[Can’t this family have just one more person—him?!]
Other leaderboard teams on the high-level server also saw the announcement. The initiator was Haba Dog from the Wonder Zoo team, and the responder was Cycle of Eternity from a low-level novice server. This wasn’t just a coincidence—there was only one possibility: the two sides had coordinated.
The other squads reacted quickly: “Contact teams from the low-level zones. This might be a cross-region collaboration event.”
Both high-level and low-level starting maps were set in the forest. Wonder Zoo team players no longer had time to consider the details. What was initially planned as a coordinated exploration between two sub-teams was now spiraling into a full-scale competitive frenzy.
Great. From the get-go, they’d attracted a swarm of rivals.
Haba Dog said, “Wait, I’ll send them a message.”
Ragdoll Cat: “?”
Other players: “???”
Boss, everyone else has already started running. And you’re still texting?
A group of people stood around watching Haba Dog operate his interface. Their boss grew more and more silent.
“What happened, boss?”
“He didn’t reply,” Haba Dog said, sounding aggrieved, like he’d just been ignored.
The forest event spread rapidly. Players who received the invitation letter were already on the move.
With the system issuing such clear instructions, the number of parties gathering to join the event was countless. In the first phase, the two regions were separated, and the competitive intensity was high. Once inside, all teams would lose outside communication—cut off by the central system.
In the originally glitched-out zone, a stretch of forest shrouded in mist appeared. Located far on the eastern edge of the continent, players had to run four or five teleport points just to reach it. When Team 3145 arrived, the first thing they saw was crowds of players braving HP loss to dash into the forest!
The low-level forest was a shared cross-server zone. The locked player info clearly displayed each individual’s server.
“Damn, there are this many people?” Slack Bro was stunned.
“Not just that. Move back,” Little Bunny 123’s sharp eyes caught something, and he gave a quick warning.
This map allowed for PvP—it was a cross-server war zone.
Inside the forest, a skill suddenly activated. Something flew toward Zhou Sui—a hook-like device.
It wasn’t a player skill but a special gadget, like a grappling hook. Zhou Sui’s dynamic vision caught the subtle motion. He swiftly morphed his weapon into a scythe. When the hook came flying, it locked onto the blade. Immediately, a debuff appeared on his status bar.
“What was that?” Zhou Sui dispelled the effect and retreated.
Little Bunny 123 frowned and explained, “It’s a tool-type weapon. Items like that can drop from gameplay, and in temporary war zones, they’re not restricted.”
Zhou Sui: “…”
He had never gotten a single drop like that before.
Temporary war zones fully unlocked gameplay features, allowing for all kinds of strange attack methods.
More players struck again, seemingly targeting Zhou Sui as the team’s core damage dealer—trying to drag him deeper into the woods.
Zhou Sui immediately felt his movement restricted. At this moment, a buff landed on him—Little Bunny 123 had cleansed the debuff.
Now understanding how the tool worked, Zhou Sui countered—grabbing the grappling hook’s chain and using a movement skill to yank the hidden player out of the forest.
Apparently not expecting that move, the enemy froze when exposed. Zhou Sui noticed the tool had a cooldown period and, before the player could react, unleashed a full combo. Since the other had attacked first, Zhou Sui wasn’t about to let them off.
A quick and clean combo later, a system prompt popped up:
[Player “Ninety-Nine Eighty-One” has dropped item [Retractable Claw]. Pick up?]
Zhou Sui: “?”
That’s allowed?
Other players: “???”
The player vanished in smoke. Zhou picked up his first-ever item in Divine Tree.
Slack Bro: “Bro, I’ve figured out how you can break your unlucky streak.”
Rich Bro agreed, “Loot corpses. Even if you’re unlucky, unbound drops are always good. No luck? Fine—we rob from the rich!”
Frog glanced at Rich Bro’s ridiculously expensive gear and muttered, ‘If we’re robbing the rich, we should start with you.’
The surroundings quieted. No more new players appeared—or perhaps they were still lurking.
While the rest of the team dreamed about more kills and loot, Zhou Sui didn’t look excited at all. Instead, he was quietly observing.
With the clamor of players diminished, the true state of the forest gradually became clearer. The mist was thick, weighing down the area with a strange pressure.
From above, the tree canopy couldn’t be seen—only twisted branches. The trees were huge, looming and oppressive.
