Chapter 9: Tang Xiao, You Scumbag Sea King
Liu Zihao rushed over and wrapped his arms around Tang Xiao’s neck.
“You scumbag! How could you do that behind my back?”
Liu Zihao was not as tall as Tang Xiao.
Being choked like this made Tang Xiao quite uncomfortable.
“Who did I do this behind? I can’t even carry you. Let go, I’m out of breath.”
“You better confess!” Liu Zihao tightened his grip and wouldn’t let go.
“Confess to what?”
“What were those two beautiful girls doing yesterday?”
It turned out that yesterday, Tang Xiao had been pulled by Tang Xin to a small grove for a talk, which led to a struggle.
Then he was dragged away by Gu Xiaoxi who came out of nowhere, to skip class.
This whole scene was witnessed by the entire class.
“You even held hands! I’ve lived for eighteen years and never held a girl’s hand, yet you did!”
Liu Zihao was heartbroken: “I thought, fine, I’m not as good at studying as you, but I should at least be the first to find a girlfriend, right?
I never expected, you thick-browed, big-eyed guy, to be a Sea King! None of us saw through your true nature!”
Tang Xiao felt a headache coming on: “What Sea King? One of them is my former sister, and the other is my neighbor.”
Liu Zihao punched Tang Xiao a few times: “Good for you, not even giving them a title.
What nonsense are you talking? Do you hear yourself?”
Liu Zihao glared: “Unfilial son! Disloyal!”
Tang Xiao felt speechless.
What was good about being entangled with Tang Xin? It was quite painful.
Liu Zihao’s mindset was very normal.
He was afraid his brother was suffering, but also afraid his brother was driving a Land Rover.
The two were joking around when the class bell rang.
Everyone returned to their seats.
Xia Yuxi rushed into the classroom just as the bell rang.
Xia Yuxi was the school beauty; wherever she went, she drew attention.
Her beautiful eyes were obviously a bit red and swollen.
Liu Zihao poked Tang Xiao.
“Xia Yuxi’s eyes are swollen; she clearly cried last night. What happened? Who could make our school beauty unhappy?”
Tang Xiao shook his head.
“Not sure.”
At that moment, a striking and mature figure walked in.
Xin Ling, the Chinese teacher, began serving as the homeroom teacher for Tang Xiao’s class in their third year.
Xin Ling was in her twenties, tall and stunning, definitely a beauty.
However, as a teacher, she usually wore jeans and a sky-blue shirt, but she still looked very good.
Students from other classes envied Tang Xiao and his classmates.
If they had a homeroom teacher like Xin Ling, they wouldn’t mind having twenty classes a day.
But Tang Xiao and the others didn’t feel the same way.
Although Teacher Xin was beautiful, being a homeroom teacher didn’t mean she was gentle and sweet; she was more like a fierce goddess!
Xin Ling was very strict with her students and yelled at them every day.
In the eyes of Class Seven, how was she beautiful?
On the podium.
Xin Ling tilted her head slightly, her expression serious, looking quite unapproachable.
“I have an announcement today. Recently, there have been unfamiliar people sneaking into our school. Although no harm has occurred yet, this is not a good phenomenon.”
“The school has decided to install barbed wire on the walls starting today. Students, please avoid the construction area to prevent any danger.”
The students looked at each other.
Someone sneaked into our school?
Installing barbed wire?
Everyone looked at Tang Xiao.
Tang Xiao felt both amused and helpless.
Why are you all looking at me? It can’t be because of me, right?
Would the school really install barbed wire because of what happened yesterday?
Am I that important?
Tang Xiao smiled awkwardly, and Teacher Xin actually glanced at him.
Meanwhile, Liu Zihao stood beside him, gloating, and gave Tang Xiao a thumbs-up.
Awesome!
Xin Ling began the class.
The text that Xin Ling taught today had already been memorized by Tang Xiao. Not only that, but he had memorized a lot more.
