Ji Laili ran a hand through his small curls. “The instructors sure know how to assign teammates.”

“Hm?” Beside him, Shen Yu, uninterested in the forum, simply glanced at the blue screen before focusing back on peeling walnuts.

His pale, slender fingers pinched a perfectly intact walnut kernel and held it up to Ji Laili’s lips.

Ji Laili chomped down with an aowu, biting not just the walnut but also Shen Yu’s finger.

His sharp little canine teeth gently grazed the fingertip before he controlled himself and let go. Chewing the walnut, he looked at Shen Yu’s now slightly damp hand and earnestly apologized, “Sorry, Xuezhang, my teeth have a mind of their own.”

Ever since his susceptible period kicked in, Ji Laili’s emotions were so stable it made people wonder if he even had one.

On the contrary, his teeth just wanted to bite everything.
