When the young handsome guy returned, his face was pale.
His roommate frowned as he observed the earlier scenes.
His expression was a bit unpleasant.
“I told you not to wear those jeans. They look terrible.”
The young handsome guy was already feeling uncomfortable, and hearing this suddenly sparked his anger.
Furrowing his brows and lowering his eyes, he didn’t take a seat and turned to leave.
The person who had just touched his backside now stood behind him.
He was trying to slip a business card into the handsome guy’s pocket.
Suddenly, a hand reached out and grabbed the person’s wrist, squeezing it tightly.
The person let out a howl that sounded like a pig being slaughtered.
The young handsome guy widened his eyes and followed the hand and saw his roommate, who was smiling cheerfully22

After leaving the bar, the young handsome guy still felt a bit shaken.
He clutched his roommate’s hand tightly. “Hurry, let’s go to the hospital.”
His roommate’s other hand was bleeding from a shard of the broken beer bottle.
It was from the ambush by that guy earlier.
The roommate could have dodged it, but he got hurt to protect him.
The young handsome guy was extremely anxious.
In contrast, his roommate seemed indifferent. He pulled his hand away and instead grabbed the back of the young handsome guy’s collar, scolding him, “I told you not to wear it. It looks terrible.”
“Okay, okay, I won’t wear it again next time.”
Finally, the roommate relaxed his frown. “Let’s go back.”
“Huh?”
“This little injury doesn’t need a hospital.”
The young handsome guy stared in disbelief at the blood dripping on the ground. “Are you sure?”
“Let’s go. my little snail will help me bandage it well.”
“Well… we still need to buy medicine.”
“Buy what? Let’s go home.”
“But…”
“Hey!”
“Okay, okay.”

With his roommate’s hand injured, everything became inconvenient.
However, it wasn’t really inconvenient at all.
The young handsome guy was doing everything—clothes, meals, chores while his roommate just needed to open his mouth for food and stretch out his hands for clothes.
At that time, the young handsome guy didn’t know that his roommate thought he was ugly. He actually believed that their little life together was quite harmonious.
He thought he and his roommate had a real chance together.
Until one day, when his roommate said that someone finally came to the bar who was worth a second look.
The young handsome guy opened his mouth in shock, causing a piece of food to fall onto the table.
This drew an unspoken look of disdain from his roommate.
The young handsome guy, belatedly realizing, asked, “So you really thought everyone else was ugly before?”
“I thought ‘ugly’ was just your catchphrase.”
“No, that’s just my evaluative phrase.”
“So you really think I’m ugly too?”
“Uh…”
The roommate seemed a bit troubled, but his expression said it all.
The young handsome guy let out a cold laugh, pushed the bowl away, and collected the food.
The roommate shouted, “But I haven’t finished eating yet!”
“Eat your fill then!” The young handsome guy rolled his eyes.

The roommate believed that there were no conflicts between him and his little cutie.
But clearly, problems still arose.
The issue of beauty versus ugliness came up again.
The next day, the young handsome guy asked once more.
The roommate finally spoke his mind.
“It doesn’t matter if I think you’re ugly or not since we’re not going to like each other anyway.”
The young handsome guy gritted his teeth, expressing a desire to see just who this person was that the roommate found acceptable.
As soon as the roommate heard that the young handsome guy also wanted to go to the bar, he couldn’t help but frown.
The young handsome guy quickly reassured him, “Don’t worry, I won’t wear ripped jeans or put on eyeliner.”
The roommate silently swallowed his words.
That evening, the roommate sighed again, “Change it; it’s ugly.”
“I’m not changing!”
The young handsome guy didn’t wear the ripped jeans again.
He simply wore a thong, with the black straps perched on his hips, visible above his low-cut jeans.
He raised his hand and twisted at his waist, revealing glimpses of skin.

The young handsome guy swallowed a large gulp of his drink and glanced at the so-called “good-looking” person.
He really was…
Unbelievably handsome.
He was even mixed-race.
Tall, double eyelids, big eyes, and eyelashes that defied nature.
The mixed-race guy sat at the bar, attracting fifty percent of the attention in the place.
The remaining fifty percent, of course, was on the roommate.
The young handsome guy sighed.
Just get together already; they’re such a perfect match!
It had nothing to do with him anyway.
Feeling a bit sour, he took another big gulp of his drink.
