The day before returning to filming, Song Yi visited her former private hospital once more.
As a novice omega, Song Yi urgently needs the help of a doctor.
The middle-aged female doctor handed him a stack of basic physiological data and said, “Take a good look. Inhibitors only delay the menstrual cycle, not eliminate it.”
Song Yi lowered his head and carefully flipped through the materials, while his fingers flipping through the pages of the book, he asked.
“Is surgery an option?” Song Yi felt lingering anxiety about his previous sudden outburst.
The female doctor shook her head and whispered, “You can find an alpha to help you.”
Song Yi was taken aback, and lowered his head once again, looking at the information. “Thank you for the suggestion, I will consider it.”
Finding an alpha to mark him was the optimal solution to the frustrating estrus period, but Song Yi hesitated. In the depths of his heart, he still considered himself an alpha.
The female doctor glanced at him and pulled out a brand-new business card from the folder on the table. “You can visit this AO mutual aid website. Many alpha volunteers are available to assist omegas with their problems. All interactions are anonymous and your privacy will be protected.”
Song Yi accepted the business card and tucked it into his pocket, expressing his gratitude.
If necessary, perhaps he could use it.
Returning to the seaside city again, the filming of “Age of Love” was nearing its end. As soon as Song Yi arrived at the production team, he first went to see Director Yang and brought two Chinese cigarettes from the capital. He had seen Director Yang smoking this before and appreciated them.
Director Yang was delighted to see him. Song Yi’s absence had left the young actors on the crew nearly exasperated. Nowadays, young actors were becoming increasingly difficult to manage, and only Song Yi possesses the intelligence to handle situations effectively.
Song Yi rehearsed the remaining scenes. Later that morning, after the production team had finished work, Song Yi was about to head to lunch when his phone suddenly rang.
He took it out and glancing at the caller ID, it was Wen Suya’s number.
“Suya, what’s up?” Song Yi asked in a friendly tone.
Wen Suya hesitated before cautiously saying. “Brother Xiaoyi, Zhou Moquan is coming to visit me today.”
Upon hearing the unfamiliar yet familiar name, Song Yi was momentarily surprised, but then understood and smiled. “Thank you for letting me know. I’ll be off-set this afternoon. Enjoy your time together.”
Wen Suya anxiously explained, “I didn’t mean to invite him here. We’re from the same company but we’re not very close. He just decided to drop by…”
“It’s okay, thanks for the heads up. I appreciate it.” If not for this call, Song Yi might have hesitated to encounter Zhou Moquan.
Wen Suya fell silent for a moment and mustered up the courage to say, “I believe you’re not that kind of person. There must have been a misunderstanding about what you did before.”
Song Yi was moved by it and spoke sincerely, “I’m glad you’re willing to believe me.”
Wen Suya smiled shyly.
