Ye Wei stared blankly at the two figures walking away. After they left and she was the only one left in the room, she finally snapped back to reality. She stomped her foot lightly, biting her red lips with a hint of resentment.

“This guy is way too arrogant! There are plenty of bodyguards willing to work for me, some even willing to pay me to do it, and yet he’s acting like it’s such a burden! Hmph!

On the other side, Wang Tiezhu sneezed twice as he and Huang Beibei walked out of Big Waves and Sands. Rubbing his nose, he thought to himself, Which girl is thinking about me?

Looking at the time, it was already close to midnight. He turned to Beibei and said,

“Beibei, how about we find a hotel for the night? I’ll take you home tomorrow.”

Huang Beibei nodded and replied softly, “Mhm, I’ll listen to whatever you say, Brother Tiezhu.”

“Alright then!”

The two didn’t take a taxi and instead walked down the street. About ten minutes later, they found a budget hotel. When they asked at the front desk, it turned out that there was only one room left—and it was a single room.

They were about to look for another place, but the receptionist, a young woman, said, “I’d advise you not to bother looking. All the hotels and inns in this area are booked up by couples at this time of night. There are very few vacancies.”

She glanced at them knowingly and added, “You two are a couple, right? What’s there to be shy about? This is the last room left, and if you wait any longer, it might be gone.”

She spoke in the tone of someone who had seen it all before.

Huang Beibei’s face flushed red. She hesitated for a moment before softly saying, “Brother Tiezhu, how about… we just stay here?”

Wang Tiezhu took off his shoes and went into the bathroom to shower. When he came out, the room’s main lights were off, leaving only a dim yellow glow from the bedside lamp, casting a soft, ambiguous atmosphere.

“Beibei, go take a shower and get some rest.”

Wang Tiezhu laid out a spot on the floor and lay down. Soon, the sound of water running came from the bathroom. The walls were made of frosted glass, and through the hazy outline, he could vaguely see her silhouette moving.

His mind wandered.

He exhaled a deep breath, flipped over, and closed his eyes to sleep.

A while later, Huang Beibei emerged, wrapped in a bathrobe. Her bare legs were exposed, and she was barefoot. Her damp hair clung to her delicate face, which was still flushed from the warmth of the shower. Her whole appearance was alluring.

She quietly got onto the bed, using a towel to dry her hair. She glanced at Wang Tiezhu, who was already lying on the floor, snoring softly.

Her lips pouted slightly in dissatisfaction. She looked down at her chest and muttered to herself,

Am I really that unattractive? He fell asleep just like that. Hmph…

Wang Tiezhu was deep in sleep when he had a dream. He turned over and found himself hugging something soft. His mind was groggy, half-asleep, half-awake.

This dream feels too real…

Just then, a shy voice whispered in his ear,

Something felt off. Why did that voice sound so real?

Startled awake, he found himself holding a woman in his arms. Their posture was… intimate.

The woman’s face was flushed red as if it could drip blood.

“Beibei, I—I’m sorry! I must have been sleepwalking or something. I don’t know how I ended up on the bed. I’m really sorry!”

She was too embarrassed to continue.

Just then, loud knocks came from the door, followed by a stern female voice.

“Hello, please open the door. Room inspection.”

The knocking continued.

Feeling helpless, he turned to Beibei. “Put on some clothes first!”

“Oh!” she obediently responded.

Wang Tiezhu, wearing only his shorts, walked to the door and opened it with an annoyed expression.

Before he could finish, four or five people suddenly barged in.

A sharp female voice commanded, “Everyone, stay still! Hands on your head! This is a police raid!”

“Huh?!”

Wang Tiezhu was completely dumbfounded. He had thought it was just a hotel staff member.

He quickly tried to explain.

“Officer, you must have the wrong room! What kind of raid are you doing in my room?!”
