Imagine their surprise when, one day, they received the Demon King’s son, all gift-wrapped and delivered right to them.

Accompanying him was a whole retinue of Greater Demons, loyal followers of the Demon King’s son. The Black Goat butler glared menacingly; Skeleton soldiers stood in grim formation; Greater Demon attendants had murder in their eyes; And the giant mount, shaking the earth with every step, roared loud enough to shake the heavens.

The angels fell silent in unison: They’re here to start a war, aren’t they!

Yet, the Demon King’s son, perched atop the demonic beast, remained so disdainful and arrogant that he refused to even show his face for the longest time.

Just as the angels could no longer tolerate such blatant disrespect, the Demon King’s son finally condescended to climb down… from the demonic beast’s tail.

Climb down???

This toddler standing before them—barely three heads tall, with chubby cheeks, utterly adorable… this was the cruel and arrogant son of the Demon King?

Cruel by nature? The chubby little cub flashed a toothless smile at the angels.

Stops at no evil? The cub blinked his big eyes, clearly wanting cuddles.

Hangs around with a gang of trouble-making demons? Watching the demon butler and attendants—who had looked so imposing and terrifying moments before—suddenly brandish their weapons and start yelling threats at the angels… okay, maybe that part was true.

Not long after, the Demon King came to pick up his son. He found the boy raised plump and healthy, while the host of angels looked utterly drained and tormented.

The Demon King stroked his chin thoughtfully: Seems like I’ve found a free and safe daycare center, plus a bunch of useful tools for raising my son.

Human Perspective:

Vicious demons invaded the human world, plunging everything into chaos. Then one day, the demons suddenly vanished, and the portal connecting to the Demon Realm was sealed.

Humanity, with peace restored, began vigorously developing technology, determined that the next time the demons showed up, they would beat them absolutely senseless.

Humans built all sorts of weapons, mechs, and spaceships—they were practically ready to conquer the cosmos—when finally, the demons arrived!

Poised for battle, humans aimed their energy guns and laser cannons… only to find that the newcomer was just a little, three-heads-tall demon cub.

“Hi everyone!” The little demon waved.

Huh, surprisingly polite. Speaking of which, are demons going for the ‘cute’ look these days?

Later, they learned the truth: this polite, cute little demon was the Demon King’s son. The Greater Demons were his attendants, the Demon King’s army answered to him, Hellhounds were his pets, and even the angels doted on him excessively.
