Lu Wusui held Jiang Huai in his arms.
Jiang Huai turned his head and saw Lu Wusui’s tightly closed eyes and his furrowed brows. He was stunned for a moment.
Every time Lu Wusui called him Jiang Tiantian, Lu Wusui was either angry or on the way to being angry.
This was the first time that he was called in such a calm tone.
Jiang Huai even felt that if he heard it a few more times, he would almost become desensitized to this name.
After an unknown amount of time, Jiang Huai whispered, “The food is cold.”
Lu Wu Su slowly let go of him.
He looked at the food beside him, thinking that Jiang Huai wanted to persuade him to eat, his brows relaxed a little, and he said softly: “Then eat…”
Before he finished speaking, Jiang Huai had already passed him and sat down before him.
Lu Wusui:……?
He looked at Jiang Huai, picked up the chopsticks from the tray, picked up two of the dishes on the chopsticks, stuffed them into his mouth, and muttered, “The housekeeper saw that you didn’t want to eat, so he gave these to me. If they get cold, they won’t taste good.”
Lu Wusui: “For this meal, is there a possibility…”
Jiang Huai raised his head.
Lu Wusui paused, then said helplessly, “You eat it.”
Jiang Huai lowered his head again, and even picked and chose the dishes he didn’t like. He only started eating when he was satisfied with the taste.
Lu Wusui watched Jiang Huai eat and gradually he felt better.
He went out and asked the butler to heat up the meal again.
Although the butler was confused, he still did as he was told. Ten minutes later, he knocked on the door and came in with the freshly heated meal.
The first person he saw was Lu Wusui who was sitting quietly beside him.
Then there is Jianghuai, who is working hard.
Butler: What’s going on?
Lu Wusui rubbed his temple and motioned him to put the food down.
Usually Lu Wusui didn’t like to eat in the bedroom, and the housekeeper was afraid that he would be unhappy if he put the food in the wrong place, so after much hesitation, he still put it next to Jiang Huai.
After putting it down, Jiang Huai was stunned.
The other two were also stunned at the same time. Just as they were about to speak, they saw Jiang Huai reaching out his chopsticks again and said, “I can’t eat anymore, why are you still serving me food?”
The housekeeper opened his eyes wide in fear, “No, Master Jiang, this…”
”Hey,” Lu Wusui suddenly interrupted him, “Give it to him.”
The butler hesitated to speak.
Didn’t Jiang Huai have dinner just now? If he remembered correctly, he ate quite a lot, right? !
Lu Wusui waited for Jiang Huai to pick and choose, and after he picked out all the ones he liked, he asked, “Are you done?”
Jiang Huai nodded.
Lu Wusui sighed, stood up from a chair beside him and sat next to Jiang Huai.
He picked up the chopsticks and slowly began to eat the dish that Jiang Huai had picked out beyond recognition.
In fact, if someone eats with Jiang Huai, he will not mess around with the dishes.
However, he thought that all the food was his.
Jiang Huai: “…”
I realized something belatedly.
He was smart enough to shut his mouth and said nothing.
*
Two days later, Tang Pingjian was sent there.
Jiang Huai happened to have no classes that day, and Lu Wusui was not at home either. He and his housekeeper were standing on the steps, and saw a group of people dragging down the drunk Tang Pingjian, and they were a little curious.
Those people definitely didn’t mean to scare him. When they saw his snow-white face, they immediately comforted him, “You are Young Master Jiang, right? This is the person the old lady asked us to send over. We will have someone watching him 24 hours a day, so don’t worry.”
Jiang Huai asked, “Who is he?”
He felt that the man’s face looked familiar, but he couldn’t remember where he had seen him.
The man in black said, “He is Mr. Lu’s father.”
Jiang Huai’s eyes widened in surprise.
At this moment, Tang Pingjian, who was lying on the ground, suddenly said, “Wine! Why can’t you let me drink?”
The man in black looked at him sternly and cautiously as if he were facing a formidable enemy.
Jiang Huai walked forward curiously and squatted in front of Tang Pingjian.
He said: “No one stopped you from drinking.”
Tang Pingjian half-opened his eyes in a daze and asked rudely, “Who are you?”
Jiang Huai said: “I am your son’s…”
Well, what is it?
Is he Lu Wusui’s wife?
Jiang Huai was stuck for a moment, not knowing how to continue, but Tang Pingjian had already recognized him and snorted, “Oh, it’s you, the person my son is going to marry.”
Jiang Huai nodded, “That’s right.”
Tang Pingjian closed his eyes again and said rudely: “You said no one stopped me from drinking, so where’s the wine? Bring it to me!”
The man in black frowned and said, “You gamble or drink every day. The old lady is giving you a chance to repent now, why don’t you cherish it?”
”Madam?” Tang Pingjian chuckled, “Oh, you mean my mother-in-law.”
Jiang Huai held his chin and looked at him.
”Indeed, since my mother-in-law has given me a chance, I have to show my ability…”
Tang Pingjian struggled to push himself up.
Jiang Huai had never seen anyone who had such difficulty even getting up, so he found it curious for a moment and actually stretched out a finger and poked him.
Tang Pingjian seemed to have suffered a severe blow at that moment.
He simply lay back down.
”Oh, I can’t get up.”
Jiang Huai: “…”
Man in black: “…”
Jiang Huai remembered where he had seen Tang Pingjian before, and he was surprised: “You were not like this when I first went to the Lu family.”
