Chapter 21: Levi vs. Claude
Levi was already very familiar with Miller’s outburst routine.
First came the interrogation. “Do you know what you did?”
“Of course, I was fulfilling my duty as a soldier.” Levi picked his ears, looking at the doctor’s expression—he should be fine, and he estimated that he would be able to go back and try the adjusted Pristine Lady in two days.
Then came the counter-question.
“Fulfilling your duty as a soldier?” Miller’s face started to turn red again—but Levi felt secretly happy because Miller looked really cute like that. “Why else would it be?” Levi shrugged. The penultimate stage—answering his own question.
“You’re risking your life to satisfy your own adventurous desires!”
See, even though Miller’s performance was always the same—Levi found it endlessly entertaining.
“I want to live more than anyone else to enjoy life.” Levi thought about going to the bar to eat fried squid and drink beer, plus hitting on girls after he was discharged, and his mood brightened.
The final stage—the eruption…
“Enjoy life—isn’t your greatest pleasure building your happiness on the pain of others? You can drive the Pristine Lady not just because of your talent! Do you even know what the entire Z-Zone has sacrificed for you – “
Levi didn’t intend to stop Miller—like a volcano, it wouldn’t be comfortable unless it erupted.
“And Claude, do you know that we only have three particle cannons in K11, and to save you… No—it should be whether we can save you, he ordered the launch of one!”
“Oh…” Levi blinked—he was still thinking about who was so adventurous to launch a particle cannon to save him, in this way of killing a thousand enemies and harming himself by eight hundred.
Every fortress city is equipped with three particle cannons, which are the second most powerful weapons after the compressed nuclear warheads on the Gazing Station. Normally, they wouldn’t launch them, because no one could predict when they would encounter an invasion of sub-ships—which was a more serious situation than fighter jet battles. Therefore—particle cannons are not allowed to be fired casually, let alone just to save Levi.
“So Claude has quite a bit of authority.” Levi touched his nose.
“Authority? This matter was originally supposed to be the responsibility of Lieutenant General Montel, but it was Claude who insisted on saving you—so he was called to the military court! His military record has always been perfect, such a young major general—do you know how many people want to find an opportunity to step on him?”
“Really?” Levi touched his head—silent for two seconds, then he couldn’t help but laugh. He had always been jealous of Claude’s appearance and demeanor, which made women more fascinated than him—but such a Claude seemed to be infatuated with him. What kind of karmic cycle was this?
“He went to the military court, no wonder I didn’t see him when I came back alive.” Levi smiled and patted Miller’s shoulder, saying in a mature tone, “Don’t worry, Claude is not only good-looking, but his abilities are also enviable. That’s why those guys are only jealous, they won’t really move him. To be on the safe side, even if he is demoted, then Major Miller—wouldn’t you be closer to the Claude you admire?”
“You— ” Miller was going crazy, knowing Levi, according to mathematical statistics—his chances of getting heart disease also increased sharply. Just as he was about to raise his fist, someone pressed him down.
“I’m sorry, Miller, I haven’t been demoted. You and I are still the gap between a major and a major general.” Claude smiled—a simple action that instantly calmed Miller’s mood.
“Claude…”
“Miller, can you go back first today, I think it’s time for me to have a good talk with Lieutenant Van Pelt.” Levi sighed, he hated this kind of conversation the most—the purpose was to make him realize the mistakes he had made.
Miller saluted in a standard military manner, and before turning to leave—he didn’t forget to give Levi a fierce glare. Only Levi and Claude were left in the room.
It might have been an illusion—but Claude looked a little more haggard than usual.
“You’re worried about me. I told you, don’t like me if there’s nothing to it. Your future was almost ruined.” Levi stood by the bed—tilting his head and looking at the other, with his usual carefree look.
“I can control my own future.” Claude walked towards him step by step, “I thought you would have something to say to me.”
“Thank you.” Levi twitched his lips—it seemed that even this thank you was said reluctantly.
“There’s more between you and me than just a ‘thank you’.” Claude’s fingers hooked under Levi’s chin, turning his face to face him.
“What do you want to hear me say?” Levi wanted to push away the other’s fingers—but he didn’t expect that the fingers holding his chin were so strong that it hurt.
“You know what I want, but you keep testing my limits.” The corner of Claude’s mouth curled up with a cold look—which Levi had never seen before.
“I thought that as a scientist—you were like the boundless universe, and your limits would restrict your understanding of the unknown.” Levi deliberately exaggerated in Morris’s tone.
“Indeed, as an explorer—I will never have limits.” Claude walked closer to Levi step by step, that sense of oppression hinted that something was about to erupt, “But as an ordinary man, my tolerance is not as much as you think. Levi, continue to challenge me, and you will only regret it.”
Levi didn’t back down, he simply tilted his chin and looked at Claude—he used his voice to pierce through the illusion, the cruel meaning surged in like a tide, “You’re just immersed in your delusion. You’re not infatuated with me, but with me driving the Pristine Lady. Anyone—even Miller or Morris, as long as they can drive your Pristine Lady, you will be infatuated with them. You’re infatuated with the person who controls your dreams—and I won’t pay for your dreams.”
