Genius Operator [Holographic]
Genius Operator Chapter 18 – 3145 · Tiandi Temple

[Newbie Server?]

In the skies above the entire Divine Tree Continent, the Divine Tree underwent a subtle change. Amid the faint shadows of the trees, a faintly visible temple appeared. It seemed both like it was growing on the tree and being pressed down by it… leaning eastward, looking more and more like a building on the verge of collapse.

As soon as the temple appeared, large-scale riots suddenly broke out all over the Divine Tree Continent.
All the players looked up and saw an announcement pop up from the highest authority in the game—

[Server-Wide Announcement] Tiandi Temple, the Divine Tree is about to fall. A hidden chaotic force has corrupted the Divine Tree. The power of the gods has been polluted and damaged, and will no longer protect the Divine Tree Continent. From this moment on, chaos will erupt across the Divine Tree, devastating the land on which gifted ones survive. This destruction is irreversible. All gifted ones on the Divine Tree Continent must rush to suppress it.
This event was rated difficulty ★★★★, was limited to five hours, and matched with the Tiandi Temple dungeon. Its success or failure would determine the future development of the Divine Tree Continent.

The StarNet exploded with chatter. 5832 teams—just a small fraction of the huge player base of the Divine Tree game—were involved.
Only some of the leaderboard teams who had entrance tickets were pulled into the event. A few without tickets could only participate in the chaos suppression activities.

[It’s said only those with temple items and who cleared the Tiandi Temple got pulled in.]
[Lots of people, from the newbie servers to the high-level areas.]
[It’s a corrected epic dungeon. Low-level players get stat boosts. Divine Tree really went all out! First time with a gameplay like this.]
[Hurry and check StarNet! 5832 livestreams opened!]

This was a server-wide progress challenge. Divine Tree collaborated with StarNet TV to integrate live dungeon broadcasts.
It all started when leaderboard team Skyward Ascent discovered clues about the Tiandi Temple and triggered a hidden event, which launched the Tiandi Temple activity.

At this moment, 5832 teams were live streaming, making the dungeon’s difficulty visible at a glance. Players clicked into the streams and realized how big this event was. Many top teams appeared right at the top of the streams.

But while some teams entered, others didn’t. In the game world, leaderboard teams were already spamming question marks in the world chat.

[This event is hilarious, leaderboard squads got split up.]
[It’s based on personal items. Whoever has the item, their team gets pulled in.]

To explore the Tiandi Temple, many top teams had originally split into smaller groups to find clues. No one expected the Divine Tree event to start so suddenly. As a result, many top teams didn’t have time to regroup and enter the dungeon together. The sudden start left all the leaderboard teams scattered and scrambling to form teams to tackle the dungeon.

As the world chat blew up, teams with entrance tickets started matching into the dungeon.

At the Wonder Zoo guild’s side, vice captain Ragdoll Cat looked at the records. Only a few familiar players had gotten in. Their own luck wasn’t great—their team didn’t have an entrance item and had no idea what was happening inside.
“There are six riot points on the map. We’ve sent people to check them out. This event is server-wide and completely different from the previous Griffin exploration dungeon.”

The six riot points covered the entire Divine Tree Continent. Five of them fell within the high-level areas of the Tiankong Divine Tree, while one fell into the low-level area for players under level 40.
Players with entrance tickets would enter the Tiandi Temple challenge in different areas, while players without tickets could only participate in the suppression activities outside.

“The event covers every stage of the server. Big production!”
“There’s even a point in the newbie zone! No wonder people have been making alts and hanging out there! They must have gotten some inside info.”

The other Wonder Zoo players seemed dejected, feeling the frustration of not being able to participate in the dungeon.
As always, it seemed like bad luck hit their guild hard. Even the Hidden Immortal team got people in, while they were left on the sidelines watching.

“Cheer up, it’s not just us.”
“Don’t forget Brother Tiger [1] Mage Alt 123 ! Why is no one worried about Brother Tiger! Their team had tickets too!”
“But can Brother Tiger really do it? Their team only has eight people.” someone said.

