Chapter 69
Chapter 69: Why Don’t You Just Divorce Him?
Xie Chenzhou said sarcastically:
“I just got tired of wearing black, I wanted to change colors, what, are you going to control that too, Brother Xiao?”
Xiao Zhuochen’s tone was steady:
“Young Master Xie is overthinking, I was just saying it casually.”
After saying that, he nodded to them and went straight into the Chuimeng Tower.
Just as the attendant had finished verifying, he bowed and said:
“Guest, your private room is at the Liuquan Pavilion on the eighty-second floor, this way please.”
Sang Nian nodded, but when she turned around, she couldn’t find Chu Yao and the others.
Just as she was wondering, a few familiar figures flashed behind the stone lion next to her.
Sang Nian: “?”
Sang Nian walked over and asked the few people squatting on the ground:
“What are you hiding for?”
Chu Yao said solemnly:
“I admit, compared to you, I still lack a little courage to face this.”
Shen Mingchao kept rubbing his arms:
“It’s so embarrassing, I’ve never been this embarrassed in my life.”
Wen Buyu said in a daze:
“Junior Sister dragged me here, I don’t know why either.”
Sang Nian said helplessly: “Xiao Zhuochen is already gone, come out.”
They stood up in a second, excitedly saying:
“Let’s go.”
Sang Nian pulled Xie Chenzhou’s sleeve: “Let’s go too.”
Xie Chenzhou’s pressure was a little low:
“Am I embarrassing? Will your brother be unhappy?”
Sang Nian said:“How could that be.”
She smiled:
“You dressed up so carefully to see him, he’ll be touched.”
Only then did Xie Chenzhou relax his brows:
“Really?” “Really, really, really”
She pulled him and strode to catch up with the others in front:
“You’re the best-looking in the world, no one can compare to you.”
The gloom in Xie Chenzhou’s eyes completely dissipated, he followed her pace, a faint smile on his lips.
The Chuimeng Tower had an elevator, it looked like a topless pavilion, as it ascended, the prosperity of the entire building was in full view.
Sang Nian leaned against the railing and admired the singing and dancing, she was in a great mood.
The elevator reached the eighty-second floor.
There was a long corridor in front, the attendant led the way, they followed silently behind.
As they passed one of the rooms, a woman’s laughter came from inside, it was as sweet as silver bells.
Sang Nian couldn’t help but turn her head to take a look.
On the thin window paper, the figures swayed, vaguely visible.
It was hard to see clearly.
Another laugh rang out, this time, it belonged to a man.
It was low and magnetic, very pleasant to hear.
Sang Nian was even more curious, who was inside.
“Miss, we’re here.” Chun’er waved to her from a distance.
Sang Nian quickly retracted her gaze and ran over.
The private room door slowly opened.
Sang Qiyan, whom she hadn’t seen for months, stood at the door, his hand outstretched, half nervous and half expectant:
“Niannian.”
Sang Nian rushed over and hugged him:
“Brother!”
He smiled and patted her back:
“You seem to have gained some weight.”
Sang Nian said happily:
“Really?”
Sang Qiyan carefully examined her, his face full of relief:
“Yes, your hair is darker, and your complexion is rosy, it seems you’ve taken good care of yourself.”
Sang Nian said proudly:
“I told you not to worry, I can take care of myself.”
Sang Qiyan touched her head, his gaze fell on Xie Chenzhou, his smile faded slightly:
“Come in, don’t all stand at the door.”
Xie Chenzhou stepped forward, awkwardly extending his hand to him.
Sang Qiyan: “?”
Xie Chenzhou hugged him tightly:
“Brother.”
Sang Qiyan shuddered violently, his expression was as if he had seen a ghost.
Sang Nian awkwardly laughed and forcibly separated them:
“Let’s sit down first. A yin will be here soon, we’ll be able to eat soon.”
Chu Yao and Wen Buyu followed closely behind, greeting Sang Qiyan before settling into their seats.
Shen Mingchao was the last to come in.
He grabbed Sang Qiyan’s hand, shook it up and down vigorously, revealing a set of white teeth:
“Brother Sang, nice to meet you! I’m Shen Mingchao, Sang Nian’s most respected senior brother.”
Sang Qiyan: “…Nice to meet you.”
Shen Mingchao took out a stack of gold chains from somewhere, enthusiastically stuffing them into Sang Qiyan’s hands:
“This is a little gift from this junior, a small token of my respect, a small token of my respect.”
The gold weighed dozens of pounds, Sang Qiyan almost couldn’t hold it. Sang Nian quickly took it over:
“I’ve received your heart I’ll order you some cucumber later.”
Shen Mingchao sat down with satisfaction.
Sang Qiyan took a breath, finally seizing the opportunity to whisper to her:
“Niannian, what’s going on with that Xie Chenzhou?”
Sang Nian: “He’s fine.”
Sang Qiyan was worried:
“I always feel like he’s different from when he was in Qingzhou. The way he looked at me just now was very strange, it was creepy.”
Sang Nian started digging her toes into the ground again:
“Haha, is that so? He looked at you with a very friendly gaze.”
Sang Qiyan: “Why don’t you just divorce him.”
As he spoke, his eyes shone brightly:
“Brother came to Yujing, I found that there are many talented young people here. That Xiao Zhuochen is very good.”
Sang Nian’s head instantly grew big:
“Brother, stop it. We haven’t seen each other in so long, let’s just have a peaceful meal.”
Only then did Sang Qiyan reluctantly stop talking.
“When will A yin arrive?” Chu Yao asked, chin in hand, looking forward to it, “She’s the only one missing.”
Shen Mingchao also rested his chin in his hand, staring at Sang Nian and Sang Qiyan without blinking, his face full of sadness, he muttered:
“Such a good relationship.”
Down at the Chuimeng Tower.
Su Xueyin quickly jumped off her flying sword and ran inside.
The attendant was about to stop her, she said quickly:
“I have a reservation, at the Liuquan Pavilion on the eighty-second floor.”
Attendant: “Please wait, I’ll check.”
Su Xueyin couldn’t wait any longer, afraid that she would be late and make everyone wait, she rushed into the elevator at the last minute.
Soon, she reached the eighty-second floor.
She ran down the corridor, caught sight of a room with a “Quan” character at the entrance, she quickly pushed the door open and rushed in.
The sound of music poured into her ears like a tide.
The room was very large, the lights were not very bright, and the air was filled with the intoxicating scent of rouge.
The beauties danced gracefully, their long sleeves fluttering, in time with the music.
More beauties sat behind small tables, their fans half-covering their faces, revealing only a pair of bright eyes.
Su Xueyin walked forward, feeling dizzy.
“Junior Sister?” She said timidly, a little scared, “Where are you?”
Suddenly, she tripped over something, she stumbled and fell.
The music stopped for a moment.
The beauties with soft waists scattered.
Su Xueyin raised her head, meeting a pair of smiling phoenix eyes.
On the couch, a silver water pipe was casually placed aside.
The beauty rested her chin on her hand, her black hair cascaded like a waterfall.
“She” used her other hand to hold a long purple bamboo flute, her fingertips shimmered with a jade-like glow.
Su Xueyin stared at “her” blankly.
Suddenly, the purple bamboo flute lifted her chin.
Slightly cool.
The beauty leaned towards her, exhaling a puff of smoke.
Her voice, however, was a lazy young man’s voice:
“Little beauty, who are you looking for?”
Su Xueyin was forced to look up, her pupils were filled with unease, she timidly replied:
“I… I’m looking for my Junior Sister.”