“You’re so sober that it makes people grit their teeth…” Claude’s profile drew closer to Levi—it was impossible to tell if it was a prank or a real invasion, “Or is it just an excuse to escape?”
Levi put away all his expressions, and said calmly, “Claude, remember the agreement between us—no kissing, no hugging, no sexual harassment of any kind.” “And I also remember my answer—i’ll try my best.” A punch went out—Levi was confident in his punching speed, but Claude dodged it and stood there coldly watching Levi. Levi wiped his chin, which was pinched painfully with the back of his hand and glared. “Is this your true self? You put on a friendly smile every day, and today you finally stopped pretending?”
The corner of Claude’s mouth curled up—a sharp curve, “Since you doubt the reason I like you—why don’t we verify it today?”
“How do you want to verify?” Levi frowned—he didn’t want to admit that Claude’s almost icy smile made him inexplicably afraid.
The other’s movements were too fast for Levi to anticipate—when he was pressed down, he could only stare at Claude’s blue eyes, his head hit the pillow and he felt a little dizzy. But Levi’s reaction was quick—he propped himself up with one hand, and with the other hand he twisted Claude’s wrist.
But Claude saw through everything easily—he twisted his wrist back, and Levi felt a cold sweat from the pain.
“What are you doing—” Levi gritted his teeth and looked at the other—Claude’s expression was calm, as if he had everything under control—as if the power of life and death over Levi was in his hands. Claude leaned down, Levi subconsciously turned his head to the side.
But this was just a ridiculous useless effort, Claude let out a sarcastic sneer, and then arrogantly kissed Levi’s lips. It was a crazy, intense kiss—the forceful sucking and entanglement seemed to tear him apart and swallow him whole.
Levi was scared—he kicked and struggled but couldn’t touch the guy who was pressing down on him.
The kiss became more and more twisted, Levi felt a bloodthirsty aura. How could he forget, even if Claude was a scientist—he was also a soldier, he had participated in all the military training, and all the weapons he had researched were for killing.
Levi kept twisting his neck, but it was Claude’s kiss that was really controlling the direction—the saliva didn’t have time to swallow, and it slid down the corner of his lips onto the sheets. Even with the women he bed before, Levi had never kissed them so roughly. But Claude’s kiss was like trying to tear Levi apart and swallow him whole—completely possessing him.
Levi struggled even harder, he wouldn’t tolerate another man suppressing him like this.
But the more he struggled—the more intense Claude’s suppression became. Levi’s hands were just about to break free, when he heard a snap—Claude simply pulled off the IV tube by the bed, skillfully tied his wrists.
“What the hell are you doing – “
“Doing things I can’t do to Miller, Morris, or anyone else.” Claude’s face was devoid of any expression—except for his increasingly dark eyes.
“Let me go!” Levi’s anger erupted, he had never been so angry in his life, and more importantly—he knew that Claude today was not just talking—his wrists tried to break free from the restraints, but they were only tightened even more by the IV tube.
“You can shout louder. The soundproofing in this intensive care ward is excellent.” Claude pulled down Levi’s pants, Levi felt like his heart was about to jump out—he was more nervous than when his fighter jet was shot down. When Levi’s penis was wrapped in the other’s hands, he only felt that he was going crazy—not only Claude but also himself.
“Let me go! Let me go! If you dare to do anything, i’ll kill you—”
“Go ahead—try killing me.” Claude said unhurriedly, taking off his shirt, Levi felt like he was going to collapse—he didn’t want to see him, he didn’t want to see anything!
He was turned over, his nose hit the pillow. “You can go to the military court and tell them that you were fucked by your superior.” Levi struggled in his death throes—but Claude only needed to hold Levi’s waist, and everything was futile.
“If you dare to touch me! I’ll say I was bitten by a dog! You’re the dog! The dog!” Levi went furious. “Then let me be the dog.” Claude lowered his body—kissing Levi’s rear, a gentle lick made Levi’s breath suddenly lengthen.
“You crazy! Why are you kissing me there!”, Levi felt helpless for the first time.
Claude must be a veteran, and definitely a master level one. Levi soon had a reaction—he even buried his head in the pillow, trying his best to suppress his moan, for fear that Claude would find out.
But how could Claude not find out? He chuckled—it was impossible to tell if it was a mockery or a pleasure.
Levi was turned over—his dick was hard and standing tall and proud, which made him want to die.
“Seems like you like my service.”
“Go to hell!”
“Then i’ll die in your body.” Claude pulled Levi’s legs apart, at this moment—Levi felt fear for the first time, he knew what Claude was going to do to him, he absolutely couldn’t tolerate being treated like a woman by anyone, although in fact he was wrong.
Claude lowered his head and took his penis in his mouth.
“Ha…” Levi tilted his head back—the wet, warm sensation leaving his mind blank.
Claude began another long torture. Levi’s senses were completely under the other’s control—he forgot to struggle. No matter how much he cursed at Claude to release him afterwards, the other always found a way to hold him back, gently scraping with his teeth—as if saying, “If you dare to come out, i’ll bite you.”
Levi trembled, until he was too weak to care, and the moment he came—Claude released him. Levi gasped, thinking it was all over—but Claude remained there, kissing his thigh, his knee, his leg, Levi wanted to curl his legs up, but Claude held him down tightly.
