Villainess Supporting Role, Stand Up! [Quick Transmigration]: Chapter 29-1

During physical education class, Su Wan was zoning out.

The large gymnasium only had one class of students active—some were playing basketball, others were playing tennis, and some were sitting in the stands, idly chatting. These students were all the rich kids who were untouchable by the gym teacher, so he pretended not to see them.

Su Wan was one of them.

She sat in her seat, playing on her phone, while Chang Xiaozhen and a few girls gossiped, discussing which country they would study abroad in.

Class 13, also known as the international class, had many students who didn’t focus on their studies because they would all study abroad after graduation.

“Wanwan, where do you think you’ll go in the future?” one of the girls asked.

Su Wan replied without looking up, “I don’t know, maybe I won’t go.”

“You said you wanted to go to the UK, right?”

A few boys leaned in, shamelessly trying to talk to her, pushing the other girls aside.

“I want to go to the UK too, maybe we can go together.”

“You’re such a trickster. Wanwan, let’s ignore him.”

Chang Xiaozhen made a sound of annoyance and said, “You guys, I’ve never seen you so eager before.”

They kept saying “Wanwan” this way and that, as if they were that familiar with her.

The boys awkwardly laughed.

Their loud chatting attracted some attention from those below. Among them was a boy with black hair and black eyes, slender and expressionless. He also lifted his head to look.

Around him were a few girls, attentively offering him water and towels.

But Shen Tingyan remained unmoved.

His gaze fell on Su Wan and the group of boys next to her. After a moment of silence, he pursed his lips into a straight line.

“Shen Tingyan, pass me the ball!”

“Pass it to me! Quickly!”

On the basketball court, Shen Tingyan dribbled the ball, then threw it towards the shouting classmates. The ball soared through the air in a perfect arc, but it flew over their heads and toward the stands.

With a “thud,” it landed on the seat next to Su Wan.

The boys were startled, almost falling off their seats. One of them quickly yelled down, “Who the hell threw the ball?!”

Su Wan glanced out of the corner of her eye, hearing the sound of the ball hitting the backrest before realizing what had happened. She quietly watched as the ball bounced off the backrest and rolled away on the floor.

And then, it collided with a pair of black eyes.

He picked up the ball from the ground and apologized with no sincerity, “I threw it too hard, sorry.”

It wasn’t just “too hard”—if the ball had hit someone, they probably would have had to go to the hospital right away.

What kind of grudge did he have to throw it with such force?

Su Wan’s eyelids twitched as she thought about where she might have offended Shen Tingyan to make him act so harshly.

Could it be because of… Fang Qianqian?

If the gym teacher hadn’t been present, they might have ended up fighting.

The boys yelled at him to be careful when walking, then gently asked Su Wan if she was scared.

Chang Xiaozhen scoffed, “You guys jumped higher than Wanwan! What a bunch of cowards.”

The boys felt embarrassed.

After physical education class, back in the classroom, Su Wan packed up her books. With finals approaching, Teacher Huang was on the podium, repeatedly telling everyone to study hard for the finals.

Su Wan kept feeling a strong presence behind her.

She turned around to see Shen Tingyan leaning on his hand, watching her with no intention of looking away.

Su Wan asked, “Why are you looking at me?”

Shen Tingyan replied, “You’re in my way.”

“……”
