Chapter 6: Dong Ge
On the day of Dong Chengcai’s wedding, he had just returned from the fields after finishing his work.
He looked at the shy, fair, and pretty girl sitting on the back seat of his bicycle, a big red flower hanging on her, and he couldn’t help but steal a few more glances.
Her delicate figure, even in a white shirt, made it clear she was thin where she should be thin and curvy where she should be curvy.
In the past, when he had a wedding banquet, he drank a few extra glasses of wine. After returning home, his head was groggy, so he took a cold shower and went to sleep.
He didn’t know if he was thinking about it during the day or dreaming about it at night, but that night, he dreamed of an extra woman on his bed.
The woman who was supposed to be his neighbor.
She lay on his bed, gritting her teeth under him, enduring his endless demands.
Her waist, not too tight to grasp, and her full, white, tender, and smooth breasts like jade, made him want to ravish her.
“Damn!”
Gu Dongqing cursed in a low voice and turned over to sit up. He stood up, glanced down at his pants, cursed again, and got out of bed to go to the toilet in the yard.
He slammed the door shut, somewhat angrily.
The toilet door remained closed for a long time before Gu Dongqing walked out.
He had just taken a cold shower. He was wearing big pants, a wet vest, and flip-flops full of water, his whole body filled with anger.
Just thinking about the married woman, he reacted. His body had been empty for too long, and it seemed like it was time for a blind date.
Jiang Mingyue stayed at home for three days.
Three days later, the injury on her face had healed.
Dong Chengcai and Duan Ping came to the door of Jiang’s house in Qianjin Village again, apologized to the old man and old lady, and promised again and again that they would never hurt Jiang Mingyue in the future.
The weather-beaten faces of the old man and old lady still showed anger, but Jiang Mingyue kept looking towards Dong Chengcai.
The meaning was clear.
She had already relented.
Dong Chengcai was secretly proud.
Duan Ping was also cursing in her heart!
If it weren’t for her son, why would she have joined the Jiang family, a poor family?
Finally, under Dong Chengcai’s eloquent persuasion and assurance, Old Man Jiang and the Old Lady relented.
They let Jiang Mingyue go back with them,
but if what happened a few days ago happened again, they would try their best to get Jiang Mingyue and Dong Chengcai to divorce.
Duan Ping agreed with a smile on her face, and Dong Chengcai walked up to Jiang Mingyue and reached out to grab her hand.
Jiang Mingyue avoided him shyly, “Mom, they are still here.”
She was good-looking, and when she lowered her eyes shyly, there was a hint of wanting to resist but to welcome them.
It made Dong Chengcai’s heart itch.
However, Duan Ping glanced at her and realized he didn’t hold hands and went to push the bicycle instead.
Jiang Mingyue’s lips curved into a mocking smile.
She said goodbye to her grandparents, touched her younger sister Man Yue’s head, looked at her third sister Jiang Xinyue, and then returned to town with Dong Chengcai and the others.
The Dong family rode a bicycle. It was just enough to sit on at first, but it was not enough when they went back.
Who to let sit in the car and who to walk has become a problem that Dong Chengcai needs to solve now.
Um, Brother Chengcai…” Jiang Mingyue’s soft voice sounded. She raised her eyes and looked at Dong Chengcai with timid eyes, showing her shyness and timidity. She performed it to the extreme.
In fact, it’s not really a performance. She had this character before she was reborn.
It’s just that she was reborn and her mind changed.
You can take your mother-in-law away first, and I can just walk back.”
This was Dong Chengcai’s original plan.
But when Jiang Mingyue said it, he felt that this was not the case.
“This…”
Okay, it’s rare for Mingyue to show her filial piety. Let’s go back first. She is used to this way, so there is no problem.” Duan Ping said something.
Jiang Mingyue nodded with bright eyes.
Her appearance made the mother and son excited. A thought popped up in his mind.
Jiang Mingyue was really stupid in studying. She didn’t even realize that she had suffered a huge loss. She was a fool and an idiot.
At Duan Ping’s urging, Dong Chengcai drove Duan Ping away. Jiang Mingyue watched them leave with a soft smile.
She didn’t stop smiling until they disappeared from sight,
Grandpa and grandma, I’m going to town first.”
Waving to the family behind her, she gave Xinyue a look that only their sisters could understand, then turned around and walked slowly towards the town.
When passing through the village, she met people in the village who asked her why she was going, and she was all polite.
She explained with a smile, “My mother-in-law and brother Chengcai came to pick me up, and I’m going back to Dong’s house.”
After she finished speaking, she smiled and waved, looking very happy.
After she left, the person who asked the question sighed, “Why is this girl Mingyue so stupid? How can anyone apologize and ride a bicycle, while the person who was beaten walked instead?”
Oh, this Dong family looks so glamorous, but I didn’t expect them to be so unkind to others. If Mingyue girl marries in, I’m afraid there will be hardships in the future!”
The voice floating behind her reached Jiang Mingyue’s ears. She smiled lightly and had no reaction.
When someone asked her on the way, she would still say the same thing.
Tonglin Town is not big, so it won’t take long for the news to come out. It will spread everywhere.
Jiang Mingyue faced the wind with a slight curve at the corner of her lips. This was not a fake smile, but a smile from the bottom of her heart.
About two kilometers away, the sound of a bicycle bell rang.
Jiang Mingyue immediately put away the true feelings on her face, her expression became timid and timid,
and she moved to the side to avoid it.
“Dinglingling…”
The bicycle stopped beside her.
“Jiang Mingyue.”
A low, familiar male voice sounded.
Jiang Mingyue raised her head and saw the tall figure riding a bicycle. She recognized it. It was Gu Dongqing.
On the wedding day, Dong Chengcai even took her to toast him.
He was also present when she plotted against Dong Yumei a few days ago.
“Brother Dong…”
She lowered her head and called out as softly as a mosquito.
Gu Dongqing looked at the girl in front of her with her head hanging, her hair exposed. He clicked his tongue against his back molar,
“Still pretending?”
Jiang Mingyue’s heart skipped a beat, and she raised her head and looked at the man in front of her with confusion.
“Pretending?” What to pretend?
She reached out and rummaged through her faded schoolbag, pretending to hand it to him, “Brother Dong, do you want to pack something?”
“Tsk…”
Gu Dongqing had no intention of playing with her.
He didn’t even know why he stopped to talk to a married woman.
It seemed that he saw her back from a distance and stopped unconsciously after confirming that it was her.
Are you going to Dong’s house?”
Gu Dongqing took the lead in changing the subject.
Jiang Mingyue still had the same confused expression that was always slow.
Brother Chengcai is here to pick me up.”
Tsk! Gu Dongqing’s big hand resting on the handle rang the bell of the bicycle.
He raised his eyes and looked into the distance, seeming to be talking to her, but also to himself.
“Dong Jianguo is not a simple character!”
After saying this, he rushed out on his bicycle.
Jiang Mingyue lowered her eyes, looked at the muddy ground under her feet and the thousand-layer bottom on her feet, and smiled silently.
She naturally knew that Dong Jianguo was not simple, but what should she do? She already knew where Dong Jianguo’s destiny was…
“Ding-ding-ding, ding-ding!”
The ringing bell rang again. Jiang Mingyue raised her head and saw that the man who was supposed to have gone away suddenly turned back and shouted at extremely fast speed. Rushing towards her at a fast speed.
She stood there blankly, watching the bicycle getting closer and closer, unable to give any reaction.
On the bicycle, the face with a mischievous smile was full of evilness that could not be ignored.
