The door was pushed open from the outside, and both of us turned our heads to look.

He Jincheng’s face was cold: “Why is he here?”

Cheng Xinxin was startled awake. She quickly looked at me, then at He Jincheng, standing by the door.

Ji Mingxin had already gone over to comfort her. I walked to the door and pointed outside, saying, “Get out!”

“Cheng Yu, tell me why he’s here. Are you two… together now?”

His eyes were red, full of hurt and disbelief. “Tell me, are you with him now?”

“This has nothing to do with you. I told you to get out.”

He Jincheng was strong, and even though one of his hands was in a cast, I was no match for him.

The loud crash attracted doctors and nurses, and I was pulled away.

Ji Mingxin also came over to stop me. He raised his eyebrows at He Jincheng and smiled. “Yu, you shouldn’t fight over me.”

Since it was me who had been beating up He Jincheng, everyone was holding me back, no one stopping him.
