After a single shot from the Four Elements Cannon, Garuda II soared into the sky and readied its bow. It seems that Falva also intends to fire a wide-area attack independently.

“Arrow Rain!!”

Multiple light arrows shot from Garuda II, multiplying as they traveled. The countless arrows, now too many to count, rained down on the Valkia Empire army like a deluge.

Although it doesn’t have the power of the Four Elements Cannon, the range of Arrow Rain is much wider. Enemy units that couldn’t deploy their shields in time were pierced by the light arrows and fell as if sinking.

“Yamato, target the rear fleet and commence bombardment! The magic craft team, with Nagisa, Amuria, and Nanami in the lead, intercept the enemy magicrafts!”

As soon as Jean finished speaking, Amuria’s Bersia charged toward the enemy. This unusually motivated behavior is likely because she wants to test the enhanced capabilities of her unit in actual combat.

Bersia, rotating swiftly, plunged into the enemy ranks, swinging two crescent blades held in each hand. The sharp blades sliced through enemy armor as easily as cutting tofu. Dazzled by her formidable speed and the nimble, dance-like movements, the overwhelming number of enemies were unable to counterattack and were defeated one after another.

Not to be outdone, Nanami’s Vajra Kai also rushed into the enemy formation. While not as fast as Bersia, its steady stance left no openings. Effortlessly deflecting enemy attacks with its shield, it then pulverized them with its powerful weapon, the Gaia Labrys. It might be just an illusion, but it seemed like several enemy units were being blown away with each swing.

In contrast to Amuria and Nanami, Nagisa’s Diatina quietly advanced into the enemy lines. Though it didn’t appear to move quickly, the enemies couldn’t keep up at all. Moving efficiently and making optimal maneuvers through the enemy ranks, Diatina’s mere presence caused the enemy units to collapse like dominoes.

Jean’s prediction was spot-on. The vanguard of Nagisa, Amuria, and Nanami overwhelmed and bewildered the enemy. Seizing the opportunity, the other Magicraft units of the Musou Iron Cavalry Corps launched their assault on the Valkia Empire forces.

The standard riders of the Musou Iron Cavalry Corps used the new model, Lalkure, an upgraded version of the mass-produced units of the Amuria Federation Army, capable of exhibiting combat power up to the Exlander class, making it a formidable general-purpose unit.

The Lalkures, operated by riders of the Musou Iron Cavalry Corps who had undergone rigorous training and enhancement, demonstrated strength beyond expectations. The battle was overwhelmingly one-sided, as if a group of children were facing a band of seasoned martial artists, rendering their numerical disadvantage irrelevant.

Moreover, Falva provided aerial support by continuously firing powerful arrows. Her extensive knowledge of Magicrafts allowed her to identify and target the enemy’s ace units with precision.

I can’t afford to fall behind. I maneuvered at high speed, circling to the rear of the enemy to search for the flagship and take down their command structure. Even as a barrage of bullets was fired in my direction, hitting the elusive Arleo II, which was flying erratically, seemed almost impossible as none of them even grazed me.
