Chapter 21 part 1

Song Yi was so busy these days when he returned to the imperial capital that he didn’t bother to contact Cheng Song, let alone watch a movie together. “I haven’t watched it yet, what’s wrong?”

Gu Xingchuan breathed a sigh of relief and raised the corner of his mouth, “I bought a blue disc of ‘xxx’, so I’ll take you to watch the movie.”

Song Yi was a little taken aback and pointed at himself. “You want to watch a movie with me?”

Gu Xingchuan wanted to go see a movie with him, was there something wrong with him.

“Can’t you?” Gu Xingchuan asked in a strong tone and glanced at him. “You can go watch it with Cheng Song but not with me.”

Song Yi took a deep breath, patted the back of Gu Xingchuan’s hand, and asked in a friendly tone, “We don’t need to go see a movie together, do we?”

Gu Xingchuan tightened his grip, causing Song Yi’s wrist to hurt. He couldn’t shake it off and could only listen to Gu Xingchuan’s savage declaration, “I am your alpha. What’s wrong with watching a movie with you?”

Song Yi’s anger went straight to his head and asked coldly. “Gu Xingchuan, do I look like that easy to bully.”

“Who will look at you? Are you going or not?” Gu Xingchuan asked fiercely.

But Song Yi was not scared, he glared at him back and said angrily. “I won’t go.”

Gu Xingchuan’s eyes were fierce and was ready to vent his anger like a bad wolf. Song Yi personally experienced Gu Xingchuan’s inhuman physical strength, if he wanted to take action now, the chance of defeating him was zero.

A few seconds passed like this, and when Gu Xingchuan looked at Song Yi’s nervous expression, an inexplicable feeling surged within him. He did not come here to make Song Yi angry, with this in thought, he loosened his grip on Song Yi’s wrist and blinked his eyes a few times before he whispered. “Song Yi, come and watch a movie with me.”

Song Yi was bewildered by the flickering anticipation in his eyes. If Gu Xingchuan kept being so domineering, he would confront him hard and see who would get give up first. However, Gu Xingchuan’s tone softened, so Song Yi didn’t know what to do.

“My mother is still waiting for me to eat at home. I’m going back.” Song Yi was a little afraid of Gu Xingchuan’s behavior.

Gu Xingchuan flattened his mouth and snorted softly, “Auntie said she didn’t buy groceries today. You just want to go back to drink the northwest wind.”⁽¹⁾

Song Yi could not keep his face straight and said, “I’ll go out to eat with her.”

Gu Xingchuan glanced at him, took out the car key from his pocket, and opened the car door with one hand, not allowing any refusal. “You and I will go see a movie, and I will treat you to dinner.”

It was clear to Song Yi that he could not get rid of Gu Xingchuan today, sighing inwardly he obediently bent down to sit in the passenger’s seat.

Alphas all have a love for cars, although Song Yi thinks that Gu Xingchuan was quite foolish it does not prevent him from appreciating Gu Xingchuan’s car.

The car was indeed good, but the person was just really stupid.

Gu Xingchuan didn’t take him home and went to a high-end private cinema. Song Yi watched him greet the front desk with familiarity and open a screening room.

The interior of the room was spacious and modern, with two leather massage chairs placed in the center and a wall-sized projection screen across from it.

“Xxx” was a frame-by-frame animated film, in which the animator uses prop models to set the shape, then shoots one frame by one, and then performs continuous screenings. The production process was time-consuming, but Song Yi liked the retro texture of this animation.
