“My Wife Is Too Wild, the Rebellious Young Master Begs for Cuddles in Tears” Chapter 11

Chapter 11: Young Master Xi Runs Away from Home

The air was silent for two seconds.

Shen Qingci saw the person on the ground clearly and froze.

After a moment of silence, she said, “Sorry, I didn’t see clearly.”

In her past life, living in a post-apocalyptic world meant every second was filled with danger—even sleeping required vigilance—so she never let anyone get close.

Seeing Xi Xingye’s face swelling more and more, she felt she had gone too far and reached out to show him the injury.

Xi Xingye thought she was raising her hand to hit him again and shouted as he bolted away, “Shen Qingci, you’re abusive! I want a divorce!”

He ran quickly upstairs.

Immediately, Zhang Jie’s panicked voice came from above: “Ah! Young Master, that vase is an antique, you can’t throw it! —The screen was a gift from the old master from Japan, from the Qing dynasty! —Come down quickly, it’s too high, it’s dangerous!”

Then the door slammed shut.

Two minutes later, Xi Xingye dragged his suitcase out, holding a memorial tablet.

He stomped on the gas and drove off, leaving the entire mansion in dead silence.

No one dared make a sound, all silently looking at Shen Qingci.

Shen Qingci rubbed her temples, her head pounding, and sat down on the sofa.

Not long after, she received a call from Old Master Xi: “Girl, why don’t you try coaxing him?”

Shen Qingci’s headache worsened. “…”

Dealing with this guy was even more exhausting than killing eight hundred zombies.

She said, “Old Master, preparing a wedding in such a short time is exhausting. Don’t worry, I have a way to make him come back.”

The old master moved his lips, trying to remind her that this time he was really angry—it wasn’t easy.

After thinking for a moment, he chose to stay silent.

“Alright, then try your method. Tomorrow is the wedding; I’ll make sure he gets there. It just won’t look very good.”

Old Master Xi hung up, not holding much hope.

In the early hours, the streets were empty.

Since leaving home, Xi Xingye had been speeding down the highway.

His face burned from the slap, and he still couldn’t understand how that stubborn girl could swell his cheek twice its size with a single hit.

The angrier he got, the more reckless he drove, taking a sharp turn and heading straight for the entertainment city.

A pink phantom paused at the entrance, long legs striding inside.

Seeing the young master’s dark expression, the waiter quickly bowed and led him carefully to his usual VIP room.

But Xi Xingye wasn’t there to play.

Halfway there, he stopped, confirmed the room number, and pushed the door open.

“Hey! Young Master Xi, that’s Zheng Shao’s room!”

The waiter tried to stop him but failed, watching helplessly as the door closed, immediately calling the manager in panic.

Inside the room, the music was blaring, and men and women were drinking and dancing noisily.

Xi Xingye casually turned off the speakers.

Zheng Yaozong, already drunk and disoriented, cursed even before recognizing him: “Damn it! Which blind fool dares to turn off my music?”

Two sharp claps sounded.

All the lights in the dim room flicked on.

Zheng Yaozong, who had been arrogant moments ago, stiffened at the sight of the person at the door.

“Why, are you unhappy to see me, Young Master Xi?” Xi Xingye said, extending his long fingers to extinguish the cigarette on Zheng Yaozong’s shoulder.

Zheng Yaozong flinched in pain.

His clothes—limited edition!

He could only force a smile. “D-Dare not… dare not… Young Master Xi, happy, I’m happy to see you happy…”

The grudge between him and Xi Xingye went back half a year.

Half a year ago, a grand voting contest took place in the capital, rivaling a presidential election in M Country.

The entire socialite circle was abuzz—campaigning, speeches, trending online—it was all for the “Top Ten Rich Scoundrels” award, the ultimate prize in every playboy’s eyes.

At that time, the Zheng family had just arrived in the capital. Zheng Yaozong, the youngest grandson, wanted to make a name for himself and falsified votes. Who knew Xi Xingye caught him? They clashed over it.

