Chapter 172: She Has Her Reasons

Xiaobao , like a little show-off, kept opening her mouth and making “ah” sounds. Lin Xiangnan looked at Gu Zhenjun and asked tentatively, “Do you think Xiaobao  would cry if I didn’t feed her?”

“She would!” Gu Zhenjun answered confidently.

Sure enough, after two seconds, Xiaobao , who had been waiting for food, burst into tears with a “wa.”

Lin Xiangnan didn’t dare to pull away from Xiaobao  anymore and quickly stuffed the bottle into her mouth.

“Don’t cry, don’t cry, eat quickly. It’s not like I was slow for a while, you’re so impatient.”

After calming Xiaobao  down, Lin Xiangnan’s eyes turned to Da Bao, whom Gu Zhenjun was holding, and she looked eager to try.

Gu Zhenjun tightened his grip on the child, “Sister-in-law, I’ll take Dabaoout to play.”

“You take Xiaobao . Leave Dabao with me. Xiaobao  just played with me and got hungry, now it’s Da Bao’s turn.”

Lin Xiangnan complained, “I don’t know what’s wrong. Both kids love to eat and hate to move.”

“It’s good luck for kids to be chubby.” Gu Zhenjun looked at Dabao in his arms and couldn’t bear to let go.

“You’re so young, why do you have the same taste as my mom?”

Lin Xiangnan directly reached out and took Da Bao, saying mercilessly, “After Xiaobao  finishes her milk, you take her out to play.”

Gu Zhenjun looked at Dabao sympathetically, but he dared not resist his sister-in-law and could only quickly take Xiaobao  away.

One is better than none.

When Gu Zhenjun returned home at noon, he saw Dabao already asleep from exhaustion. He couldn’t help but ask Lin Xiangnan, “Sister-in-law, aren’t you going to work today?”

Before Lin Xiangnan could finish, Gu Zhenjun quickly said, “I can manage, I can manage. I can keep them in bed and let them play by themselves. You don’t need to take a day off.”

Gu Zhenjun didn’t feel at ease with Lin Xiangnan taking care of the children.

“Yes. She crawled for a while.” Gu Zhenjun quickly spoke for Xiaobao .

The two children were still young and had just learned to crawl, one could only crawl backwards, and the other could only spin in circles.

Every time Lin Xiangnan saw them crawling around on the bed, she couldn’t help but laugh.

Gu Zhenjun couldn’t persuade Lin Xiangnan’s behavior of teasing the children, so he could only say in a low voice, “Sister-in-law, take it easy, don’t make the children cry. They are both smart now, they are not easy to coax.”

“Don’t worry, I know what I’m doing. If I make them cry, I’ll take full responsibility.” Lin Xiangnan said confidently.

Every day, Lin Xiangnan would make one of the two children cry. But the effect was also obvious, in just a few days, the two children visibly lost some weight.

How come you have so much free time to tease the children every day?