The two team leaders stayed silent and hadn’t moved forward. Naturally, the rest waited for their cue.
Frog, itching to move but trying to be smart, asked, “Boss, which way now?”
Zhou Sui suddenly said, “Don’t you find this strange?”
Something was off. His peripheral vision scanned the entire forest.
They’d encountered a lot of players so far. But the event’s objective was to find the Mirror Maze Town—and yet, all these people had focused on PvP instead.
Attacking others added unnecessary risk. Since they had access to the event, it meant they were skilled enough to know better. So why waste time here?
Little Bunny 123 moved closer to Zhou Sui and glanced around. “The teams aren’t complete.”
“Right. The ones attacking us don’t seem to be full squads,” Rich Bro added. “A big event like this, and they came in with just two or three people?”
Zhou Sui narrowed his eyes. This wasn’t just strange. It was suspicious.
Frog said, “Beastmaster, send your pet to scout ahead.”
In the thick mist, only about ten meters of visibility was clear. The mist seemed to be gradually closing in.
They had been playing Divine Tree for so long, but this was the first time they’d seen a forest this white and dense with mist—it was hard to tell direction at all.
Further out, everything was a blur. Rich Bro sent his pet forward to scout, and it ran into the mist without incident.
Zhou Sui’s ears twitched—ever since earlier, the wind in the forest had completely stopped.
But a strange feeling gnawed at him. As the surroundings grew quieter, the unease grew stronger.
Wait a second… there is no wind at all, and yet the mist in front of them is drifting?
A cluster of mist suddenly floated toward them. Something was wrong with this mist!
Zhou Sui tensed. Just then, Little Bunny 123 yanked his hand and the two of them retreated at the same time. Little Bunny 123 barked, “Avoid the mist!”
Slack Bro and Rich Bro immediately dispelled their status effects and dodged back. Frog used a movement skill to quickly fall back as well.
Only Free-Spirited Wanderer didn’t react in time. He had just started to ask, “What’s going on—” when the drifting mist engulfed him.
The sound cut off abruptly. He vanished completely—like he had evaporated in front of them!
“Holy crap! The mist eats people!?” Slack Bro was shocked.
Zhou Sui noticed the lingering warmth on his wrist and subtly pulled his hand further back.
The mist had come out of nowhere. With everything covered in dense white, it was nearly impossible to distinguish real mist from deadly traps. Free-Spirited Wanderer was already gone without a trace.
Zhou Sui immediately checked Free-Spirited Wanderer’s coordinates—only to find that inside the forest, all navigation and map functions had been disabled. You couldn’t even locate your own position on the mini-map, let alone find your teammates. Free-Spirited Wanderer’s coordinates had gone completely dark.
“Can you still hear us?” Little Bunny 123 asked in the party chat.
Free-Spirited Wanderer’s voice crackled with interference, the static making it nearly unintelligible.
Worse, his text messages in party chat had turned into unreadable gibberish.
“My pet auto-unsummoned.” Rich Bro, who had just sent his pet ahead, said the pet ignored his command and instantly returned to his inventory.
“Send pets in four directions—to detect mist.” Little Bunny 123 scanned the surroundings and warned, “Everyone else move closer to the center.”
Free-Spirited Wanderer’s complete loss of connection with the team instantly put everyone on high alert.
In a gameplay setup like this, a trap that could isolate a player like that was terrifying. If the mist took someone away, they were completely alone!
Zhou Sui frowned. The mist could separate teammates, cut off communications, and rendered the map useless.
He glanced at the quest tracker for Phase One of Mirror Maze Town Forest. The countdown was still ticking. That line—“The Mirror Maze Town only welcomes special guests. If you’re too late, you might not get in~”—was growing brighter and more noticeable, drawing players’ attention.
“It’s bait,” Zhou Sui said.
Little Bunny 123 was also looking at the task list. “It’s luring people into attacking.”
No wonder the ones who had attacked them were all solo players. The mist must have already scattered the first wave of players who entered the forest. Disoriented and unable to find the way forward, they were trying to figure out how to progress.
In a PvP-enabled map like this, with zero directional clues, it was natural for players to default to one idea:
Keep attacking others, eliminate opponents, and earn the entry pass to the deeper levels of the Mirror Maze Town Forest.
