“Just got back… hmm, no one’s here…”

After finishing the walk in the sky with Seriana, I had just returned to the mansion a moment ago, but Seriana had gone to inform Liesel of our return.

Then, I handed her the 【Small Ball】 and decided to head back to my room.

My 【Wind Cloak】 had repelled all the rain, so I wasn’t wet, but well… I had been out in that heavy rain.

I kind of want to change.

So, I returned to my room, but there was neither a child nor a nurse there.

“…Maybe I’ll take a shower in the back.”

I considered just changing, but given this, it might be a good idea to use the bath in the 【Hideout】.

Thinking this, I made my way deeper into the room and opened the door to the bedroom.

No one was here either.

I proceeded further into the unoccupied room and placed my hand on the wall next to the bed…

“Ha!”

I activated the 【Hideout】 and entered the door.

The first thing that catches your eye when entering the 【Hideout】’s entrance is the low shelves placed at both ends of the hallway leading to the living room.

These weren’t things I ordered, but apparently, Zighart had placed an order when he went to the workshop previously.

These weren’t meant for decoration, but for practical storage. Though right now, they are empty.

“…Hmm. I’ll need to clean this up again.”

It’s right by the entrance, so it might be a good idea to just throw materials into it…

That way, the whole 【Hideout】 would feel tidier.

There’s quite a bit of stuff piled up in the living room after all.

“Well… I’ll think about that later. Now, bath time.”

It would be too much for me to handle alone, so I’ll ask Alec or Zighart to help when they’re free.

Right now, it’s bath time.

I took a shower to warm up, finished washing the clothes that were in the washing machine, and hung them to dry as well.

It probably took about 20 minutes?

A decent amount of time had passed since I returned to the mansion, but when I checked the monitor, Seriana still hadn’t come back to the room.

Maybe she’s still talking with Liesel, but did they have anything to talk about?

It’s not impossible she returned while I was in the shower… though the monitor only shows the bedroom, but Seriana should be able to tell if I’m not there. She would know that I’m in the 【Hideout】 and would probably call out to me.

Since calls from the outside echo throughout the entire 【Hideout】, I would have heard it, and there’s no chance I missed it.

From what I can see, no one’s in the room yet. Maybe I’ll go back there for now…

“Hmm… what should I do with my hair? Should I leave it as it is?”

Groaning, I placed my hand on my head, still wrapped in a towel.

It’s drying quite well, but… it’s still a little damp.

For now, I’ll leave my head as it is, but what should I do about my clothes?

I’m still completely naked.

The temperature inside the 【Hideout】 is just right, but it’s not quite right to stay like this.

“Clothes… ah.”

I moved from the living room to the bedroom and grabbed a drawer from the shelf where my clothes were stored.

When I opened it, I found several outfits.

I keep some of my clothes in Seriana’s bedroom too, but I keep some here as well.

Sometimes, Teresa swaps them out.

“This should do.”

From the collection, I picked a simple, blue one-piece room wear.

It only has a belt around the waist, with no embellishments—a plain design.

This is just fine for me to wear…

Thinking about this, I grabbed it and pulled it over my head.

Now then… with the clothes on, maybe I’ll go out after drinking something.

I moved from the 【Hideout】 to Seriana’s office, still with the towel around my head, and began reading a random book.

About 30 minutes later, the door to the room opened.

There was no knock… it was Seriana.

“Welcome back… huh?”

When I looked up towards the entrance, she had changed from her horseback riding attire to a casual one-piece dress, just like me.

It wasn’t just her clothes that had changed, her hair was also down.

She came over to me, got off the 【Small Ball】, and sat in her usual seat.

“Did you take a bath too, Seria?”

“Yes. I had them prepare it before going to Liesel’s.”

Apparently, Seriana had used the guest bath in the south wing, not the one in this room.

That one is better equipped.

Since most of the servants here are on break, she must have asked the servants in the main building.

“What about your hair?”

Maybe it was because I was still wearing the towel, but she looked at me and asked.

“Yeah, it’s already dry.”

I removed the towel and touched my hair. It was completely dry.

It had been a while, and even though it was raining outside, this room might be a bit dry.

“I see… Later, Teresa will bring tea, so make sure to give it to her then.”

“Sure.”

We’re on vacation, but Teresa is still working.

Well, Teresa seems to enjoy her work like a hobby…

Maybe I’ll give her a shoulder rub tonight.
