After the audition.

Li Jiameng rushed to her, excitedly yelling, “Chuchu, did they confirm you for the role?”

Sheng Jinchu nodded. Li Jiameng continued to scream, “Hahaha, Chuchu, you’re amazing! I told you, Tengyuan Entertainment will regret letting you go if they knew you’re acting in Director Yu’s film!”

Sheng Jinchu just smiled and said nothing. Tengyuan! In the two years she was with Tengyuan, she didn’t get any resources. The only time the company arranged for her was to serve a sponsor!

His Adam’s apple bobbed. He cupped her face and gently kissed her lips before turning around and walking back upstairs.

If he stayed any longer, he really would lock the little woman up at home.

He couldn’t bear the thought of missing her, but he couldn’t ruin her career either!

The man walked to the balcony upstairs and watched the woman leave in the nanny car. His eyes were filled with tenderness. After the car left, the man returned to his usual cold and indifferent demeanor.

He had to go to work too. He had to earn money to support his wife!

On the way to Shenzhen, which would take about three hours, Li Jiameng’s mouth never stopped. She kept eating.

Sheng Jinchu was playing a game on her phone.

Sheng Jinchu nodded in agreement. Leng Feng, in the front seat, heard their conversation and perked up his ears.

Sheng Jinchu took out her phone and sent a WeChat message to Song Qing’an, “Was it you who did something during the audition?”

Although she asked a question, she was certain it was him.

Song Qing’an replied, “yes”

Sheng Jinchu put down her phone and continued to listen to Li Jiameng.

Li Jiameng patiently explained, “Besides filming, try not to have any other contact with her. This woman has many sponsors and a lot of background. Originally, she wasn’t supposed to be in this drama, but one of her sponsors invested in the crew, so she’s the female lead!”

They arrived in Shenzhen at 3 pm.

They went directly to the hotel. The rooms were arranged by the crew in advance.

Leng Feng and Leng Yun helped them put their luggage away and then went back to their own rooms.

The director’s roar made everyone disperse and go back to what they were doing.

Sheng Jinchu nodded to Director Yu and followed Li Jiameng to the makeup room.

This kind of thing happened on the first day. It seemed like things wouldn’t be boring on this set.

Sheng Jinchu walked into the makeup room, and she was the only one there. According to her status, she shouldn’t have a separate makeup room.

It must have been Ah Qing who arranged it. She took out her phone. “Ah Qing, thank you!”

Before he could reply, Li Jiameng took her phone away.

The makeup artist had already arrived. Today was for makeup tests, and her skin was so white and smooth, it was like water.
