“Anyway, let’s get back on track. We need to rethink our plans for the next while.” Wu Yahui gave up the sofa to the two of them and squatted at the small table, eating as she asked Liang Qiuchi if he was ready to leave the city.
Liang Qiuchi thought for a moment and shook his head. “Staying put for now is the best option. Unless something unexpected happens, the Federation’s security forces won’t come over to the ‘paradise’ side.”
“When you came, did you make sure to shake off any tails?” Wu Yahui asked Mo Xin.
Mo Xin nodded confidently.
Wu Yahui was still a little worried. “Just in case, let’s move.”
Liang Qiuchi was very calm, “If someone is tracking us, Reinis’s people probably already have his place surrounded, he won’t allow me to stay outside for another second.”
“That Godwin guy is really stupid, he has no patience at all. He thinks he can come knocking on the door just because he found a few clues, but it turned out to be a wild-goose chase. If his uncle finds out about this, who knows how he’ll scold him,” Wu Yahui blinked at Liang Qiuchi, “How did you miss that shot back then?”
“Blame it on my poor marksmanship.” Liang Qiuchi admitted sheepishly, reaching out to put some food in Mo Xin’s bowl, “Eat more.”
Mo Xin sat closely beside him, eating whatever Liang Qiuchi served him, unusually obedient.
Wu Yahui was fed up with their affectionate behavior, quickly finished her meal, and went out to keep watch.
As soon as she left, Mo Xin put down his chopsticks, ran over to lock the door, then rushed back and forcefully pushed Liang Qiuchi onto the sofa, straddling him.
Liang Qiuchi held onto his waist, looking up at him with eager eyes, and asked breathlessly, “Are you not eating anymore?”
Mo Xin took off his coat, staring intensely at the person beneath him, “Hmm, I want something else.” There was no expression on his face, but his ears were red.
Liang Qiuchi teased him by rubbing his slightly bulging belly with his fingers and said with a smile, “I’m afraid of poking you.”
“Then don’t move, I’ll do it myself.” Mo Xin didn’t let Liang Qiuchi undress, just unzipped his pants and eagerly sat down.
This time, Mo Xin took full control, insisting on keeping Liang Qiuchi pressed down on the sofa, unable to get up.
He controlled every emotional fluctuation of Liang Qiuchi, keenly feeling every nerve in Liang Qiuchi’s body pulsating and colliding for him.
When Liang Qiuchi yearned to hold him tight, the satisfaction in Mo Xin’s heart was a hundred times stronger than the physical sensation, because from this moment on, he truly possessed Liang Qiuchi in every sense of the word.
Liang Qiuchi sat up, hugged Mo Xin around the waist, and buried his head in the slightly sweaty neck, whispering, “Mo Xin, I owe you too much these past few years…”
“Yeah,” Mo Xin rested his chin on top of his head, gently stroking the back of his neck with one hand, “You’ve worked hard for me seven times in one night, try to make up for it.”
Liang Qiuchi chuckled softly, “I didn’t expect you to make dirty jokes.”
Mo Xin said, “There’s a lot you don’t know about me.”
“Yeah,” Liang Qiuchi sighed, “One wrong step, and you miss out on so much.”
“Let’s not dwell on the past,” Mo Xin lifted his chin, his gaze wandering over his face, “Between you and me from now on, there’s only parting in death, no separation in this life.”
Liang Qiuchi hugged his waist tightly, looking at him firmly, “Okay, only parting in death, no separation in life.”
Mo Xin smiled satisfactorily, lifting Liang Qiuchi’s lips with his own, exchanging a long and lingering kiss with him.
As they kissed, the fire ignited again, and the young bodies that had not yet separated began a new round of tenderness.
Considering their rocky relationship, Mo Xin skipped the shy stage in this matter, always expressing his love for Liang Qiuchi openly and unabashedly.
The few tough guys standing guard outside the door couldn’t handle it anymore after hearing what was going on behind them. They all picked up their guns and moved further away.
Suddenly, a guard ran up from downstairs, holding a ringing phone in his hand.
“The guy surnamed Mo, dropped his phone in the alley where he fired when he came. It’s been ringing, what should we do?”
The guards at the door looked at each other and shook their heads, indicating they didn’t care.
The man was about to knock on the door, but hesitated when he heard the ambiguous sounds inside. He lowered his raised hand.
“Who’s in there?” He looked surprised to the side, “Boss and that guy named Mo Xin?”
“Yeah, from now on, call him Mo ge.”
“Huh? But isn’t he the little general of the Federation?”
“Don’t bother with that, just call him that, and don’t ask too many questions.”
The vibrating phone stopped, then started ringing again. Mo Xin, who was leaning against the door, heard it and patted Liang Qiuchi’s back, saying in a hoarse voice, “It should be Vincent calling me.”
“You’re not focused,” Liang Qiuchi bit him as a punishment, “and you’re paying attention to other things.”
“It shows you’re not working hard enough.”
Mo Xin bit him back, and Liang Qiuchi shook his head with a smile, loosening one of his legs that was propped against his waist.
Mo Xin was slightly shorter, so he had to tiptoe and hold Liang Qiuchi’s neck with both hands to maintain balance.
Liang Qiuchi unlocked the door, opened it just a crack, and reached out his hand.
The people outside the door, who were gossiping, quickly stopped discussing and handed the ringing phone to Liang Qiuchi.
Liang Qiuchi glanced at the unknown number on the screen and handed the phone to Mo Xin. “Answer it.”
Mo Xin took the phone, wrapped his legs around Liang Qiuchi’s waist again, hugged his neck, and answered the call, “Yes.”
Vincent’s anxious voice came from the phone receiver, “General, are you okay? I’ve called you dozens of times, but no one answered…”
“I’m fine.” Mo Xin turned around with Liang Qiuchi in his arms, and the two of them went to the window.
The sunlight shone into Mo Xin’s eyes, giving them a beautiful light golden color, like a lazy and charming cat.
Liang Qiuchi gently bit his collarbone, and Mo Xin raised his neck, leaning against the window, asking Vincent, “What’s the situation over there?”
“Not much, just strange people lurking around all the time. It should be Godwin’s people unwilling to give up surveillance.” Vincent asked, “Do you want to take action and clean them up?”
Mo Xin and Liang Qiuchi exchanged glances, then said, “Let’s hold off for now and let them be.”
“Okay,” Vincent fell silent for a few seconds, then asked again, “General, when will you come back?”
Mo Xin thought for a moment and said, “Nine o’clock tonight.”
“Okay, I’ll wait for you to come back!” Vincent’s tone instantly became much lighter. After Mo Xin hung up the phone, he sighed deeply.
Liang Qiuchi threw his phone on the sofa, teasing him with some regret, “You’re going back at nine, then how are we going to do it seven times tonight?”
Mo Xin frowned slightly and sighed, “I really want to tie you to me.”
“Didn’t you already do that?” Liang Qiuchi closed his eyes and accurately kissed him on the lips, “If I hadn’t regained my sight and memory, I’d probably be doing the same thing with you now.”
“In that case, let’s make the most of our time,” Mo Xin hugged him tightly, whispering in his ear, “Not a single drop should be wasted.”
