Drama Queen’s Guide to First Love
Drama Queen’s Guide to First Love chapter 23

Twenty minutes later, Fu Wenshan was brushing his teeth in the bathroom.

Xie Wanxing leaned against the bathroom door, watching him, his face still flushed, with traces of tears in the corners of his eyes. At first glance, it seemed like Fu Wenshan had bullied him.

He watched Fu Wenshan, and although he managed to maintain a calm expression on his face, his heart was pounding. No wonder they say men are driven by their lower halves. He had been a little annoyed that Fu Wenshan hadn’t contacted him for so many days. Finally, when he came, he just said he was passing by.

But just when Fu Wenshan had given him a…

Xie Wanxing rubbed his hot face, feeling a bit shameless.

Because now when he looked at Fu Wenshan, he felt happy no matter how he looked at it.

He didn’t care why Fu Wenshan had come over in the first place.

He was just having a great time.

But as he watched Fu Wenshan lower his head to rinse, Xie Wanxing felt a bit guilty. Following the principle of fairness between casual partners, he mustered up the courage and murmured, “What about you… do you want me to help you?”

He actually didn’t want to use his mouth, not because he looked down on Fu Wenshan, but because he was a bit thin-skinned. But he didn’t dare say that and could only steal glances at Fu Wenshan from the mirror.

Fu Wenshan also looked at him through the mirror, his eyes unclear what he was thinking, like a lurking wild beast.

After a while, he turned around, walked up to Xie Wanxing, and took his hand, saying softly, “Use your hand.”

Xie Wanxing didn’t object to this. Although his face turned even redder, he knew that Fu Wenshan was accommodating him. As Fu Wenshan kissed him, he awkwardly moved his hand around.

Fu Wenshan nibbled on Xie Wanxing’s tongue, sucking and nibbling, alternating between kissing and biting.

After being pleasured by Xie Wanxing for a while, Fu Wenshan felt a headache coming on, thinking that Xie Wanxing’s skills were really lacking, the kind that would definitely get a bad review.

But in the end, he still released.

Although Xie Wanxing’s skills were terrible, his lips were very kissable.

He could score a perfect ten.

Until they got back into bed to sleep, Xie Wanxing’s mood was a bit ecstatic. When he felt good, he would blabber, saying to Fu Wenshan, “Why don’t you sleep here tonight?”

As soon as the words came out, he bit his tongue.

Fu Wenshan’s room was next door, not across the street. What was the point of staying overnight? It was clear that he just didn’t want him to leave, insisting on clinging to Fu Wenshan.

Xie Wanxing’s toes scratched in his slippers, feeling awkward as he turned his face away.

But Fu Wenshan naturally agreed, “Then I’ll go take a shower first.”

Xie Wanxing watched Fu Wenshan enter the bathroom with wide eyes.

His eyes glanced around, feeling happy again.

When Fu Wenshan came out, Xie Wanxing stopped being coy. Fu Wenshan had slept over at his place more than once, so it wasn’t a big deal to share a bed in a hotel.

But this was still a hotel, not home.

Before going to sleep, yawning, he stared at Fu Wenshan, half asleep, and reminded him, “Wait until I leave tomorrow before coming out, and cover up. There are many people in the hotel, and it’s crowded.”

“I got it.” Fu Wenshan was also an artist and naturally understood. But he wasn’t too worried. Even if someone saw something, they would need the guts to expose it.

Xie Wanxing was now really sleepy and needed to sleep. When his eyelids were fighting, he glanced at Fu Wenshan again. The room was dimly lit, but Fu Wenshan’s features seemed even more handsome in the dim light. When he wasn’t smiling, he always looked a bit cold, but there was also an indescribable tenderness.

Xie Wanxing couldn’t help but smile. He thought having a casual partner was really not bad; it had a great effect on both physical and mental health.

He fell asleep in a few minutes, but Fu Wenshan still couldn’t sleep.

He looked at Xie Wanxing’s innocent sleeping face without any distracting thoughts, but his heart was far from as calm as it appeared.

He was actually still concerned about what Li Siheng had said last night, about the cute and playful little boy who followed Xie Wanxing around, asking Xie Wanxing to hold his hand. He especially wanted to shake Xie Wanxing and ask, “How many others have you had before me? Are they as handsome, rich, and considerate as I am?”

He didn’t know why he cared. Maybe it was because he had never seen the side of Xie Wanxing who indulged and spoiled others before.

But then he thought it was pointless.

What was the point of being jealous of a past relationship?

Xie Wanxing and that boy, to put it bluntly, was a transaction. Whether Xie Wanxing wanted to spoil or be harsh to him was his own business. And he and Xie Wanxing were just passing acquaintances, who might end at any time.

As long as Xie Wanxing was sincere with him when they were together, that was enough.

He couldn’t inquire about anything else.

Fu Wenshan slept late into the night. When he woke up, it was already ten in the morning. Xie Wanxing had naturally left long ago, leaving behind an empty bed.

After washing up, Fu Wenshan didn’t have any spare clothes in Xie Wanxing’s room, so he had to make do with wearing yesterday’s clothes and planned to change back in his own room. Although Xie Wanxing had reminded him yesterday that there were many people in the hotel, Fu Wenshan felt that since their rooms were next to each other, the chances of being seen were very slim.

