The Female Villain and Male Villain Have a Kid Now: Chapter 12-1

{“Let her do it!” 1}

Seeing Bian Yuan again felt like spotting the “God of Wealth” from a hundred meters away.

Bian Yuan had a powerful presence; whether intentionally or not, his existence was impossible to ignore.

At the same time, despite their differences in academic arrangements and some disagreements with the little one, Yu Suyue had no intention of exposing the child’s privacy.

If anyone learned that Bian Yixing was Bian Yuan’s daughter, it was likely that everyone wouldn’t play around with her so freely anymore; they would carry a lot of mental baggage. Yu Suyue chose to avoid a direct confrontation with Mr. Bian.

Yet, the more she did so, the more she regretted not accepting his “black card.”

Look at the precious youth she sacrificed to hide this father-daughter relationship.

Noticing her distraction, the dorm leader asked, “Where are you going? Aren’t we supposed to go across to buy strawberry milk?”

Yu Suyue had to brush it off, saying, “I suddenly don’t want any.”

At that moment, the little one chimed in like someone unaware of the situation, demanding milk tea.

Having just vowed outside the KTV to “take care” of the big shot’s daughter, Yu Suyue suddenly lost her confidence. She sensed that Bian Yixing was a child with strong opinions who wouldn’t always go along with her plans.

Yu Suyue slowly squatted down and pointed towards Bian Yuan, who was surveying the mall from a distance, and whispered to the little one, “Your dad is over there inspecting things.”

“What of it?” the little one said, hands on her hips. “Am I supposed to be afraid of him?”

“Aren’t you worried about others finding out you’re his daughter?”

The child turned away, mumbling something Yu Suyue couldn’t understand, something like, “I didn’t dislike him when he was in court.” Her face radiated a fearless confidence, making Yu Suyue wonder if she was overthinking things.

Still, Yu Suyue wanted to pull Bian Yixing back a bit; after all, recognizing her dad in public could lead to complications she couldn’t afford.

She subtly mentioned, “You two just had a fight yesterday…”

Bian Yixing puffed her cheeks again. “Then he should see that without him, I, little Xingxing, am still very popular everywhere.”

“Are you going to prepare an ‘apology’?”

Bian Yixing’s eyes widened. “Are you crazy, Susu?”

“I could never have imagined you’d take his side.”

The little adult couldn’t help but reflect; money truly was a powerful thing, able to sway her kind mother, who had always stood by her during their arguments.

She nearly wished for an open space to shout it out right then and there.

Then, she casually solved a few higher-level equations to earn some extra pocket money for Yu Suyue.

But Bian Yixing held back; she didn’t want to reveal her talents too soon, fearing it would lessen her mother’s future surprise.

Pouting, she explained, “Anyway, all the issues between him and me are his fault. Susu, you don’t have to take sides, but you absolutely can’t trust that bad man.”

Seeing the little one’s earnest advice, Yu Suyue couldn’t help but nod in agreement.

Feeling satisfied, the little one confidently led her mom and the aunts who liked her close to where Bian Yuan was inspecting.

From an outsider’s perspective, Yu Suyue found the father-daughter dynamic amusing.

The daughter strutted past her father, who seemed too preoccupied with his own affairs to notice the child beside him. As Bian Yixing walked by, he cast a thoughtful glance with his deep black eyes.

That look carried a clear warning.

The little one expected a moment of acknowledgment from her dad, but Bian Yuan didn’t even spare her a glance.

Before she knew it, the unpleasant memories from last night resurfaced, and Bian Yixing’s eyes welled up with tears.

Seeing this, Yu Suyue wanted to scoop Bian Yixing up and take her away from the tense situation, both to avoid conflict and to protect their privacy.

But Bian Yixing wouldn’t lift her legs off the ground, resisting being picked up, and her cries grew louder, showing no signs of restraint in the bustling mall.

When the little one spat out the words “bad man,” her gaze was fixed on Bian Yuan, who was surrounded by a crowd not far away.

Yu Suyue could only continue to stand outside the trendy milk tea shop, trying to soothe Bian Yixing’s hurt feelings.

She didn’t want to directly ask Bian Yuan what had happened; how could the father and daughter have been so close in the grand castle yesterday, only to be in this situation today at the mall?

Yu Suyue knew this wasn’t the right time to confront him.

She observed a group of what seemed to be high-ranking executives obediently surrounding Bian Yuan.

Suddenly, someone mentioned, “This little one is quite cute, but why is she crying and making a scene in public like a little brat?”

Not only did Bian Yuan hear it, but both Yu Suyue and Bian Yixing, who were not far away, caught that casual jab.

It was a kind of criticism Bian Yixing had never encountered in her life.

Her heart sank to the bottom.
