“What are you doing?” When Pei Tingyue leaned closer, Shen Chuo instantly became alert, shifting positions to try to put some distance between himself and this suddenly erratic person. He pushed his side of the car door, but as expected, it didn’t budge. Pei Tingyue lifted his eyelids, his gaze fixed on Shen Chuo. “I said I wouldn’t eat you. You don’t need to be so cautious around me, like guarding against a thief.” The air inside the car, without air conditioning, felt particularly stuffy. Pei Tingyue absentmindedly loosened his tie and unbuttoned two buttons of his shirt, his inexplicable actions making his words lack persuasiveness. “You need guarding more than a thief,” Shen Chuo retorted, annoyed. “Petty thieves are easy to deal with, but someone like you—” “What?” Shen Chuo weighed his words for a moment and chose a relatively less harsh term. “Someone like you, a lunatic. Don’t think just because you know a bit of law, you can do as you please.” “When have I done as I please?” Pei Tingyue asked. “Professor Shen, speak with conscience. When did this lunatic act recklessly? Didn’t I just help you out recently?” “So I agreed to treat you. Why did you rush to pay the bill first and then say ‘next time’?” “Isn’t it good for me to help you save money? Do you know how much that last meal cost?” Pei Tingyue pulled out his phone bill and showed it to him. “I didn’t want you to feel like I was taking advantage of you intentionally.” “…,” Shen Chuo looked at the string of numbers clearly, fell silent for a moment, and then said, “I can afford it too, but I’ve just bought a house, so I’m a bit tight on cash. But if I agree to something, I don’t plan on backing out. If you really want to help me save money, you shouldn’t have chosen this kind of place from the start.” “So, it’s still my fault,” Pei Tingyue admitted, though there wasn’t much sincerity in his tone. “I’ll be more careful next time.” Shen Chuo didn’t want to talk to him anymore, but Pei Tingyue asked again, “Are you really going to cut ties with me after we settle this bill?” “It wouldn’t have mattered anyway,” Shen Chuo replied coldly. Pei Tingyue didn’t even bother mentioning their married status. “No way.” Suddenly, he leaned closer and pinched Shen Chuo’s butt before he could react, causing Shen Chuo’s face to darken as he reflexively moved backward, hitting the car door behind him. “Stop being so jumpy,” Pei Tingyue said casually. “What are you doing?” Shen Chuo asked, trying to keep his patience. “What’s the meaning of this?” Pei Tingyue reminisced about the sensation of his touch just now, feeling somewhat regretful. “Professor Shen, you’re quite sensitive.” Shen Chuo cursed with a cold face, “You’re crazy.” “You were just about to curse, weren’t you?” Pei Tingyue didn’t mind. “It’s really not easy to hold back.” Shen Chuo didn’t want to waste any more words on him. “Open the door.” “With such a sensitive body and no partner, how do you usually deal with it? By yourself? It must be hard to satisfy yourself alone, right?” Pei Tingyue asked bluntly and directly. “Do you remember how many times we did it that night?” Shen Chuo wanted to sew shut this bastard’s mouth, but Pei Tingyue gestured a number in front of him, enjoying Shen Chuo’s reaction. “Professor Shen, you’re like a different person in bed. Your passion and initiative are irresistible.” Shen Chuo replied, “… I was drunk that night.” “So?” “I don’t remember anything I did, so what you did is taking advantage of someone in a vulnerable state.” “Being drunk is not an excuse,” Pei Tingyue reminded him, “and it’s definitely not a legally recognized defense.” “Are you even qualified to talk to me about the law?” Shen Chuo spoke without filtering his words. “Isn’t having relations with me while I’m drunk considered rape?” Pei Tingyue raised an eyebrow. “Rape? Professor Shen, was it me raping you or you raping me? You came into the room and immediately straddled me, tore off my clothes. If I had known you would deny everything afterward, I would have recorded it at the time.” Shen Chuo blushed furiously. “Stop talking…” That blush spread from his cheeks to his ears, and Pei Tingyue looked on with interest, reaching out to pinch his earlobe, doing what he had wanted to do before, running his finger over the mole on the edge of his earlobe. The earlobe was indeed Shen Chuo’s sensitive spot. He instinctively wanted to turn his face away, but Pei Tingyue grabbed his chin and forced him to face him. Pei Tingyue leaned closer. “Want to join me?” His eyes were full of temptation, but Shen Chuo hesitated for two seconds before answering, “Forget it.” Pei Tingyue was too dangerous, and Shen Chuo was afraid. He just wanted to get away from him. “Really don’t want to?” “No.” Pei Tingyue’s gaze shifted from his face to his neck. He paused, then lowered his head and kissed him. As Pei Tingyue’s lips touched his skin, Shen Chuo’s goosebumps rose instantly, his scalp tingling. He struggled hard to push the person away. But Pei Tingyue was strong, using his knees to pin down Shen Chuo’s legs and holding his wrists firmly, making Shen Chuo unable to move, forced to endure his reckless kisses. Madman! Madman!! Shen Chuo struggled desperately, pushing and shoving the person pressing on him, cursing loudly, “You crazy bastard! Let me go!” Ignoring Shen Chuo’s protests, Pei Tingyue continued to kiss his throat, teasingly licking and sucking. Shen Chuo trembled all over, blood rushing to his head, his chest heaving almost breathlessly. The more he resisted, the more intense his struggles