He originally planned to take out books from other subjects, like he did in English class, but since this was the homeroom teacher’s class, he decided to hold back for now.
For some reason, Tang Xiao felt that Xin Ling kept looking at him today.
“Could it be because I skipped class for more than ten minutes yesterday? That can’t be it; she’s always the one who likes to bully the PE teacher.”
Since Xin Ling became the homeroom teacher, the PE teacher hardly had any healthy days, as she often took over his lessons.
Finally, the bell for the end of class rang.
Xin Ling said, “Class dismissed! Your music teacher is sick. The next lesson will still be mine, so take a break for now. Tang Xiao, come to my office!”
After speaking, she turned and left the classroom.
Liu Zihao was so excited, he started waving his arms around. He thought Tang Xiao was in big trouble.
“Tang Xiao! Doing bad things will bring retribution! Hurry up and accept the justice that’s coming for you!”
“You unfilial child, not even hoping your father does well.”
Tang Xiao cursed under his breath.
Feeling confused, he followed Xin Ling to the office.
There was no one in the office.
Xin Ling was sitting, while Tang Xiao stood.
With a serious expression, Xin Ling asked, “Tang Xiao, why are you dating early? You even skipped class for it! The principal told me about this.”
Tang Xiao replied, “I admit to skipping class, but teacher, you’re wrong. I’m not dating anyone.”
Xin Ling didn’t believe him.
“Wrong? So many people saw it yesterday, even the principal saw your girlfriend. Two of them, in fact. How do you explain that?”
Tang Xiao quickly explained what happened yesterday.
However, he didn’t mention the conflict with the Tang family, as it wasn’t really worth discussing.
Xin Ling listened, but still had her doubts.
“Really? They aren’t your girlfriends?”
Tang Xiao was both amused and exasperated.
“Two of them as my girlfriends? Am I that amazing?”
“Teacher, I swear.”
Hearing this, Xin Ling seemed to relax a little.
“Alright, I’ll trust you for now. But you need to pay attention to your studies…”
Tang Xiao also let out a sigh of relief. He had finally passed the test.
Xin Ling went on to say a few more things.
“Okay, teacher!”
“It’s fine now. You can go back,” Xin Ling waved her hand, signaling that Tang Xiao could leave.
But Tang Xiao stared at Xin Ling’s neck for a while and said, “Teacher Xin, did you sleep on your neck wrong?”
Tang Xiao had noticed that Xin Ling was tilting her head when she came to class today, and he could tell she had a stiff neck.
Xin Ling rubbed her neck, which looked as smooth as a lotus root. “It’s because of you all, stressing me out.”
A common excuse for the homeroom teacher.
“Teacher, I know some techniques. Would you like to give it a try?” Tang Xiao asked.
Tang Xiao had studied some traditional Chinese medicine, mainly focusing on massage and bone-setting techniques.
Since Grandma Deng had poor health, Tang Xiao often gave her massages, gaining plenty of experience.
Although Xin Ling appeared fierce most of the time, it was actually because she was responsible for her students, and she was a good person.
Having lived through many lifetimes, Tang Xiao valued and appreciated every person who was kind to him.
Xin Ling became interested. “You know how to do this? Come, let me see what you’ve got.”
Tang Xiao rolled up his sleeves and walked behind Xin Ling. He gently grasped her head.
“Teacher Xin, you’ll need to bear with the pain a little.”
“?! Ah!!”
A sharp cry of pain echoed in the office.
Xin Ling happily twisted her neck.
“It really doesn’t hurt anymore! Wow, you’re amazing, I didn’t expect you to know this!”
Tang Xiao also massaged her shoulders and neck.
Xin Ling was very beautiful, with a great figure and smooth, flawless skin.
But Tang Xiao didn’t think much of it; he was just seriously giving his teacher a massage.
“Teacher Xin, your shoulders aren’t in great shape. You’re working too hard for us. You should really take more time to rest,” Tang Xiao sincerely advised.