In fact, there was no real evidence to support this kind of approach—it was more like a form of linguistic suggestion, subtly guiding players to unconsciously make the “optimal choice” based on their environment and the wording used.
But Zhou Sui was already looking upward. Though the forest was filled with mist, there was a light source above.
In a typical forest, when the mist is too dense and visibility drops, tall trees usually block out the light, making the forest darker… but that wasn’t happening here. Despite the spreading mist, the light still remained. That was unusual—this suggested the light was significant.
“What time was it in-game when we entered the forest?” Zhou Sui asked.
Rich Bro thought for a moment. “I think it was around 3 in the afternoon…?”
Little Bunny 123 replied crisply with the exact time, “3:37 PM. That was when we came in.”
He looked at Zhou Sui and added, “Based on the coordinates where Mirror Maze Town Forest is located on the Divine Tree continent, sunset normally happens at 6 PM.”
Slack Bro was stunned. ‘Someone actually keeps track of the in-game time?’
‘Brother Bunny, you even remember that?
“That doesn’t add up.”
Zhou Sui pulled up his personal interface. The timer for the first phase had originally started with a five-hour countdown, and the quest text said to arrive before sunset.
Which meant—if the map was supposed to go dark soon, then Mirror Maze Town Forest should’ve only needed a 3–4 hour countdown, not five.
The central AI was much more meticulous about data than players were, and the quest description had emphasized time.
This subtle inconsistency, combined with the map’s specific location and presentation, was clearly a deliberate clue.
It implied that the Mirror Maze Town was not located within forest directly—it was some distance away, and its sunset time was later than the forest’s.
Zhou Sui said, “The direction of the Mirror Maze Town should be wherever the light is strongest—where it gets dark the latest.”
“With such a large time difference, there’s probably a teleport point involved.”
After he spoke, he noticed how quiet it was—everyone was staring at him.
Slack Bro said, “Bro, I always thought you didn’t like reading quest text because you were bad with info…”
Rich Bro let his pet walk forward a bit. “Yeah, I thought the same.”
To think one single sentence could reveal so much information!
If Zhou Sui’s logic held, then attacking other players wasn’t the optimal strategy at all. The correct way to pass this phase was to find the entrance to Mirror Maze Town. Everyone turned to look around the forest—indeed, there were spots in the mist where the light shone through more clearly, with noticeably stronger brightness. But judging by the one-hour difference in time, Mirror Maze Town was likely still very far away. Running there on foot alone wouldn’t cut it.
They had less than four hours left—how were they supposed to find the real entrance in a map this bizarre?
Slack Bro and Rich Bro couldn’t help but glance at the swirling mist around them. ‘Don’t tell me…?’
Frog looked at the mist and shuddered. “No way, right?”
Slack Bro: “You think we want that?”
Just then, a new system alert popped up for the team—
[Player Free-Spirited Wanderer has been eliminated]
[Team members remaining: 5/6]
[Hurry to the town!]
The game’s cutesy reminder appeared alongside the elimination of their lone teammate. Free-Spirited Wanderer had only lost contact with them for a few minutes—and now he was gone. And he wasn’t even weak! That’s how scary being separated was. The outcome was right in front of their eyes, merged with the drifting mist—as if the mist itself were some man-eating demon.
Zhou Sui’s gaze stayed fixed on the mist. So far, this was the only active environmental element in the forest.
A one-hour difference in sunset time—this meant the forest and the town were separated by about one hour of distance.
There was mist, and there was sunlight. If sunlight was the guide, then the mist must be the portal.
“I’ll go first?” Zhou Sui looked at the others.
Little Bunny 123 was already scanning the surroundings. “I’ll try it with you.”
“The mist takes about three seconds to drift past,” Zhou Sui said.
Little Bunny 123: “Enter the same patch of mist within those three seconds.”
‘Did you just say three seconds? THREE???’
Before anyone could react, the two of them were already moving—no hesitation at all.
The other three’s hair stood on end. “Bro!!”
“Follow me,” Zhou Sui ordered.
He walked straight past Rich Bro’s summoned pet and into the mist, with Little Bunny 123 right behind.
No way the remaining three were staying behind now—they bolted after them, terrified of being left behind.
The mist drifted quickly. Zhou Sui tracked the flow direction carefully, counting the seconds in his head, and chose the brightest patch to pass through.
