After Becoming the Youngest Junior Sister of an Immortal Sect the Cultivation World Went Crazy for Me Chapter 10

Chapter 10: Ning Yue chose sword cultivation hahahahahaha

Ning Yue and Jiang Yishen were momentarily blinded by a bright light, squinting their eyes to recover.

When they opened their eyes again, they were in a pure white space.

Six doors were distributed around them.

Ning Yue stepped forward and looked at them.  The six doors were labeled:

Sword Cultivation, Talisman Arts, Formation Arts, Alchemy, Weapon Refinement, and Beast Taming.

This was apparently the second stage of the trial.

Ning Yue glanced at Jiang Yishen and asked him.

“What about you? Have you decided what to choose?”

“Mm,” Jiang Yishen had already looked at all six doors.

“I’ll choose Alchemy.”

“Mm,” Ning Yue nodded understandingly.

Wood Spirit Roots were indeed very compatible with Alchemy.

“Then, Miss Ning, have you decided what to choose? Alchemy as well?”

“I…” Ning Yue thoughtfully looked at the doors.

The elders, through the mirror stone, nervously watched Ning Yue’s face.

Generally, everyone would choose their final trial based on their spirit root and aptitude.

Ning Yue looked at the red door in front of her.

Two words were clearly carved on the door.

Sword Cultivation.

“…Sword Cultivation,” Ning Yue said, “I’m looking forward to seeing what kind of soul-bound sword I can condense.”

“Really,” Jiang Yishen smiled, “Then we’ll have to part ways here.”

“Mm,” Ning Yue didn’t seem to mind, “See you on the mountain.”

Jiang Yishen looked down at Ning Yue: “Miss Ning, you’re so confident that I can enter the Fusang Sect?”

Ning Yue raised an eyebrow in confusion: “Can’t you?”

“No,” Jiang Yishen didn’t hesitate, “I will definitely enter the Fusang Sect.”

Ning Yue stood up, stopped in front of the red door, turned, and waved to Jiang Yishen.

“I won’t say much. Come out early. See you later.”

As soon as she finished speaking, Ning Yue pushed open the door and went inside.

A red light flashed, and when she opened her eyes again, Ning Yue had disappeared.

Jiang Yishen looked around for a moment before turning towards the green door.

On the other side of the mirror stone, the Enforcement Elder, seeing Ning Yue’s choice, jumped up from the ground and laughed uncontrollably.

“Hahahaha Ning Yue chose Sword Cultivation, she chose Sword Cultivation hahahaha.”

He didn’t hide his mockery, looking at the other impassive elders.

“I still have foresight. I’ve already prepared the new disciple jade token hahaha.”

Under the elders’ barely suppressed urge to beat him up, the Enforcement Elder cleverly ran away.

“Bye. I’m going to the exit to greet my new disciple.”

The Formation Elder couldn’t help but slap the table. Fortunately, the table was sturdy and didn’t break.

“Look at how smug he is!  Who doesn’t have a good disciple? I don’t believe there are no good seedlings in Formation Arts this year!”

The Alchemy Elder, still veiled in black, was unusually cheerful.

“That Jiang Yishen seems good, he’s destined for greatness.”

The Formation Elder stomped his foot in frustration: “Don’t talk about it!”

The Alchemy Elder, in a good mood, didn’t mind.

“It’s okay. After all, Formation Arts haven’t had a truly outstanding seedling for several years. I understand your bad mood.”

The Formation Elder’s mood worsened.

He moved far away from the Alchemy Elder and huddled with several other elders who hadn’t found any good seedlings.

Ning Yue couldn’t remember how many times she had opened and closed her eyes.

Was the light in the cultivation world really that unbearable?

She examined the new secret realm.

For now, it was just a seemingly ordinary small village.

Ning Yue stepped inside…

Unlike ordinary villages

It was eerily quiet, almost deserted.

Ning Yue walked through the village, observing.

