and said:
“That… Master Su, could you sell me a few more protective talismans? Before I find jade and ask you to make a talisman, I want to buy a few more talismans as backup!
Also, for this time you helped me get rid of this dirty thing, how much do you think it costs? I’ll transfer it to you all at once!”
This was the first time Su Xiwan had officially helped someone with this kind of thing. She didn’t know the current market price, but she thought she only used a Hexagram Talisman, which was sold for a thousand yuan on their online store. So, Su Xiwan extended a finger towards Ji Hangyi, about to say the words “one thousand.”
Ji Hangyi, as if he understood, said:
“Master Su, you mean ten thousand? That’s so cheap, no, I’ll give you one hundred thousand. By the way, I’ll also buy ten protective talismans from you, I’ll transfer you a total of one hundred and ten thousand!”
Then, Ji Hangyi wanted to add Su Xiwan on WeChat and transfer the money to her. Su Xiwan chuckled and said to Ji Hangyi:
“No, that’s too much, I was thinking about only charging…”
Before Su Xiwan could finish, she was interrupted by Ji Hangyi:
“Master Su, this price really can’t be considered too much. I heard from my friends that the Feng Shui masters they found sometimes cost millions or even tens of millions!”
Su Xiwan, hearing Ji Hangyi say this, no longer refused. She thought to herself that she wouldn’t keep all this money. She would donate half of it to some charities.
Su Xiwan didn’t have much desire for money, but she did crave the spiritual energy converted from merit, because her own spiritual energy was limited, and with spiritual energy, she could do more things.
Qiao Feiyan also took out ten protective talismans from her backpack and handed them to Ji Hangyi. Ji Hangyi added Su Xiwan on WeChat and transferred the money to her.
Seeing that Ji Hangyi’s matter had been resolved, Su Xiwan politely declined Ji Hangyi’s offer to drive them back. After saying goodbye to Ji Hangyi, the two of them walked towards the entrance of the community.
As Su Xiwan and Qiao Feiyan reached the entrance of Ji Hangyi’s community, they heard a familiar voice: “Xiwan?”
Su Xiwan, hearing the voice, looked up and saw Su’s family’s car parked there. Su Maoyu, who had just called out to Su Xiwan, was opening the car door and getting out.
Su Xiwan looked at Su Maoyu calmly, a hint of impatience flashing in her eyes. After Su Maoyu got out of the car, he came to Su Xiwan. Seeing her now, he found her even more beautiful than he had seen in the car.
He didn’t expect that Su Xiwan, after changing her attire, would be so beautiful and charming. He wondered if Su Xiwan’s previous style in the Su family was intentional, otherwise, why did she reveal her true appearance after leaving the Su family?