Ragdoll Cat paused and glanced at the team info Fierce Tiger 123 posted in the Wonder Zoo guild chat.
One of the matching teams showed an ID—

Cycle of Eternity.

Inside the Tiandi Temple, the scenery gradually shifted. After the blinding light ended, everyone who was teleported into the dungeon stood inside a much grander temple.

The previously dilapidated doors and run-down temple were completely renewed, with bright candlelight and a thick scent of incense. The small, dilapidated temple had become a spacious hall, in which stood eighteen statues of the celestial deities. Beneath the platform’s candlelight were placed rows of kneeling cushions, and the surrounding wind was silent, replaced by the long-lasting sounds of chanting and wooden fish drums. It was a tranquil and peaceful atmosphere, putting people at ease.

“Whoa!!”

“This place is so grand!”

All the players were loaded into the dungeon one after another. When Zhou Sui heard the voices, several people were already standing around him. Those nearby were all members of the original team, forming a full six-person squad. Their team interface had now changed into a 12-person raid interface. He instinctively looked farther away at the newly refreshed players — the other team only had two people.

Rich Bro had been worrying that his healer would drop dead from exhaustion, but when he saw the class icon, he said, “Qi Ling Village! We have a healer!”

The matched-in small team seemed a little surprised too. Looking at the uneven lineup on Zhou Sui’s side, Mage Alt 123 was the first to speak: “Wow, you can randomly match teammates without inviting anyone!?”

Slack Bro saw the other team’s IDs and said, “Wait, 123?”

The IDs Mage Alt 123 and Little Bunny 123 instantly recalled the memories of the players in the team.

Zhou Sui suddenly said, “Looks kind of familiar.”

“Bro, the world channel!” Slack Bro saw that Zhou Sui looked confused and quickly explained, “Those guys who kept getting server announcements every day because they looted so many materials!”

Rich Bro sighed, “No amount of money can match that kind of luck.”

Slack Bro was extremely envious, “Born with the Luck Saint physique. Even masters would call them the chosen ones when passing by. I wonder what kind of fortune they have.”

Zhou Sui vaguely seemed to remember.

Bubble Dragon and the others: “?”

‘Is luck the key here? These guys are real pros!’

Server 3145 was a rural server with not many leaderboard players. The 123 duo had almost monopolized the server’s special announcements lately. For players who often checked the world announcements, recognizing those two IDs was normal.

Suddenly, someone in the team coughed.

Everyone immediately turned to look.

Mage Alt 123 pointed to the voice system: “Team channel. Complimenting me to my face makes me shy.”

“But if you guys compliment me a few more times, honestly, I wouldn’t mind that much.”

Everyone: “…”

“This event isn’t going to be simple. The main storyline of the Divine Tree has been stirring things up for days. This definitely isn’t just an ordinary epic dungeon,” Mage Alt 123 looked up at the towering statues and said casually. “I’m guessing we’ve entered an epic dungeon that advances the world storyline.”

Upon hearing “world storyline,” a few players in the team immediately lit up with excitement.

Having stayed in the newbie village for so long, Mage Alt 123 — that is, Fierce Tiger 123 — was there specifically for the world storyline content. With how grand the full-server announcement had been before entering, it was clear that all the effort spent in the newbie village hadn’t been wasted.

He just hadn’t expected there to be a matchmaking system — and that it would match them with a team like this.

Mage Alt 123 was dressed in the typical robes of the Tian He Mountain class. Unlike Beastmaster Rich Bro and the Daoist, his weapon wasn’t a conventional one — it was a suspended divination diagram. The Tian He Mountain class was referred to as “mages,” and currently had three mainstream popular specializations: Beastmasters who focused on summoning, Daoists who specialized in high-damage talismans and spells, and lastly, Array Masters who used divination diagrams and specialized in formations based on the Eight Trigrams [2]They represent fundamental principles of reality and are used to interpret the natural world, human affairs, and the cosmos. Each trigram consists of three lines, which can be either solid (yang) or … Continue reading

What caught Zhou Sui’s attention, however, wasn’t the Array Master, but the other player standing behind him.

