They boarded the vehicle at eight in the morning, arriving at Planet Sunshine at the standard time of eight in the evening. However, while it would be dark at this time on the Imperial Planet, the sun here still hung in the sky, seemingly waiting a bit longer before it would disappear beyond the horizon.
After the vehicle reached the station, only the two of them remained in their car. They walked into the station, finding it nearly empty, which puzzled Cheng Jin, “Honey, is the population on this planet really low?”
Lu Tao, carrying all their luggage replied, “Planet Sunshine ranks nineteenth in population with 130 million people—not exactly few.”
“Really?” Cheng Jin glanced around the almost deserted station interior, “Are there really that many people?” But after walking a bit more, Cheng Jin soon stopped worrying about it as he noticed his butt becoming increasingly wet.
It was the stuff his husband had injected inside him that was leaking out.
They had done it twice in their seats, each time for an unusually long duration, and Lu Tao hadn’t bothered much with cleaning him up, so Cheng Jin had no choice but to disembark while still carrying the remnants of his man’s semen. Initially, he was very careful, but he had relaxed a bit too much, which is why it started to drip.
Cheng Jin’s face turned instantly red. He dared not look around anymore, slowing his pace, hoping that not all of the semen would leak out; otherwise, it might even wet his outer trousers and be embarrassingly noticeable.
Just as they were about to leave the station, Cheng Jin felt a blast of hot air, and when he finally stepped out, he was taken aback.
It was so hot!
And the scene before him… was nothing like what he had imagined.
He had pictured Planet Sunshine filled with all sorts of fruits, where upon arrival, he could see various fruit trees and enticingly beautiful honey grapes. However, in reality, there was almost nothing in front of him.
Yes, nothing at all—no fruit trees, no tall buildings, not even grass. All there was a barren stretch of sand and stone with a winding asphalt road in the middle. A parking lot lay nearby, sparsely filled with vehicles that looked quite ancient compared to what he had seen before.
Cheng Jin instinctively grabbed his husband’s wrist, his voice laced with panic, “Honey, why… is it like this here?” He looked bewilderedly at Lu Tao, “Did we come to the wrong place?”
“No, we didn’t. Part of Planet Sunshine is barren and unsuitable for farming, so it’s used for public spaces. And the direct bus fare from the Imperial Planet is too expensive; few can afford it, resulting in low foot traffic here,” Lu Tao squeezed his hand, smiling gently, “Scared?”
Cheng Jin quickly shook his head, “With you here, I’m not scared.”
They had only been standing there for two minutes before people began to approach. The locals’ skin was almost uniformly dark, and their bodies lean; their clothes could only be described as cheap. Cheng Jin, familiar with so many people, had never seen anyone quite so destitute, which left him somewhat fearful and confused. Only when they spoke did Cheng Jin realize they were “taxi drivers,” asking if they needed a ride, which relieved him.
Lu Tao didn’t haggle but chose one of the drivers, who immediately smiled happily and enthusiastically helped them with their luggage. They followed him to a yellow car after a few minutes. Seeing the old-fashioned car body, Cheng Jin suppressed his disdain and sat in the back seat with Lu Tao. When he noticed the driver manually starting the car, Cheng Jin couldn’t help but ask softly, “This car… doesn’t have autopilot?”
The driver immediately responded, “Where are you folks from? You couldn’t possibly be from the Imperial Planet, right?”
Cheng Jin was surprised, “How did you know?”
The driver grinned, showing off his white teeth, “Because only the Imperial Planet has self-driving cars; nowhere else does. Our cars require manual driving, and they run on petrol, not new energy.”
Cheng Jin, both amazed and curious, asked, “Why not use new energy?”
The driver didn’t mock his ignorance, merely saying, “It hasn’t reached us yet.” He then inquired, “Is this your first visit? Are you here for tourism?”
“Yes,” Cheng Jin replied.
“Then you’ve made the right choice. Our planet has the world’s most fragrant and sweetest fruits. I suggest you try the honey grapes picked right off the vines—they taste a hundred times better than those transported over long distances! We also have the sweetest melons and delicious mangoes…” The driver was clearly good at conversation, enticing Cheng Jin with his description.
After about half an hour’s drive as the sun set, Cheng Jin no longer felt the heat thanks to the car’s air conditioning. He kept looking out the window, eagerly anticipating a change in scenery.
Ten minutes later, greenery gradually increased until it became endless vine trellises. Cheng Jin’s eyes widened, and from a distance, he carefully identified them, soon cheering, “Honey grapes!”
