     In fact, when the province and city recommended Xingzhou Island for rating, the recommendation team had already conducted a preliminary evaluation and scoring.      The final scores of the three detailed rules were 910 points, 85 points and 95 points respectively, all of which meet the evaluation standards of 4A-level scenic spots.

 

     Then it will enter the review stage, and the reviewers will check according to the scores inside.      Although Xingzhou Island has been successfully rated as a 4A scenic spot, Li Yaolin is not worried about the lack of tourists, but compared to letting tourists travel through mountains and rivers and various transfers, it is better to provide convenient transportation so that they can reduce the time spent on the road, and the tourists’ experience should be much better.

 

     Li Yaolin’s previous idea was to rent a pier at the Biwan Industrial Port and open a new route. Biwan Port is very close to scenic spots such as Yuhai Park and Romantic Sea House Resort. It is in the center of the Biwan New District. The transportation there is convenient, with direct buses and tourist minibuses, so the new pier is chosen there to take advantage of their transportation routes.

 

     Vice President Qi also contacted and inspected those docks very early, but in the end, these docks were either unwilling to transfer or asked for too high a price. Some of them were docks that connected to the international market, and were backed by state-owned enterprises. Naturally, they would not give up their positions for a tourist attraction.

     Since the previously formulated plan of “renting a new dock and opening a new route” has been overturned, another plan must be thought of to replace this plan.

 

     Li Yaolin’s new plan is to plan and develop a transportation hub route map of “Biwan Station-Xingzhou Island”. Biwan Station is a small station, surrounded by farmland and villages, but there is a highway connected to the highway. It only takes half an hour to take a taxi from there to Baoren Port Terminal, but there are relatively few taxis and online ride-hailing cars, so if there is a tourist line, it will be able to solve the problem of tourists’ difficulty in taking a bus.

 

     But it is easy to imagine that opening a new bus line is not that simple. First of all, the bus company also wants to make money. If there are too few passengers on a line and there is no commercial value, the company will basically not consider operating a new line.

 

     Secondly, the municipal government has a transportation hub line plan. It is not that the bus company can add a new line just because it wants to. It must be approved by the transportation department.

 

     Li Yaolin thinks the problem is not big. The government already has tourism projects to support, and has been promoting and creating rural tourism projects recently.

 

     There are some rural attractions between Biwan Station and Baoren Port. If we can start from this aspect and create a tourist route, so that relatively well-known attractions such as Xingzhou Island can drive the development of rural scenic spots, then the possibility of the government agreeing to add a new tourist transportation route will be greatly increased.

 

     As long as the relevant departments agree, there will be more authoritative people to negotiate with the bus company.