But once a person’s luck turned bad, even drinking cold water would choke them.

As soon as Fu Wenshan stepped out of Xie Wanxing’s room, he saw someone squatting in front of his room wearing a flashy pink shirt with a pair of black sunglasses perched on their nose, idly waiting at his door. It looked very much like a stakeout.

Who else could it be but Li Siheng?

Hearing the door opening next to him, Li Siheng glanced casually to the side. Actually, he didn’t come here early in the morning on purpose to wait for Fu Wenshan. It was just out of brotherly love that he wanted to invite Fu Wenshan to have lunch together.

But after knocking on the door for a long time without seeing Fu Wenshan come out and getting no answer when calling, the hotel staff in the hallway said they hadn’t seen anyone come out of room 1230 in the morning.

Li Siheng was puzzled. Where could Fu Wenshan have gone?

But now he knew.

Li Siheng’s sunglasses almost slipped down from his nose as he looked at the door plate behind Fu Wenshan—1232, and then at Fu Wenshan’s face.

“Where did you sleep last night?”

Fu Wenshan knew he couldn’t dodge a thorough interrogation, so he didn’t resist. Before Li Siheng could speak, he said, “Let me change first, and we can talk over lunch.”

Half an hour later, the two sat down together on the ground floor to have brunch.

Fu Wenshan explained in detail that he really wasn’t here to see Li Siheng.

“What’s so good about you that I’d come to see you?” Fu Wenshan teased.

Li Siheng sliced crab meat on his plate, giving Fu Wenshan a stern look like a headmaster lecturing a student about puppy love, his gaze extremely strict, as if he were about to torture him in the next second.

He had now remembered who was staying in 1232.

Xie Wanxing.

He silently cursed himself for being stupid, he was so quick to exclude Xie Wanxing and Zhao Jinghua from the list. No wonder Fu Wenshan was bothered about them holding hands yesterday.

“Tell me honestly, how did you two hook up?” Li Siheng asked sternly.

Fu Wenshan didn’t care at all about this paper tiger. He leisurely finished a plate of scrambled eggs before saying, “We filmed a variety show together before. It was just a chance encounter. He was a guest, we ended up sharing a room for a few nights. After the show ended, we felt we got along well, so we decided to become friends with benefits.”

“You’re talking nonsense,” Li Siheng didn’t hesitate to ridicule him. “Are you, of all people, capable of having a friend with benefits? If you wanted one, why did you drive away the cute little guy we sent you?”

Fu Wenshan looked at Li Siheng disdainfully. “Because he wasn’t good-looking enough.”

Li Siheng: “…” He couldn’t refute that reason.

Before he could say anything else, Fu Wenshan cut him off, “You guys are the ones always telling me to enjoy life. I finally found someone willing, and now you’re trying to ruin it for me? You better not, or else I’ll beat you up.”

Damn it, Li Siheng continued to chop the crab meat angrily. Listening to this shameless talk, he actually used him as a stepping stone to visit a friend with benefits, yet he didn’t allow him to ask more.

“Just because he’s good-looking, you broke your principles and became friends with benefits with him? You’re really shameless,” Li Siheng said, “And if you’re just friends with benefits, why did you come all the way here to visit the set?”

Fu Wenshan asked, “How often do you and your lover sleep together?”

Li Siheng thought for a moment. “At least twice a week.”

Fu Wenshan sneered, “Then why did you fly to the set? Your production has been shooting for eighteen days.”

Li Siheng was speechless.

“Oh, I have a question for you.”

“What?”

Fu Wenshan casually said, “Have you looked at your script? Is it missing a guest role, like an enemy emperor or a court minister?”

Li Siheng raised an eyebrow. “What do you mean?”

Fu Wenshan looked sincere. “To support your career, I can help you guest star for free.”

Li Siheng sneered, “There are no other roles, but we’re missing a eunuch. How about that?”

Fu Wenshan threw a grape at him, hitting him square on the nose.

Li Siheng resolutely rejected Fu Wenshan’s offer to guest star in his beloved play for the first time. He said firmly, “How can I allow you to defile my art?”

But in the afternoon, he still took Fu Wenshan to the set, letting him watch Xie Wanxing’s filming.

People on the set greeted them when they saw them, many of whom knew Fu Wenshan, and upon learning he was a friend of the investor, they became even more enthusiastic.

Only Zhao Jinghua chewed on melon seeds, revealing a subtle smile.

Xie Wanxing was resting and eating melon seeds when he saw Fu Wenshan come in, almost trembling with fear. But as Fu Wenshan sat with Li Siheng, he immediately had to shoot a scene, so they naturally didn’t gather to chat.

But he always seemed absent-minded. Han Shui asked him several times, but he answered vaguely.

Zhao Jinghua couldn’t help rolling his eyes.

Fu Wenshan hadn’t seen Xie Wanxing filming live yet, although he had caught up on almost all of Xie Wanxing’s works since his debut.

He was looking forward to it.

He casually asked Li Siheng, “How do you think Xie Wanxing’s acting is?”

Li Siheng looked at him as if he were an idiot. “If his acting wasn’t good, why would I cast him as the male lead? You think I have so much money to burn?”

Fu Wenshan felt that this person really didn’t know how to speak. He couldn’t even praise someone properly.