It was his first time seeing honey grapes growing not in neat, single-file rows, but in bunches with beautiful dark purple colors. From afar, they seemed to emit an inviting fragrance. Seeing his eagerness, the driver pulled over, smiling, “Young master, would you like to pick a bunch?”
Stars sparkled in Cheng Jin’s eyes, “Can I?”
“Of course, the fruits on our planet are free to pick, as long as it’s in moderation,” the driver opened the door, leading Cheng Jin under the grape trellis. He reached up on tiptoe, plucked a tempting bunch of grapes, and placed it in Cheng Jin’s palm, asking, “Is this enough?”
Cheng Jin nodded repeatedly, “Thank you.” As he was about to leave, he hesitated, “Do I really not need to pay?”
The driver chuckled, “No need, a bunch of grapes isn’t much.”
The bunch had about twenty to thirty grapes; such a bunch could fetch over ten thousand yuan on the Imperial Planet. Cheng Jin felt thrilled, yet didn’t want to take too much advantage. He took out a pack of snacks from his luggage and placed it where he had picked the grapes, then returned to his seat.
When he tasted the first sweet and fragrant honey grape, Cheng Jin immediately fell in love with the place.
The car passed through the lush fruit area, reaching the city. But this city was nothing like any Cheng Jin had seen before—no tall buildings, every row of houses was low, seemingly stacked from stones, with thick grass covering the roofs.
Cheng Jin almost pressed his face against the window, commenting, “These houses have such a unique look.”
The driver explained, “Our planet isn’t rich in resources apart from fruit, and we have to buy many things from other planets. Plus, the climate is very hot. But luckily, we have ice stones and water grass, which keep houses cool if used in construction. However, ice stones are too heavy for multi-story buildings.”
“I see,” Cheng Jin smiled, “But I think stone houses look quite nice.” He then looked at Lu Tao, “Honey, is the house we’re staying at tonight made of stone?”
Lu Tao seemed a bit annoyed, “No.”
The driver, with a hint of envy, said, “You’ve booked one of the most luxurious chain hotels on our planet, one of the only two buildings over fifty stories high, equipped with new energy and air conditioning. But it’s so expensive, I’d have to work half a year to afford a night there, so I’ve never even gone inside.”
“Oh…” Cheng Jin wasn’t disappointed, just echoed, “That is quite expensive.”
Soon, they knew where they were staying because the tall building was conspicuously visible among the low houses. They arrived at the hotel entrance as it was getting dark, around half-past nine at night.
After getting off, Cheng Jin noticed that Lu Tao paid not with a balance but with colorful paper money, realizing how ignorant he had been, having come without preparing anything. He felt a bit relieved, thankful he was with his husband, so he didn’t need to worry about anything.
After thanking the driver repeatedly, when the car drove away, Cheng Jin followed his husband into the hotel. He noticed the hotel’s sign, and when he saw the name “Sunny,” his mouth twitched, remarking, “Honey, this isn’t one of Yan Qi’s businesses, is it?”
Lu Tao was somewhat surprised, “Yan Qi registered ‘Sunny’ as a trademark, and he’s opened chain stores around the world involving hotels, dining, and clothing, quite famous. Didn’t you know?”
Cheng Jin replied, “I didn’t know. So, all his stores are named ‘Sunny’?” He couldn’t help but whisper a complaint, “How much does he love the sun?”
Lu Tao smiled, seemingly pleased that Cheng Jin was unfamiliar with Yan Qi.
After entering the hotel, although the decor was a notch below what Cheng Jin was used to on the Imperial Planet, the difference wasn’t too significant, leaving him slightly less excited. At that moment, he realized the semen had almost solidified, making him especially eager to get into their room and take a good bath.
Lu Tao completed the check-in procedures, took the room card, and accompanied Cheng Jin into the elevator. The elevator was made of glass, providing a view of the surroundings. As they ascended, Cheng Jin could see the landscape clearly.
There were almost no mountains, only vast green interspersed with patches of barren white, like a dense head of hair with bald spots, somewhat regrettable. But remembering the world’s tastiest fruits were here, Cheng Jin’s mood brightened again.
Once they entered the room, Cheng Jin took a thorough look around the suite before approaching Lu Tao, noticing something off about his husband.
Seeing his slightly furrowed brow, Cheng Jin’s happiness faded significantly, asking, “Honey, what’s wrong?”
Lu Tao paused before saying, “Our timing isn’t great.”
“What?” Cheng Jin was somewhat startled.
Lu Tao explained, “I just learned from the hotel front desk that there was a riot on Planet Sunshine just an hour ago.”