That person’s robes didn’t seem like a full set of equipment. Aside from the cloth armor typically worn for magic attacks, he was also wearing two pieces of armor designed for physical defense. Over his gear, he carried a heavy box-like device slung single-handedly across his back. The class patterns of Qi Ling Village were etched into the box, but its external appearance had no obvious indication of a specific specialization — it was a self-made weapon.

A pharmacist? Or a healer?

As if sensing Zhou Sui’s gaze, Little Bunny 123 turned his head from a distance. He glanced past the people in front and looked directly at Zhou Sui.

But after just a second, the man looked away.

It seemed like just a casual glance, but Zhou Sui knew — the other player had been looking at his weapon.

Just like him, the other player’s first instinct when judging a class was to look at the weapon.

When Mage Alt 123 — player “Fierce Tiger 123” from the Wonder Zoo guild — saw the team, he instinctively looked at Zhou Sui too. After all, he had once added him as a friend but never got the response. He hadn’t expected to run into Cycle of Eternity here by chance.

Even though no one spoke during this brief moment, the eight players from the two teams had more or less figured each other out.

The team now had a total of eight members — not a full raid party.

There was Bubble Dragon, the tank, along with his friends: a warrior and a Daoist.

Zhou Sui, Beastmaster Rich Bro, and the swordsman Slack Bro.

Finally, there were the newcomers: Mage Alt 123 as the Array Master, and Little Bunny 123, a healer of unclear specialization.

At this moment, an abrupt sound echoed through the environment.

*Da da da* — a rhythmic knocking sound, like the hollow strike of a wooden fish, seemed to come from overhead and instantly made everyone break into a cold sweat.

Everyone looked around. There were eighteen statues positioned across the four directions — east, west, south, and north. They finally realized what made this so-called temple so terrifying: There were no doors.

No entrance, no exit.

“The statues are speaking,” Little Bunny 123 suddenly said.

His voice was slightly hoarse but calm, highly distinctive when he spoke.

The players immediately caught the meaning behind his words.

No doors. A holy yet eerie hall. Eighteen statues towering over them, making the players look like ants that could be crushed with a single step.

One after another, ethereal voices began to echo, the different tones overlapping — it was as if each statue was speaking.

It was clearly a spacious hall, but the voices rising and falling around them were incomprehensible, and yet they sent a chill down their spines, far more unsettling than the dilapidated temple from before.

“This must be a dungeon, but where’s the boss?” Rich Bro asked.

They had been inside for quite some time, but no boss had appeared, only the statues.

The eerie feeling inside Zhou Sui grew stronger, and the sensation of being watched was even more pronounced after the statues began speaking. He glanced sideways and noticed that the two people in his line of sight had already moved ahead. The figurine in his inventory had shattered into a pile of stone blocks, which meant it was just an entry pass. The other two had likely noticed this as well — players who frequently ranked high on the leaderboards were far more perceptive than him.

Sure enough, Mage Alt 123 had already reached the nearby spiritual platform and was examining the newly appeared object.

Behind him, Little Bunny 123 hadn’t walked very far, his head lowered as if he were examining the ground.

Zhou Sui lowered his gaze and saw twisted brick patterns hidden in the cracks of the stones. These patterns seemed unusual; it looked like finding a specific one would trigger something.

“Temple… is it similar to the Tiandi Temple, with the statues?” Slack Bro said as he looked up. Seeing that the two players from Team 123 had already moved forward and that Zhou Sui was observing as well, he couldn’t help but walk up: “The boss hasn’t shown up yet, it seems like we need to explore. Let’s spread out and look around, but be careful not to touch anything—”

Just as his foot stepped onto a stone tile, a cracking sound echoed.

The people ahead immediately turned around, and Slack Bro’s foot froze mid-step. “Huh?”