Tang Pingjian said: “Young Master, I am usually like this, but I was a little more human that day.”
Jiang Huai nodded, agreeing with it.
After nodding, he remembered that Tang Pingjian couldn’t see, so he added: “You are right.”
Tang Pingjian lay on the ground and laughed muffledly.
The man in black stepped forward and said to Jiang Huai, “Young Master Jiang, the old lady has specifically instructed you to have less contact with him. Leave the rest to us. Go and have some fun.”
Looking at Jiang Huai, it’s hard to imagine anyone actually yelling at him.
Jiang Huai nodded.
*
When Lu Wusui came back in the evening, the first thing he did was to check Jiang Huai’s body.
I was relieved to see that there were no injuries.
He also warned Jiang Huai, “Don’t have any contact with the person who came today, understand?”
Jiang Huai felt that everyone was acting very strangely that day.
When it was time for dinner at night, Tang Pingjian was “escorted” to the dining table like a prisoner.
Lu Wusui met him again after a long time, and he was not excited at all.
These two people, rather than being father and son, were more like two strangers picked up from the street. When they were forced together, the atmosphere at the dinner table was almost frozen.
Jiang Huai looks at this and that.
Lu Wusui picked up some food for him with chopsticks, and he quickly started eating seriously.
During this period of time, I don’t know if it was his illusion, but it seemed that a lot of the Lu family’s unpalatable “healthy meals” had been replaced.
There are also many dishes he likes to eat.
He couldn’t stop talking.
Of course, while eating, he did not forget to stop and observe.
Lu Wusui looked indifferent, as if he didn’t take Tang Pingjian seriously at all. In comparison, Tang Pingjian had a bit of difficulty holding the chopsticks, but he managed to hold on and not act crazy in front of his son.
…Is this what happens between a normal father and son?
The next few days were even stranger.
A living person moved into the house, and it was as if nothing had happened. Tang Pingjian was arranged to stay in a small guest bedroom and two people were on duty to guard him.
According to these people, they did not restrict Tang Pingjian’s freedom.
In other words, he couldn’t come out on his own.
As for Lu Wusui, he simply pretended that this person did not exist at home and lived a normal life every day.
However, Jiang Huai was only curious for a few days.
He is like a curious cat, always tentative and alert to new things.
But once they realize there is no threat, they will put the matter behind them.
*
However, what no one expected was that a few days later, the first person to cause trouble was not Tang Jianping who lived in Lu’s house, but Jiang Huai.
When he was fighting with Lu Wusui for food a few days ago, nothing happened. Instead, after a few days, he successfully caused himself to have indigestion.
He couldn’t sleep most of the night and tossed and turned for a long time, which made Lu Wusui lose his sleep too.
When he turned on the light, what he saw was Jiang Huai holding his stomach and biting his lips, looking up pitifully.
He pressed his thin wrist against his stomach, as if this action could reduce the pain.
His fair and small chin was also extremely tense, and the light illuminated the sweat on his forehead, adding a bit of charm to the scene.
Lu Wusui paused for a moment and found some digestive tablets for him from the bedside table.
Jiang Huai was puzzled, “How do you know I’m full…”
”You’ve been eating two meals a night lately,” Lu Wusui said, “Oh no – you even have some snacks occasionally. Why do you think I know that?”
Jiang Huai: “…”
That makes sense.
Lu Wusui smiled and said, “You deserve it.”
Jiang Huai: “…”
Can’t refute it.
After Jiang Huai swallowed the digestive tablets, he still felt pain.
Lu Wusui stretched out his hand and placed his warm palm on his stomach. Perhaps because of the light, his whole expression seemed very gentle.
When Jiang Huai stretched out his hand, he almost couldn’t help but shrink back.
After being held down forcefully, he stopped moving.
Lu Wusui returned to the bed, stretched out his arms towards him, and whispered, “Come here.”
Jiang Huai hesitated again and again, but before he could make a decision, Lu Wusui forcefully dragged him over.
He was trapped in Lu Wusui’s arms, and at first his whole body was very stiff.
Until he felt his stomach felt much better and slowly fell drowsy, when he was in Lu Wusui’s arms, he always felt that this feeling was very familiar, as if he lay in this arms every day and even knew the temperature of this arms.
Lu Wusui stopped when Jiang Huai fell asleep.
His hand slid down Jiang Huai’s neck and touched Jiang Huai’s face. It was smoother than milk and as soft as the skin of a newborn baby, breaking at the touch.
Such a person, in his arms.
The depression from the past few days seemed to disappear from Lu Wusui’s body. His eyes flickered, replaced by a completely new emotion.
These emotions enabled him to remain calm even though he and Tang Pingjian lived under the same roof.
He had never felt such emotions before.
Very amazing.
When looking at Jiang Huai, he had the urge to hug him, and when Jiang Huai was in his arms, he wanted to tighten his arms.
Touching Jiang Huai’s skin, he wanted to press it down and bite it.
Before, he only knew that he was attracted to Jiang Huai.
But that was a bit like teasing, and he was even somewhat wary of Jiang Huai.
And to this day, he wants to keep Jiang Huai by his side.
Just stay with him.
He lowered his head and placed a kiss on Jiang Huai’s ear.
The little fool was still sleeping soundly, unconscious, and even uttering a few words in his sleep from time to time.
