Being Watched?

Originally, Fang Dawei thought that with a few sweet words, he could persuade Aunt Yu to return. However, she completely ignored him and even blocked him. He tried having his sister and father contact her, but they were also blocked.

“Mom, when you hear the doorbell, just pretend no one’s home. If they keep coming and find no one here, they’ll eventually get bored and leave.”

“But they’re…” Grandma Yu was about to say “friends,” but Aunt Yu interrupted her, “Mom, have you considered that your card-playing friends might be after Momo? It’s been so long. Some people may have found out where Momo lives.”

Grandma Yu shivered at the thought. “They’re after Momo?”

“Mom, have you ever disguised yourself?”

Grandma Yu shook her head. She hadn’t.

“Mom, please don’t bring too much trouble to Momo, okay? Not one of those women is easy to deal with. The longer they stay, the more likely they are to run into Momo. Do you think we can keep her hidden?”

Grandma Yu shook her head. As soon as they saw Momo, everything would be exposed. After all, Momo’s appearance had already been revealed across the galaxy.

“Mom, you and I are probably already on many people’s radar,” Aunt Yu said, looking at her mother. Although Grandma Yu looked much younger now, her face was still the same—just with fewer wrinkles.