The sound of the wooden fish [3]A wooden fish, also known as a Chinese temple block, wooden bell, or muyu, is a type of woodblock that originated from China that is used as a percussion instrument by monks and lay people in the … Continue reading stopped, and the surroundings fell into silence.

In the next moment, the stone surfaces of all the statues cracked open, shedding their outer shell to reveal golden bodies inside. As they were exposed, the statues’ stone fragments shattered, and when the faces cracked open, their eyes began to spin wildly, all locking onto Slack Bro, who was standing in the front.

Beams of light shot out from the statues’ eyes, striking Slack Bro’s position. He narrowly dodged them, escaping death.

“Tank, grab aggro!” Mage Alt 123 shouted.

Bubble Dragon quickly grabbed his shield and rushed out, but stopped in his tracks. “Big shot, which one should I grab?”

“Obviously, the boss—” Mage Alt 123’s voice cut off suddenly.

Zhou Sui’s expression shifted slightly as he saw the list of attackable targets on the player panel.

Eighteen red dots.

All the statues here were bosses!

[Tiandi • Temple (8/12), parameters adjusted based on team size, difficulty adjusted to S- Rank.]

[The temple has been invaded by chaotic forces. The gods have fallen into corruption and rebellion. Only by purging the chaos can the gods be saved.]

[Quest Objective: Suppress the statues (0/18). Failure will result in the entire team being expelled from the temple.]

[Countdown: 04:58:12]

Everyone: “?!”

How the hell are they supposed to play this!

As the first one who had stepped on the tile, Slack Bro immediately became the primary target of all eighteen bosses. Beams of different-colored light shot down from above, landing dangerously close to him. Bubble Dragon and the others, who had been about to move forward, instinctively shrank back and immediately regrouped with the rest of the team.

When in doubt, stick together.

Mage Alt 123 also retreated, and seeing the situation, he called out, “Run, I’ll figure out a way to save you!”

Little Bunny 123 frowned slightly. He glanced at the group huddled in the distance, then noticed that Zhou Sui was standing completely still.

Little Bunny 123 stopped moving and asked, “You’re not going to save him?”

Zhou Sui tilted his head in confusion, realizing the question was directed at him. “Oh,” he said,

“He’s good at running.”

“Just eighteen!” Slack Bro didn’t need anyone to tell him — he was already sprinting for his life. He darted and leaped like a monkey lost on the wrong map, not taking a single hit, even shouting while running: “Come on, if you dare, aim at my ass!”

Bubble Dragon: “?”  What kind of monkey is this?!

Rich Bro kindly provided commentary: “Well, they’re just bosses. My bro used to kite real players.”

Mage Alt 123 glanced at the group huddled together watching the show, then at the swordsman desperately dodging attacks, wondering what kind of teammates he had been matched with.

Still, since someone was holding aggro, he had a chance to attack. He cast a spell at the nearest boss to test things out.

In the next second, the boss he attacked switched targets, instantly locking onto him.

Mage Alt 123’s eyes widened as a beam of light swept toward him: “Crap!”

Rich Bro quickly pulled back his probing hand and exchanged looks with the others: “Moral of the story — don’t poke around.”

[Believers, the gods love and protect their people. Please strive to save the gods.]

Mage Alt 123: “……Save my ass!”

In an instant, the number of people running increased from one to two.

Zhou Sui immediately saw the challenge: the primary aggro target was Slack Bro, but once someone attacked a boss, the aggro shifted.

This was the same as in regular dungeons. The eighteen bosses locked onto players based on their aggro values. Zhou Sui turned to Bubble Dragon beside him and said, “Go grab aggro.”

Bubble Dragon froze for a moment, but hearing Zhou Sui’s words, he quickly approached the boss locked onto Mage Alt 123.

Taunt skill — a must-have for Tian Wu Bastion Shielders — could force bosses to lock onto the tank as the main target.

One shield bash later, and the mage was immediately saved from danger — the aggro shifted to Bubble Dragon.