Back then, Xi Xingye would occasionally take his dog, which shared his name, to Zheng Yaozong’s house and walk it around. After a while, the dog completely cowed him.

It had been half a year since Xi Xingye last bothered him. Why now?

“Young Master Xi,” Zheng Yaozong stepped forward to relight his cigarette, “I’ve been very well-behaved recently, staying home every day, doing nothing. You…”

“Behaved?” Xi Xingye seemed to hear a joke, glancing at him. “Look at the time.”

Zheng Yaozong froze. “T-Twelve-thirty?”

Then he realized. “Ah, Young Master Xi, forgive my memory… You’re bored, right? Perfect timing, we just started, tonight we can…”

“Tonight what? Who said anything about tonight? It’s already twelve-thirty. Why aren’t you home?”

Zheng Yaozong thought he misheard. Twelve-thirty wasn’t just the start of Xi Xingye’s nightlife? Why go home?

Unsure, he asked, “Are you joking?”

Xi Xingye picked up a piece of watermelon rind and tapped it on his head. “Joking! Joking! Do I look like I’m joking?”

“Ouch! Young Master Xi, I was wrong! Wrong, wrong!”

“Your house has no curfew? What kind of family is this? Such bad upbringing! Doesn’t your wife care? Doesn’t your father care? Your entire family business will soon fall apart under your hands!”

All the playboys froze.

Wait, weren’t they proud of squandering their family fortunes?

Xi Xingye stood up. The rich kids immediately lined up to listen.

“I’m telling you,” Xi Xingye pointed at several of them, “you, you, you, you—don’t stay out past twelve ever again. If I see it, I’ll hit you. Clear?”

“C-Clear!”

Xi Xingye pushed the door open, just meeting the bodyguard walking the dog.

He shouted, “Zheng Yaozong, let’s go!”

Dog: “Woof!”

Zheng Yaozong wanted to cry.

Why is this starting again, my ancestor!?

Xi Xingye stayed for a few minutes, smoked two cigarettes, and then left the entertainment city.

The car wandered aimlessly on the road, eventually heading to Old Master Xi’s house.

The villa was lit warmly. As he entered, he saw the old master approaching, handing him a phone with a smile. “Here, your wife is looking for you.”

Seeing the three characters on the screen, Xi Xingye growled, turned his head, and refused to answer.

The old master walked over, smiling as he relayed, “Your wife says she has something to tell you.”

Xi Xingye’s expression remained dark. “What is there to say?”

“Xi Xingye, are you there?” Old Master Xi put the phone on speaker. Shen Qingci’s voice came through.

Xi Xingye glanced but didn’t respond.

Scared, crying, begging?

Too bad—nothing worked.

Shen Qingci: “Xu Zijie is in my hands. If you don’t come back, I’ll tear up the ticket.”

Xi Xingye almost thought he was hallucinating.

“Ah!” came Xu Zijie’s crying, “Stop hitting me, stop hitting me… Brother! Brother Xi! Save me!”

“My grandmother can’t live without me! I’m the only heir of the Xu family for three generations. She’s still waiting for me to give her a grandson!”

“Shen Qingci!” Xi Xingye gritted his teeth and stood up. “Just you wait!”

He then rushed out the door.

Two heads peeked out from inside.

“Did he really leave?” Old Master Xi asked.

“He really left,” the butler replied.

They looked at each other and suddenly clutched their heads, crying.

“Our Xi family is saved!”

“This time, no one went to the hospital, and that brat came home!”

Old Master Xi wiped his tears and ran upstairs. “I’m lighting incense for the old lady to report this good news!”

He opened the door, lifted Xi Xingye’s memorial tablet, and began mumbling.

Meanwhile, the sports car sped through the night.

Xi Xingye drove home, passing Xu Zijie along the way.

Xu Zijie quickly waved, “Brother Xi, you’re leaving!”

Then he jumped into the car, hit the gas, and disappeared.

Xi Xingye entered the house with a scowl, directly facing Shen Qingci in the living room, who was calmly eating fruit. He glared at her fiercely.
