Chapter 59 Baby, tonight, don’t cry.
Downstairs, Ming Yin listened expressionlessly to the boy opposite, who talked endlessly about his various experiences of world travel over the years, with a tone of superiority.
“Do you think so?” Yao Li finished speaking and wanted to interact with her.
Ming Yin’s lips curled, then quickly fell back.
She lowered her head to focus on what she was eating; she had to admit the food was quite delicious.
However, as she ate, she suddenly felt a chill behind her.
She turned back as if sensing something, then stared in surprise, wide-eyed, watching Pei Que stride towards her like a shooting star.
How did he get here?
She suddenly felt a little guilty, but then thought again that she hadn’t done anything wrong, and her face calmly regained composure.
Pei Que recognized the little woman in the gray tight skirt at a glance. A few days ago, she was still tenderly enjoying herself under him, but today she was sitting in front of another man discussing marriage.
Good.
Very good.
Pei Que had already controlled his emotions when he came out of the elevator, his face calm and still playful.
He walked straight over, under Yao Li’s gaze, bent over, one hand on Ming Yin’s chair back, the other on the table, completely bringing her under his control.
Then he lowered his head, a playful smile on his lips, but his eyes were cold, his voice not loud but enough for Yao Li to hear, “Baby, what are you doing, hmm?”
The ending rose, making people inexplicably tremble.
Yao Li looked in shock at the intimate man and woman in front of her, unable to form a coherent sentence: “Pei, President Pei, you…”
Ming Yin subtly frowned.
She reached out to touch the man’s chest, ignoring the faint dark color in Pei Que’s eyes, and turned to explain to Yao Li, “We have no relationship at all.”
Pei Que laughed mockingly, his peach blossom eyes staring intently at the proud woman.
Suddenly, he grabbed the woman’s wrist, forcefully pulled her up, then his arm wrapped around her waist, ignoring her resistance and directly pressing her into his arms, a strong possessive posture.
Pei Que’s hand was in his pocket, looking down at Yao Li disdainfully, teasingly saying, “What do you think our relationship is.”
Annoyed by his actions, Ming Yin pushed his shoulders hard, coldly saying, “Pei Que, that’s enough, you have no right to interfere in my life.”
Pei Que’s peach blossom eyes dimmed for a moment, a hint of cruel meaning crept into the smile at the corner of his mouth, his voice lowered in her ear, “Baby, don’t play too hard.”
His tone was gentle and soothing, like a whisper between lovers, but each word was wrapped in a cold blade.
“I’m not that easy to please.”
His soft, hoarse voice was pleasant and enticing, but Ming Yin felt a chill creeping up her spine.
Pei Que was never a good person.
“Pei Que.” She calmed down, forcing herself to say calmly, “Between us is just a transaction of mutual consent, I still have to marry…”
“Get out!” Pei Que suddenly tore off his hypocritical mask, speaking sharply to interrupt Ming Yin, his oppressive tone chilling.
Yao Li’s legs suddenly weakened, and she quickly staggered away at the fastest speed.
Ming Yin’s heart was filled with panic, “…What are you going to do?”
All emotions in Pei Que’s peach blossom eyes disappeared, and an overwhelming pressure emanated from him.
Ming Yin was afraid of this side of Pei Que, carrying a dark intent to destroy everything.
She instinctively wanted to run, but Pei Que still held her waist, making her unable to move.
“Pei Que, don’t mess around.” She raised her voice but lacked confidence.
Pei Que remained silent, after an extreme silence, he bent over directly, lifted her around the waist, and strode towards the direction of the elevator.
“Xiang Tao, inform the person in charge to open the top floor suite and prepare what should be prepared.”
Xiang Tao wiped the cold sweat from his forehead and hurried to make the arrangements.
Ming Yin realized what Pei Que wanted to do, and she began to struggle violently.
“Pei Que, you can’t, I don’t want to do it today!”
“Pei Que, put me down!”
Ming Yin, disregarding the gazes of those around her, was single-mindedly trying to bring back the rationality that Pei Que had long abandoned.
Pei Que was full of tricks, and tonight he was also filled with anger, making her a little scared.
In that matter, she had always been the passive one.
“Pei Que!”
Pei Que turned a deaf ear, a mix of indescribable irritability and unknown anger stirring within him, making him only want to harshly punish the woman in front of him.
…
“Ah!”
With a cry, Ming Yin was thrown onto the soft bed, her whole body bouncing due to inertia.
Pei Que stood in front of the window, his expression cold.
He reached up and directly unbuttoned his shirt, then knelt on the bed with one knee, inching closer.
Ming Yin panicked and tried to run.
Just as she twisted around, her ankle was grabbed by the man’s large palm.
A strong force came, pulling her directly under the man’s gaze.
His long legs were both kneeling on the bed, spread on either side of her body, buttons undone halfway, and in his peach blossom eyes was a desire to destroy everything.
“Pei Que, you can’t do this.” She struggled to move backward with her hands behind her.
Pei Que let out a faint laugh from his chest, looking disdainfully at her feeble resistance, as if teasing a fragile prey.
“What can’t I do?” he pressed down.
Ming Yin was originally wearing a tight-fitting dress, and the recent movements caused the hem of the dress to slide up, revealing her long, fair legs.
Pei Que leaned in, smiling maliciously, “Can’t do this?”
“Pei Que, you’re going too far. At most, we’re just friends with benefits. Men marrying and women marrying are irrelevant. You have no right to treat me like this!”
Pei Que’s irritability grew stronger.
Smirking, “So you didn’t tell me about your relationship with Qin Weizhao because you wanted to leave cleanly?”
“That’s right!”
“Heh.” Pei Que teased, “Baby, I won’t let you go. How will you leave?”
Ming Yin couldn’t believe it, “On what grounds!”
“You can linger among the flowers, but I can’t plan for my future?”
“Why can you have so many women, and I can’t even find someone to marry peacefully?”
The mention of “marriage” was unexpectedly grating to Pei Que, and he refused to accept it.
“Yinyin, you probably forgot that it was you who, in the beginning, actively provoked me.”
He emphasized the word “actively” heavily.
Ming Yin was stunned.
“I regret it now!”
*Snap!*
Pei Que’s last strand of rationality snapped.
He looked at her indifferently for a few seconds, his eyes so deep that nothing could be seen at the bottom.
“Baby, tonight, don’t cry.”
Ming Yin, looking at his expression, raised her hand in fear to stop him from getting closer.
Pei Que directly grabbed her wrist, crossed it heavily above her head, and pressed it down firmly.
Then he leaned over, with a dominant sense of plunder.