The beams turned and hit Bubble Dragon, who raised his shield to block. Zhou Sui locked onto Bubble Dragon, monitoring the incoming damage. The beam’s damage was lower than that of the wind-type statue in the Tiandi Temple.

Little Bunny 123 said, “Don’t stop when your cooldown’s up [4] Continue using the ability as soon as it becomes available again; don’t pause or wait..”

Zhou Sui added, “Hit a few more.”

The two spoke in unison. Bubble Dragon, holding his shield, had just blocked the boss’s attack when his hand trembled — what is this, whack-a-mole? Hit a few more!

Little Bunny 123 glanced sideways, but Zhou Sui was still calmly observing the boss.

Bubble Dragon moved forward, clockwise, and consecutively bashed four bosses. The incoming damage quickly maxed out.

Little Bunny 123 locked onto him to heal, and only then did Zhou Sui notice what was inside his device — a medicine kit, an auxiliary apothecary.

Apothecaries had lots of support skills, but their healing output was generally lower than that of healers specialized in healing.

Still, four didn’t seem to be Little Bunny 123’s limit. He said, “You can hit three more.”

Having a healer really made a difference. Several times, Zhou Sui thought about stepping in to top off Bubble Dragon’s health, but Little Bunny 123 had already done it.

Bubble Dragon’s aggro had finally stabilized at 7 targets, while the remaining 11 had still been running towards Slack Bro. The main thing was that while healing, Little Bunny 123 was also reducing his own aggro. Healing two people, yet not a single boss was locked onto him… this healer had excellent awareness.

Zhou Sui stepped back without saying anything, taking the opportunity to observe the surroundings.

Just as Little Bunny 123 was about to say something, Zhou Sui suddenly moved.

He first used a single-target skill to test a boss’s health, then used an AoE skill, which immediately caused nearby bosses to lock onto him.

Little Bunny 123 had been about to suggest that DPS test their skills, and Zhou Sui’s actions aligned exactly with his idea.

Zhou Sui dodged the incoming beams and said briefly, “The range is short.”

Little Bunny 123 added, “AoE will splash — it’ll mess up aggro.”

Aggro would become chaotic. As long as players dealt damage to the bosses, they would inevitably pull aggro. Their team only had one tank, and the tank’s taunt skills were limited, meaning Bubble Dragon could, with the healer’s help, withstand the damage from seven bosses, but couldn’t maintain stable aggro on all of them.

The players had all been shrunk down, making it seem like the statues were far away, but when skills were used, AoE skills would still hit multiple bosses.

This meant that if they wanted to attack, they could only use single-target skills — AoE attacks were off-limits. In this situation, their damage output speed would inevitably drop.

After observing for a while, Zhou Sui roughly figured things out:

1. The health of the eighteen bosses was comparable to the wind-type boss in the Tiandi Temple. Beam attacks happened every five seconds.

2. Each boss had its own independent aggro calculation. Based on damage dealt and aggro value, anyone other than the tank would get killed after being hit by beams three times in a row.

3. Though the bosses looked huge, the effective range was very short. AoE attacks could cause tanks to lose control of aggro.

“Single-target the first boss.”

Once the players heard that, they finally started moving, locking onto the first boss and focusing their single-target damage.

Time ticked by, and when the first boss’s health dropped to 50%, suddenly a flood of new skills appeared. The players immediately recognized them, and Rich Bro shouted, “Those are the mini-boss skills from the Tiandi Temple!”

In the Tiandi Temple, Zhou Sui had fought the wind-type boss.

But in that regular dungeon, twelve random bosses could spawn — corresponding exactly to the twelve statues in this temple. And the remaining six statues? They had unknown boss skills.

[The Ice God has entered Frenzy Mode!]

The first boss was an ice-type, and the nearest warrior was immediately frozen. Once frozen, the boss coordinated with two nearby bosses to attack with beams.

This was bad! The players were too close together — the beams would overlap and hit everyone!

