He covered his ears and mumbled something.
Tan Li was in so much pain that she could only hear her own screams.
I don’t know how long it took, but Tanli’s pain gradually eased.
She seemed to hear sounds coming from other places, screaming, calling for help, begging for mercy. Those sounds were so terrifying, but they penetrated into Tanli’s ears pervasively.
Tan Li also heard the voice of the man next to him –
“You can’t kill… you can’t kill… murder is against the law… I don’t want to kill… I don’t want to kill… let me go… please… who will come? Please help me…”
But when he accidentally met Tan Li’s eyes, he seemed to be frightened and trembled all over.
Tan Li wanted to tell him: Now it’s me who has been stabbed twice by you. What do you mean by making yourself a victim? Are you sorry?
But Tanli’s whole body’s strength was consumed in the body’s self-recovery, and she was unable to speak.
The man just looked at Tan Li, and then stretched out his hand tremblingly –
he was going to stab me with the sword again!
At that moment, Tan Li’s mind went blank.
Before she could react, she had already picked up the rock at hand and hit the man on the head.
Tan Li’s strength was weak, and the stone only scratched the bloody skin on the man’s forehead.
The man was greatly frightened by this. He even forgot to pick up the sword and jumped directly on Tan Li, strangling her neck. “I don’t want to kill you, I don’t want to kill you…”
His voice was full of fright. The more you are afraid, the more strength you use on your hands.
Tan Li only felt that the air was moving away from her, and her eyesight turned black and white for a while.
She still held the stone that she had just hit with in her hand, and she used her last strength to hit the man on the back of the head.
The man staggered.
Tan Li’s brain didn’t have time to think, but her body responded according to its survival instinct.
She took advantage of the man’s inattention and pinned him down.
Once, twice, three times…
the stone kept hitting the man’s forehead, and the struggle of the other’s limbs became weaker and weaker.
It wasn’t until Tan Li’s hand that hit the stone was so paralyzed that she couldn’t lift it up that Tan Li realized that the other person had long since run out of energy.
His face was smashed beyond recognition, with patches of red and white, and exuded the stench of blood.
“…vomit!”
Tan Li couldn’t hold it back for a moment and vomited it out.
Her hands were shaking violently, and there were only three words in her mind – I killed someone.
Tan Li was scared, blamed herself, and felt strangely happy at the same time.
She survived.
She is the one who survives!
Tan Li found the stream in confusion and kept scrubbing her hands. The blood, flesh, and brain slowly drifted away with the water, but Tan Li only felt that those things were thrown into her skin and imprinted on her heart.
A warm light shone down.
Tan Li raised her head drowsily and saw Letong’s face.
Compared with her covered in blood, Letong’s body was clean from top to bottom.
With a gentle smile on her face, she slowly raised her hand –
Tan Li’s reaction was a little slow at this time, but when Letong’s hand almost touched her face, Tan Li still dodged.
In her mind, the quick evasive action was actually just a slight shock. The next second, she saw Letong wipe the blood on her face with her clean sleeves.
“It’s okay, it’s okay.” She comforted softly, “It’s all over.”
Letong didn’t ask what happened. She just saw someone washing their hands like crazy by the stream, with empty eyes and weird angles on their mouths, it seems that if it is too late, this person will choose to either destroy himself or destroy the world.
Letong grabbed her and used the [Angel’s Coming] skill to keep her calm.
She talked about Li Leng[1]Calming and peaceful talks about life for a long time.
When Letong thought she couldn’t speak, Tan Li opened her mouth and said, “I killed someone.”
Letong looked at her, her eyes slowly turning red.
Tan Li looked at Le Tong strangely, who suddenly shed tears. She wanted to ask, why are you crying, but in the end, she said another sentence –
“I am not careless, I do not want to, I want to live, so I Kill him.”
Tan Li felt so peaceful that she thought about many things in an instant.
“What’s your name?” Tan Li asked.
Letong wiped her tears and said, “Letong, what is yours?”
“Tan Li.” Tan Li stood up and stretched out her hand towards Letong, “Do you want to form a team with me?”
Le Tong was stunned.
Tan Li: “This is not the first time I’ve met you. Your skills are very strong, and so are you. I want to live forever, so I want to team up with powerful people. Can you be my teammate?”
See Le Tong. Without saying anything, Tan Li continued, “My skill is [Infinite Regeneration]. To put it simply, no matter what degree of injury I suffer, I can heal myself.”
She pointed out the benefits of being a teammate with herself, “If you Team up with me. I am willing to be your shield and prevent you from getting hurt. If there is a dangerous environment that needs to be tested, I can also walk away…”
Before she could finish her words, Letong covered her mouth.
Tan Li looked at Letong puzzled.
Letong: “Okay, I’ll be your teammates.”
“However, I never use my teammates as a shield.” She said with a smile.
As soon as she finished speaking, Tan Li pushed her away and blocked Letong’s cold arrow from behind.
Le Tong was stunned.
