T/L NOTE: From here, these chapters are fragments of EXTRAS…
(so if you found that the sequence is wrong, just read like a ‘slice of life’)
Taking advantage of the fact that Fu Zhixu’s new drama had not started filming yet and Yu Yuan had no classes on Friday, Fu Zhixu invited Fang Qian and other college friends to go to Jellyfish Bay together.
I should have gone there a long time ago, but because so many things happened recently, I was delayed. If I don’t go now, I won’t be able to see the beautiful jellyfish.
Fang Qian and Shen San lived not too far from the military academy and happened to be in the same direction as Jellyfish Bay, so the two went there first to meet up with them.
It was still early and Fang Qian was still putting on makeup, so Shen San invited the two of them to go inside and sit for a while.
Unexpectedly, as soon as Yu Yuan entered the house, he heard a soft cry: “Meow.”
Yu Yuan immediately looked in the direction of the sound, thinking it was also a cat jellyfish, but unexpectedly a large furry figure suddenly appeared in his sight.
Yu Yuan subconsciously hugged Xingxing and hid behind Fu Zhixu.
Shen San noticed his reaction and immediately picked up his own ragdoll cat, explaining, “Dian Dian is very well behaved and never bites anyone. Don’t be afraid.”
After hearing this, Yu Yuan poked half of his head out from behind Fu Zhixu and stole a glance at the cat in his arms.
It is a large adult ragdoll cat with long, fluffy fur and a large, round, dark spot on its back.
Being held in Shen San’s arms, his big tail swayed gently, and his green eyes stared straight at the new faces at the entrance.
Fu Zhixu knew that Yu Yuan was afraid of cats, so he comforted him and asked, “Is it okay?”
If that doesn’t work, they can also wait in the hovercraft.
Yu Yuan mustered up the courage to nod softly.
He wanted to try to overcome it. There were many stray cats in the military academy and he would see them all the time. He didn’t expect that he could come into contact with cats at will, but at least he could overcome the fear in his heart and not be so scared every time he saw one.
Led by Fu Zhixu, Yu Yuan walked into the living room holding Xingxing and sat on the soft sofa.
There are quite a few scratches on the sofa, probably left by the cat’s claws.
Yu Yuan took a look at the cat’s mangosteen claw and swallowed unconsciously. His body was tense, as if the claw would reveal its sharp claws and attack him in the next second.
Shen San thought about it and said while holding the cat: “Why don’t I lock Diandian in the room first.”
Yu Yuan immediately refused: “No, no, I also want to overcome it, just put it on the ground.”
Shen San looked at Fu Zhixu again, who nodded at him. Then he put the cat in his arms on the ground as he was told.
As soon as it was put on the ground, the ragdoll cat approached Yu Yuan with its tail erect, taking slow and graceful cat steps.
Yu Yuan subconsciously held the cat jellyfish in his arms and shrank closer to Fu Zhixu.
”Meow?” Being held nervously in Yu Yuan’s arms, Xingxing tilted his little head in confusion, and looked curiously at the strange guy who suddenly approached.
The next second, the Ragdoll Cat leaped lightly onto the sofa, less than half a meter away from Yu Yuan.
Yu Yuan stood up quickly, holding the cat and jellyfish and quickly sat on the other side of Fu Zhixu.
”Meow?” Xingxing finally clearly felt the fear of the little master who was holding him. He narrowed his eyes slightly and watched the ragdoll cat who continued to approach.
The ragdoll cat had come to Fu Zhixu, where Yu Yuan had been sitting before. The next second, it jumped directly onto Fu Zhixu’s legs, trying to get closer to Yu Yuan who was sitting on the other side of Fu Zhixu.
I don’t know if she was curious about him being a mermaid, or about the cat jellyfish in his arms.
Yu Yuan cried out in fear.
Fu Zhixu was about to raise his hand to stop it when he saw a bouncy little creature flapping his wings and rushing towards him.
“Meow!!!”
The ragdoll cat was caught off guard and reacted quickly, taking a few steps back and leaving the sofa.
A cat jellyfish was flying in the air aggressively, staring warily at a cat that was not about to leave.
Perhaps the Cat Jellyfish’s aura was too strong, and the Ragdoll Cat finally gave up the idea of getting close and curled back into his own nest.
The three people present were stunned.
Shen San couldn’t help laughing, “Dian Dian is actually afraid of this little fish, I’ll go tell Qian Qian.”
After saying that, he went to the bedroom and shared this matter with Fang Qian who was putting on makeup inside.
Fu Zhixu looked at Xingxing with a hint of admiration in his eyes.
It was not in vain.
Yu Yuan was so moved that he took the little guy into his arms and rubbed him, then kissed his little head and pinched his little wings.
”Meow.” The cat jellyfish pursed its little ears and collapsed into a ball in the arms of its little master.
…
Finally, Fang Qian finished her makeup and came to the living room, where she hugged her little scaredy-cat and rubbed it in her arms.
Compared to the bouncy and chewy cat jellyfish, she prefers the furry touch of a cat, so she and Shen San raised a ragdoll cat.
It’s a little male cat, much bigger than a female cat. With its long fur, it looks even more intimidating. But actually, it’s very timid and a crying monster.
Look, even a cat that is so small and not even an adult can “beat” him.
Seeing this, Fu Zhixu asked, “Do you want to take the cat with you?”
Fang Qian shook her head and explained, “Stupid cats are seasick, so we can’t take them with us. We took them with us once before and they vomited. It almost scared me and San’er to death. So we’ll leave them at home this time.”
Anyway, they will only be there for three days. We have automatic feeders and fully automatic litter boxes at home, as well as robot housekeepers and surveillance, so we don’t have to worry about the cats staying at home for three days.
Fu Zhixu nodded.
He would not stop others from bringing cats just because Yu Yuan was afraid of cats, but if they brought the cat, he would have to consider Yu Yuan’s feelings. At least originally they planned to take four people in one hovercraft, but if they brought the cat, they would have to take two.
Fortunately, the cat was not taken with us, so we could continue with the original plan.
Yu Yuan couldn’t help but get a little worried after hearing this. He lowered his head to glance at the cat jellyfish in his arms and said, “Will Xingxing also get seasick…”
Hearing its name, the cat jellyfish group meowed in his arms.
Yu Yuan smiled again and rubbed its little head gently with his chin.
Fang Qian comforted him, “It is said that the cat jellyfish is unlikely to get seasick, so don’t worry too much. If it doesn’t work, there are foster homes at the port.”
Yu Yuan hummed and decided to wait and see.
After packing up, the four of them got on the hovercraft and continued their journey.
A few hours later, we finally arrived at Jellyfish Bay.
During these few hours, Shen San took out two decks of cards, and the four of them played all the way, which was quite interesting.
Yu Yuan was a novice, but very smart. He quickly learned how to play this world poker and even won several times.
As soon as they arrived at Jellyfish Bay, they boarded a private ferry and went out to sea, where they met Fu Zhixu’s group of college friends.
In addition to Fang Qian and her boyfriend Shen San, there are two boys and one girl, who are now leaders in their respective fields.
Sure enough, powerful people know powerful people too.
They had all heard about Yu Yuan and Fu Zhixu a long time ago. The girl was a little fan of Yu Yuan. She liked listening to Yu Yuan singing very much and had a very high fan badge in Yu Yuan’s live broadcast room.