At this critical moment, Zhou Sui suddenly ramped up his output. His aggro had been steadily just below Bubble Dragon’s, but now he forcibly pulled the aggro from the two nearby bosses. The sudden aggro refresh interrupted the bosses’ coordinated attacks, and the beams locked onto Zhou Sui instead, instantly shifting their aim away.

Zhou Sui quickly dashed toward the boss’s feet. Using a light movement skill, he leapt into the air — and in that instant, he felt a lightness in his body. Glancing down, he noticed a buff from an apothecary had been stacked on him. Seizing the moment, he sharply changed direction, dragging the beams with him and smashing them into the wall, defusing the crisis.

Mage Alt 123 thought, ‘What quick reflexes.’

Without Zhou Sui forcibly pulling aggro just now, they would have lost at least two players to the beams!

However, the boss’s attacks didn’t stop. As the system alert said, in Frenzy Mode, the first boss — the Ice God — had entered a multi-skill cycle. It was no longer just about beam attacks. Now, the Ice God coordinated attacks with the bosses on either side, and its health started dropping at half the previous speed. It was obvious they weren’t going to get a simple one-boss fight.

If the team wiped, they’d be kicked out of the dungeon — they didn’t have a second chance.

And now, their first boss was already in Frenzy.

Everyone who saw this felt a chill run down their spine. ‘So this is the difficulty of an Epic Six-Star dungeon?’

All the players instinctively started retreating, and their original formation immediately fell apart.

The boss’s frenzied attack had a massive range, even affecting Slack Bro who was running around in the distance. He slammed on the brakes and turned around sharply, hurriedly pulling the beams of the remaining eleven bosses away. In doing so, he tanked a skill head-on and nearly got one-shot. Mage Alt 123 quickly followed up after Zhou Sui, pulling some of the nearby aggro and sharing the pressure. At the same time, Rich Bro hastily summoned his beasts — three summoned creatures spread out and forcibly relieved Slack Bro’s burden.

Slack Bro: “Good brothers.”

Mage Alt 123: “You’re welcome.”

Rich Bro: “No need to thank me. I’ve got lots of summons.”

Zhou Sui turned his head: “?”

Little Bunny 123: “…Run.”

After this touching brotherhood moment, the battlefield became even more chaotic. Three people were running around [5] Zhuo Sui, Slack Bro, Mage Alt 123 , another [6] Rich Bro was busy summoning pets.

Meanwhile, the three-man Bubble Dragon group [7] Bubble Dragon, warrior, Daoist was trembling, squeezed between beams of light, looking utterly lost — ‘What are we even doing? Where are we supposed to go? Where should we be attacking?’

Mage Alt 123 glanced around at the near-chaotic scene and felt numb: “Guys! Teamwork!! Stop running into the same place!”

Slack Bro, gasping for breath: “I’m already circling the pillar!!”

Rich Bro, whose summons were dying one after another, told his pets to just stand there and get hit: “The eye beams are coming from far away, it’s not my fault!”

[Believers, the gods love and protect their people. Please strive to save the gods.

]

When Zhou Sui saw this message again, a flicker crossed his eyes. From the beginning, this message had been appearing in the gaps between all the skill notifications. His gaze swept over to the quest panel, noticing the extremely simplified quest description. ‘Why does it keep emphasizing the gods’ love for their people… And why did it call them loyal believers at the start?’

At this moment, Zhou Sui noticed something different inside the temple.

Besides the flickering candlelight, there was a massive prayer mat in front of each statue.

It blended so naturally into the environment that it was easy for players to overlook.

Just as Zhou Sui started moving toward one of the mats, he saw Mage Alt 123 casually step across one in the distance — and nothing happened.

‘No, that’s not right. It’s not just any prayer mat.’

‘Why does every boss claim to be a god? Why are they associated with different attributes?’

Not far away, Little Bunny 123 noticed Zhou Sui had suddenly stopped walking.

Zhou Sui changed direction, heading the other way.