The scenery in front of them shifted suddenly, and when it cleared, they found themselves in a new area. Behind them, the shouting and tumbling of Slack Bro and the others filled the air—they’d run too fast and fallen flat. But when they saw Zhou Sui still ahead of them, they breathed a collective sigh of relief and caught up.
“How many seconds was that again?”
“I didn’t count!”
But it turned out the two leaders were right—they had made it through the mist in time and hadn’t gotten split up.
Just as the three were calming down from the trauma of nearly being the unlucky ones left behind, another mist bank drifted straight toward them.
Zhou Sui reacted instantly, grabbing Frog—who had wandered farthest away—by the collar and yanking him back from the edge of the mist.
Frog, pulled back from the brink, broke into a cold sweat. “When did that get here?!”
The mist surrounded them from all sides, but it only became noticeable when it was already too close. Rich Bro quickly released pets to scout ahead—two of them were instantly swallowed by the mist and vanished.
“Holy crap, it’s moving even faster now?” Slack Bro swung his sword skill to disperse some nearby mist, clearing up their view a bit.
“Keep moving,” Zhou Sui said.
The others scrambled to follow. As they pushed through another patch of mist, another one came rolling in head-on.
Seeing this, the group clustered together and moved back. After crossing again, they realized the mist was approaching faster than before!
Little Bunny 123 locked eyes on the brightest patch of mist ahead. “We’re on the right track.”
“Keep going,” Zhou Sui said.
They repeated the cycle over and over. Everyone followed Zhou Sui’s lead, often before they even understood the mist’s drift pattern—he had already picked out their target.
The countdown on the interface kept ticking. The mist drifted faster and faster.
Frog had never experienced such a nerve-wracking challenge before. Damn, they just landed and already it was mist attacks? This is just the first stage of a six-star event and it is this terrifying?! He shrank toward the back, glancing sideways—and saw that Slack Bro and Rich Bro were practically glued to the two bigshots, one on each side, looking ready to cling to their legs. Meanwhile, he felt like an outsider, one who could be left behind at any moment.
His eyes were locked on the less-than-half-meter gap between the two team leads, wondering if he could squeeze himself into the middle somehow.
Just as he took two hesitant steps in that direction, he saw Little Bunny 123 move half a step closer to Cycle of Eternity, visibly shrinking the space between them.
Frog: “!”
Seriously?! So exclusive? Is there really no room for one more in this little family?
As the space between them changed again, Cycle of Eternity moved forward once more.
But at this moment, the mist that had been right in front of them suddenly drifted away. What used to be a three-second reaction window had now shrunk to less than two.
“Rich Bro!” Slack Bro shouted in panic.
This sudden movement meant Rich Bro, the slowest among them, missed his chance to dash through. He knew he was in trouble—even as he went to activate his movement skill, it was already too late!
At this critical moment, a grappling hook shot out from the mist and yanked Rich Bro in just before it completely vanished.
Rich Bro thought he was doomed to be separated, but to his shock, that newly acquired item had just saved him. He hadn’t even had a chance to say “thank you” before the next wave of danger surged toward them again. Little Bunny 123 tossed a group AoE onto the ground, and Slack Bro used his sword to scatter the mist from a distance—but the mist was drifting faster and faster.
They had to keep using the mist to teleport forward while also fending off interference from the other mist banks.
The mist was accelerating. As they kept going, the interference became increasingly intense.
“Brother Zhou, this won’t work—the speed’s picking up too much,” Slack Bro said, alarmed.
“We have to disperse the mist,” Little Bunny 123 reminded calmly. “The faster it moves, the easier it is to get swallowed by another mist patch.”
They had to both disperse stray mist and react fast to pick the right direction.
The rate at which teammates were getting eliminated was alarming. The group was starting to understand why there were so many lone players scattered across the map. In this kind of setup, even knowing the mechanics wasn’t enough—getting through required serious skill.
Beastmasters needed to channel their summons, making them slow at dispersing mist.
AoE skills had cooldowns, which naturally slowed everything down.
Rich Bro was feeling down. “Brother Free-Spirited Wanderer left us too soon…”
Swordsmen and mage-assassins had limited directions they could clear mist in. If Free-Spirited Wanderer had still been here, it would’ve helped a lot—Daoists had strong area bursts and could clear mist faster.
If they wanted to make it through this… they’d have to slow down and take things step by step.