She walked around the entire village without seeing a single person.

“Is anyone there? Answer me, where is everyone”

Although the village wasn’t large, walking around it still took a lot of Ning Yue’s energy.

She wasn’t a very diligent person, so she got lazy and lay down on a haystack to sunbathe.

Even if she didn’t actively seek it out, the trial content would still come.

Ning Yue, with a dog’s tail grass in her mouth, was leisurely preparing to sleep.

“Boom”

A loud bang came, and Ning Yue suddenly opened her eyes, forcefully rolling backward.

The next second

The haystack she had been lying on was reduced to shreds.

“Oh, your reflexes are pretty good.”

Ning Yue sighed and turned to look.

It was a very young girl, about the same age as Ning Yue, at most fifteen.

She wore a light yellow dress and held a slender, cold-looking long sword in her right hand.

“You couldn’t have come at a worse time. Couldn’t you have waited until I finished resting before troubling me?  Could we at least discuss letting me have a nap before you start?”

The yellow dressed girl frowned.

“Do you think this is your home? I only gave you a small test, and you’re going to give up? It seems you won’t go far in sword cultivation!”

Ning Yue’s expression didn’t change; she never cared about others’ opinions.

So she scratched her ear and looked at the yellow-dressed girl: “Come on, what do you want me to do?”

The yellow-dressed girl paused. She had expected Ning Yue to argue with her; she had even prepared her lines.

Unexpectedly, Ning Yue didn’t waste any words on this.

The girl pouted, snorted, and raised her sword across her chest: “Fight me.”

Ning Yue: “…”

Ning Yue wasn’t stupid; she knew that nothing in the sword cultivator’s trial grounds could be viewed with ordinary eyes.

So she quietly asked: “Excuse me, how old are you?”

The girl frowned, tilted her head, and seemed to think seriously for a while.

“I forgot. I don’t even know how long I’ve been in this damned place, but it must be over a hundred years…”

Ning Yue: “…” Sorry, my eyes are bad.

The girl glanced at Ning Yue: “Finished asking questions? Get your sword!”

Ning Yue silently looked at the girl: “I presume your swordsmanship is very superb?”

The girl smiled proudly: “Of course. Do you think I’ve been wasting my time here like you?”

Ning Yue was mocked, but she didn’t care.

“Is the requirement to pass the trial to defeat you?”

The girl looked at Ning Yue incredulously: “What are you thinking? That would take forever!”

Ning Yue: “…”

Ning Yue was mocked again, but she decided not to care again.

“When you can injure even a piece of my clothing, you’ll pass.”

Ning Yue raised her hand, and an ordinary-looking long sword appeared out of thin air.

She looked up at the girl’s sword, which clearly wasn’t ordinary.

“Our strength is so different. Are you planning to bully me using your position?”

The girl: “…”

She frowned at the sword in Ning Yue’s hand.

Then she readily waved her hand, the long sword disappearing into the air.  With another flip of her hand,

She had the same ordinary sword as Ning Yue.

“How’s this? Now they’re the same. I’m not bullying you, right?”

Ning Yue was satisfied: “Good, let’s begin.”

Even with ordinary swords, the girl’s skill was not to be underestimated.

Ning Yue was on high alert.

The next second

The girl’s figure disappeared into thin air!

Ning Yue widened her eyes, suspecting she had missed something, constantly searching for the girl.

The air suddenly became sharp. Ning Yue’s heart skipped a beat.  Her years of experience and honed sixth sense made her quickly roll backward.

“Not bad, you actually dodged it.”

The girl, who had disappeared, suddenly reappeared where Ning Yue had been standing.

Her sword was only three steps away from Ning Yue!

If she hadn’t dodged, she might have been stabbed!

Being stabbed wasn’t a joke!

Ning Yue looked at the yellow-dressed girl’s innocent smiling face…

Re evaluating her terrifying level.
