Chapter 7: Accident

Lu Yunshang’s heart trembled. False accusations are easily made.

She didn’t want to argue, reaching out to open the door. “Then, Mr. Fu, let’s part ways amicably. From now on, let’s go our separate ways. Don’t obstruct my path to wealth. If you’re still a man, don’t do anything sneaky behind my back. I need to rest. Goodbye, Mr. Fu.”

Fu Hanzhou wanted to say something else when his phone rang.

He took it out and saw it was Xiao Nianzhen. He had to answer. “Hello.”

Xiao Nianzhen’s sweet voice came through, “Hanzhou, where are you? I heard you were at Lanse Harbour and came to find you, but Mr. Susaid you left. Are you coming back? I miss you so much.”

Lu Yunshang got goosebumps and pushed Fu Hanzhou out, slamming the door shut.

Fu Hanzhou kicked the door angrily and left grumbling.

Back at Lanse Harbour, the Nightingale private room was already full of people, all the rich second-generation members of the supercar club. Su Qitai had called everyone together for a weekend drive in the mountains.

Seeing Fu Hanzhou return, Xiao Nianzhen quickly got up and ran over to hug him.

But Fu Hanzhou felt a little resistant and pushed her away.

“Why are you here? You’re pregnant, rest at home. Don’t come to places like this.”

Fu Hanzhou felt even more irritable after hearing these words.

He didn’t know what was wrong with him.

He had been looking forward to divorcing Lu Yunshang every day, but now that they had really divorced, he wasn’t happy at all.

He sent Xiao Nianzhen to the entrance of the clubhouse and called the driver to take her home.

“Is Mr. Fu’s ex-wife ugly?” A rich second-generation who had never seen Lu Yunshang turned to ask Su Qitai.

“I think she’s quite beautiful. Few female celebrities in the circle can compare to her,” Su Qitai smiled helplessly. In terms of appearance, Xiao Nianzhen couldn’t compare to Lu Yunshang. They weren’t even in the same league.

“Is that so? Then is your brother blind too?” Su Qitai asked.

Fu Hanzhou was puzzled. What did Su Qitai mean?

Lu Yunshang slept soundly.

It was the most restful sleep she’d had in a year.

After waking up, she made herself a cup of coffee, then went downstairs and ran for half an hour in the community.

After returning home, she took a shower, made herself a vegetable salad, put on light makeup, chose a beige turtleneck sweater with black plaid wide-leg wool trousers, black ankle boots, and a beige long, slim-fitting wool coat.

She had sharp features, good skin, a graceful figure, and a perfect curve.

Even dressed simply, she would stand out in a crowd, with a 100% turn-around rate.

Down in the basement, Lu Yunshang remembered that her car was being repaired.

She was about to go upstairs to hail a taxi at the entrance of the community when she heard a horn.

Lu Yunshang looked in the direction of the sound. A Maybach was parked in front, the door opened, Fu Changqing got out, and smiled at her.

“Good morning, Miss Lu.”

“Good morning, Mr. Fu.” Lu Yunshang froze. What was he doing here?

“Miss Lu, get in the car. I’ll give you a ride. It’s not easy to hail a taxi at this time,” Fu Changqing said.

Seeing Lu Yunshang not moving, he said again, “I have a friend who also lives here. I came to get something from him. Miss Lu, don’t misunderstand. It’s just a coincidence, don’t feel any pressure.”

“That outfit suits you very well,” Fu Changqing, sitting on the other side, suddenly said.

Fu Changqing smiled, “Yesterday’s was also very beautiful.”

Fu Changqing hesitated.

A few minutes later, they arrived at the location of Liu Jingting’s studio.