Zhou Sui glanced at the time on the map—they had started a bit slowly. Without knowing how far the destination was, speed was of the essence.
A group of people naturally had mismatched movement speeds. Zhou Sui could quickly find the right direction and walk fast, but with slower professions or delayed reactions in the team, it was possible they wouldn’t be able to keep up. As he caught a glimpse of the other teammates from the corner of his eye, a thought struck him. While the others were still working to clear the mist, he took out the retractable claw from his hand.
When he had just rescued someone earlier, Zhou Sui had already noticed that this type of item could seemingly pull teammates out of the mist. The claw could extend infinitely, and it could grab people—so naturally, it could also tie them up. Clearly, this item could be used on this kind of war map. There might be other ways to clear the stage, but given the current circumstances, they had no choice but to rely on skillful operation.
The two—Slack Bro and Rich Bro—looked down and saw that their Brother Zhou had tied them up tightly with rope. Before they could even figure out where Brother Zhou had learned to tie knots so expertly, they realized they were now like grasshoppers tied to the same rope.
After binding the two, Zhou Sui met the eyes of Little Bunny 123 beside him. “…You don’t need it.”
Little Bunny 123: “Mm.”
Frog: “??? What about me?!”
Frog realized he had been left out. ‘Are you guys seriously going full-on family-of-four mode and excluding me?’
As soon as he said that, the claw’s hook latched onto his waist.
Zhou Sui: “You run.”
Frog: “?”
While he was still trying to figure it out, Zhou Sui suddenly gave him a firm push from behind. The next second, he heard a cold voice in his ear: “Dash.”
The voice came so close it startled him, and Frog reflexively used his dash skill—his whole body darted into the mist.
As he moved forward, the group tied to the retractable claw was yanked along in the direction he moved.
Zhou Sui and Little Bunny 123 positioned themselves in the middle and back of the group. As the mist swallowed everyone, Zhou Sui issued his next command: “Beastmaster, AoE attack.”
“Beastmaster, use AoE.”
AoE wasn’t a summon—Rich Bro understood which skill to use. He unleashed a close-range area attack, and as they burst out of the mist, the attack swept out instantly, clearing all the surrounding mist.
With clearer vision, a new glowing orb emerged in the mist.
Zhou Sui scattered the mist on the left with a flying needle and shoved the mist forward. “Assassin, dash.”
The dash triggered again, pulling everyone along once more.
This time, at the rear of the group, Little Bunny 123 used his AoE skill. The healer’s wide-area debuff took over the AoE effect, filling in for the Beastmaster’s cooldown. Afterward, he followed up with a wide-range dispel, driving away the approaching mist. “I’ll take the second cooldown.”
The AoE cleared the mist again, and with both of the healer’s cooldowns used, not a wisp of mist could get near the team.
Zhou Sui called out a new command: “Swordsman, mist on the left.”
Slack Bro turned and slashed out with his sword. At the same time, Zhou Sui shoved Frog forward again.
The two actions happened in sync, pulling the whole group into the mist once more.
In the otherwise quiet team, Zhou Sui’s voice rang out again—“Beastmaster, AoE attack.”
Rich Bro glanced at his skill cooldowns and saw that, by coincidence, the cooldown had just ended.
Another AoE attack dispersed the mist. Zhou Sui’s flying needles were ready too—he launched them to scatter the mist on the side and once again pushed Frog forward.
Casting in advance while still in the mist and triggering the skill the moment they emerged could save valuable reaction time.
The other three finally understood Zhou Sui’s repetitive operation: everyone tied together with a rope, Zhou Sui in charge of navigation, the beastmaster using AoE to clear the mist, the healer providing group buffs as backup, and the weapon master and swordsman breaking up the mist ahead without needing to channel skills.
The class with the most mobility skills was the magic assassin. When the timing was right, they could execute multiple dashes in a row.
Under normal circumstances, a player wouldn’t be able to drag so many people. But skills that caused forward surges allowed a player to gain a burst of immense strength, enough to drag several people along.
With precise timing, the cooldowns of all five players could be coordinated for one full rotation.
After several rounds of seamless coordination, the cooldown hand-offs became faster and smoother. None of them had expected that they could pierce through the mist using such a method.
This time, even before Zhou Sui could give a prompt, Rich Bro had already begun casting as he entered the mist: “I’ll take over!”