became, banging his back hard against the car door, and even using the opportunity to push Pei Tingyue away from him, managing to free one leg. He raised his knee sharply, aiming for the madman’s abdomen. Pei Tingyue was shaken by the impact, but he didn’t retreat. Shen Chuo bit his neck fiercely, his bite vicious until he tasted blood in his mouth. Pei Tingyue finally backed off, loosening his grip slightly, his gaze dark and dangerous. Shen Chuo suddenly realized that this lunatic might be drunk. He took a deep breath, trying to calm himself down. “Have you had enough craziness?” Pei Tingyue looked at him intently, reaching out to lightly wipe the blood off his lips. Shen Chuo turned his face away in disgust. Pei Tingyue’s finger stopped at his lips. “Do you find it repulsive?” “You said being drunk isn’t an excuse, let alone a defense,” Shen Chuo’s voice was cold and hard. “If you’re drunk, you should sober up and stop acting crazy with me.” “Then I’ll take responsibility for you,” Pei Tingyue said completely out of line with reason. “Not necessary.” “Or you’ll take responsibility for me.” “Can’t you understand human language?” Shen Chuo couldn’t contain his anger, his usual demeanor as a teacher completely gone. He was not a person without temper. “Just get lost!” But Pei Tingyue found it more interesting, pressed his lips together and withdrew his hand, took out his phone, opened the camera, and quickly took a picture of them tangled together. —In the dimly lit car interior, their disheveled clothes entwined together. Shen Chuo was stunned, immediately reaching out to grab his phone, but Pei Tingyue blocked him with his other hand, holding the phone and quickly selecting the photo on WeChat, his thumb pausing over the “post” button. “Some people like to show off their love on WeChat moments,” he said contemptuously, “I wonder if it’s really that interesting.” Shen Chuo watched helplessly as he posted the photo, his eyes turning red with anger. He lunged forward again, trying to grab his phone. Pei Tingyue didn’t let him succeed, tossing the phone to the front seat of the car. When Shen Chuo pounced over, he pulled him back with force, pinning him down again. “Let go!” Shen Chuo went berserk, punching and kicking at him, but Pei Tingyue remained unmoved, staring into his angrily widened eyes and suddenly said, “Your eyes are quite beautiful.” “You’re insane,” Shen Chuo cursed at him. “Mm,” Pei Tingyue replied, completely unfazed. Shen Chuo’s mind was in chaos. He didn’t know who Pei Tingyue’s friends were on social media, or if anyone knew him. Even if they didn’t, the photo had been sent out, and their social circles were not completely separate. Sooner or later, someone would find out. Just the thought of it made him wish he could strangle the bastard in front of him. And indeed, that’s what he did. Another punch landed on Pei Tingyue’s lower abdomen. As the man frowned and moved backward, Shen Chuo pushed himself up with force, knocking Pei Tingyue off balance and causing him to fall back into the seat. Shen Chuo then took advantage of the situation, mounting Pei Tingyue and pinning him down, hands gripping his neck. Pei Tingyue’s actions had driven Shen Chuo to lose his rationality completely, and his movements were ruthless, even violent. Pei Tingyue quickly became short of breath, but he didn’t react much, just leaned against the seat, openly assessing Shen Chuo in front of him, who looked completely different from usual— The angrier he was, the more he wanted to provoke him. Shen Chuo’s wrist was actually in pain; it had probably been twisted by this bastard during their struggle. Pinning down Pei Tingyue made him feel even more exhausted. He didn’t feel any sense of victory but rather felt embarrassed. “Professor Shen, that’s how you got on top that night.” The mockery in Pei Tingyue’s eyes touched a nerve, and Shen Chuo’s actions abruptly stopped. Rationality finally returned, and he gasped for air, releasing his grip on Pei Tingyue’s neck under his gaze. It was pointless, utterly pointless to engage with a lunatic like him. Shen Chuo closed his eyes wearily, completely deflated, and moved away to the side, turning his face away from Pei Tingyue, trying to restrain himself as he coldly said, “Open the door.” Pei Tingyue stared at his tense profile and suddenly chuckled. “You’re quite interesting.” He touched the spot on his neck where he had been bitten earlier, confirming once again that Professor Shen’s personality was much more intense than he outwardly displayed. Pei Tingyue retrieved his phone from the driver’s seat, reopened his social media, and showed him: “Just kidding. Look, it’s set to ‘Only Me.'” Indeed, the photo was set to private. Shen Chuo looked at the words, frowned for a moment, his expression still displeased. “Are you really drunk?” “Just a bit of wine, not enough to get drunk,” Pei Tingyue said, reaching out to touch the corner of his eye. “Stop frowning all the time. Those pretty eyes of yours look better when you smile.” “Open the door,” Shen Chuo grabbed his hand and forcefully pushed it away, repeating the same words. But Pei Tingyue leaned closer again. He might not actually be drunk, but whether he was drunk or not didn’t really matter. When Shen Chuo felt Pei Tingyue’s lips sealing his own, he first froze, then started to struggle violently, biting down regardless, tasting blood once again. Even so, Pei Tingyue didn’t let him go, kissing him deeply and heavily, again and again. Shen Chuo couldn’t bear it anymore and slapped him across the face.