At this moment, a memory flashed through his mind — a video he had seen on the StarNet, one that detailed all eighteen statues, carefully comparing the appearances of each one. Now, in his mind, he could vividly associate each statue with its attributes.

‘To become a believer…’

—-

On StarNet TV, one-third of the 5,832 live streams went dark within just half an hour.

It was clear that the high-difficulty dungeon had already eliminated most of the players who were just trying to coast along.

Across the entire server, six chaos zones had opened up.

These zones were similar to devouring cracks, constantly destroying buildings and terrain all over the Divine Tree Continent.

Areas swallowed by chaotic energy would become danger zones — players who entered would experience both debuffs and continuous health loss..

At first, players thought this event was just about clearing random field bosses.

But now they realized the true meaning of correlation — no matter how many chaotic monsters they killed, they could never completely clear them.

At best, they could only slow down the rate of destruction.

There was no way to actually destroy the chaos energy itself.

The players, who had initially thought this was just another server-wide exploration event, were now getting nervous.

It had taken two full months since the server launch to reach this point, and they had finally established stable gathering and money-making routes.

If the chaos was allowed to continue destroying everything, it would be a serious problem.

The six zones were scattered across various important areas of the Divine Tree Continent — many of them were places players visited frequently.

If these areas became permanent danger zones, it would have a massive impact on the players’ future gameplay.

In the end, the entire continent would be utterly devastated.

“It seems tied to the dungeon’s progress. Someone has to clear it to stop this!”

That’s when players realized:

The world event and the Epic Dungeon were linked.

The six chaotic zones outside were actually connected to six challenge phases inside the dungeon Tiandi Temple.

Players of different levels were assigned to different dungeon instances…

Which meant the game had actually launched six different difficulty versions of the Epic Dungeon at the same time!

Inside these six regional dungeons, the five higher-level regions were making decent progress.

But the zone assigned to the newbie servers was a total bloodbath!

Under this phased dungeon model, the number of live streams kept dropping as players were eliminated by the intense difficulty.

Anyone who clicked into a stream would see the terrifying scene:

Eighteen bosses and a half-health frenzy phase were wiping out groups left and right.

Viewers outside the dungeon watched in horror as hundreds of newbie teams were completely wiped out and forcibly ejected from the instance.

As a result, the total number of live streams — which had been over five thousand — plummeted, leaving only around two thousand.

[I feel like something bad is about to happen in the newbie zone.]

[Isn’t there a group with high-level players’ alternate accounts?]

[The main teams of the pros must be clearing the high-level zones… Are the newbie zones going to get wiped out?]

[Holy crap, if the chaos isn’t suppressed there, it’s going to be a disaster!]

Among the roughly two thousand live streams, there was one from the newbie zone: stream 4578-3145.

A player casually clicked into the stream and was stunned.

The scene inside was almost brutal — as soon as they entered, they saw beams shooting everywhere, dazzling and making their heartbeat speed up instinctively.

This stream hasn’t gone dark yet?

What is going on?

When the player saw the situation, they thought they were about to witness a team being wiped out and got ready to see how many people were already lying on the ground.

With just one glance, they froze.

Instead of a full team, there were only eight people left — and none of them were down.

And the team setup was totally weird —

It was just eight people, with one tank and two healers?

[What the hell kind of team is this?]

[Wait, no… Look at how fast that player called Cycle of Eternity is moving!]

The next second, they saw the healer named Cycle of Eternity in the crowd start moving.

The tool case in his hand shifted slightly, instantly transforming into another device — not the usual medicine packs that attack pharmacists used, but instead a rare needle device.

They saw him turn and throw the needles with one hand, forcibly pulling the boss’s aggro onto himself.

After securing the aggro, Cycle of Eternity didn’t stop.

He suddenly changed direction and ran toward another spot.

[Wait, what’s he trying to do?]

[?? Is this guy pulling aggro through attacks?]

[An attack apothecary? Holy crap! An Epic Dungeon group with just one tank, one healer, and an attack apothecary!?]