Slack Bro, often experienced in kiting enemies in the wild, had sharp awareness of skills and excellent evasion. As soon as he saw the magic assassin’s movement direction, he knew which area of mist he needed to strike. He followed up right after Rich Bro: “I’ve got it.”
The mist around them churned more violently, and as the in-game time grew darker, visibility continued to drop.
During another traversal, Zhou Sui suddenly noticed the surrounding mist clusters growing larger. Faintly, he could even hear the voices of other players.
Larger mist clusters meant a wider range was needed for AoE attacks.
Just then, alongside the beastmaster’s AoE, a buff landed on Rich Bro.
The AoE expanded rapidly, and Zhou Sui saw that Rich Bro was enveloped in a buff that increased his skill’s range.
It was a support buff—one of the healer’s auxiliary abilities that extended a skill’s area of effect. The buff lasted eight seconds, allowing mist-clearing skills to reach further.
Frog was stunned. He had seen the healer apply buffs back in the Liuli Palace, but during this intense, reaction-heavy stage where every second counted, this person’s awareness was still that sharp—not only keeping up with AoE coordination, but also finding the space to apply specific buffs to teammates, maximizing skill utility.
Outside the mist, other players nearby happened to witness the scene and stared in astonishment at the group emerging from the mist.
“Quick, someone’s coming out!”
A barrage of readied skills immediately launched toward Zhou Sui’s group as they suddenly emerged. Three members of the team were startled—they had completely forgotten that traveling through the mist might bring them into contact with other players. Little Bunny 123 reacted quickly, casting a damage-reduction buff. At the same time, Zhou Sui’s equipment box transformed—Incense Ash Fire targeted the two nearest enemy players, applying an armor-break effect, followed by flying needles that instantly caused stun and pierced forward.
One teammate applied buffs, while another quickly unleashed damage, swiftly forcing the advancing enemies to retreat.
Zhou Sui instantly eliminated the closest player. Out of the corner of his eye, he caught sight of a glowing orb drifting nearby—there seemed to be more players closing in through the mist. The deeper they went, the denser the mist became, and the more likely they were to run into strong enemy teams.
In the forest, the objective was clear: reach the town as fast as possible.
They couldn’t afford to waste any time.
“I’ll hold them off. You guys move forward,” Little Bunny 123 said quietly.
Zhou Sui looked at him with concern, then made a request: “Can you keep cooldown reduction going?”
Little Bunny 123: “Yes.”
Zhou Sui continued, “Cooldown reduction, area expansion, damage reduction.”
The three who had just gotten used to the rhythm: “?”
What did that mean?
Frog was still trying to understand what he meant by “cooldown reduction” when he suddenly saw a new healer buff on himself—
[You’ve been enhanced. Your skill cooldowns are now faster!]
Behind him, a merciless iron hand reached out and shoved him forward. After a few rounds, his body’s muscle memory kicked in, and he instinctively used his movement skill, dashing out like an unchained wild horse.
Frog: “!!!”
Slack Bro and Rich Bro hadn’t processed what was happening yet, when the very next second, they heard Brother Zhou’s cold instruction—
“Then let’s pick up the pace.”
…
In the low-level zones of the forest, nearly ten thousand players had gathered, all lost in the swirling mist. Lone players and groups using coordination tools were everywhere.
Voices of squad leaders rang out one after another, while the flashes of skills flickered faintly in the thick mist.
As the in-game sky continued to darken, visibility dropped even further. A grim and eerie atmosphere settled across the forest.
At this moment, someone suddenly said, “Wait… did you guys hear something strange?”
As soon as the words fell, something seemed to flash through the forest. The players, who had been trapped in the mist for hours, felt their hearts skip a beat.
They had been walking in the mist for a long time. Seeing this sudden change, a sense of unease crept in—they realized there might be a new mechanic in the forest.
“We’re probably close to the town. Be careful!”
All the lurking players began to prepare in secret, skills at the ready, just waiting for the perfect moment to strike.
Suddenly, someone with sharp eyes spotted something—something burst out of the mist like a speeding train, thundering past their faces in a blur. The skill trails behind it blasted directly into their faces, and some nearby players accidentally got clipped, instantly losing half their health.
Players: “!!!”
“What just flew past us?”
One player hesitantly raised their hand. “I don’t think it was a thing…”
“I think it was 3145… They just completely overwhelmed us.”
