Yu Pei: Understood!

Su Zhan is brutal, twisted, and bloodthirsty, regarded as a monster by the world. For over a decade, countless cultivators from all realms have united to hunt him down, but they could not completely eliminate him and could only temporarily seal his heart. 

After enduring numerous hardships, Yu Pei finally found the monster’s heart on the Demon Mountain—  

a fluffy ball.  

Yu Pei: ?

Just after saying that, the fluffy creature eagerly rolled into Yu Pei’s arms, and a suspicious red hue peeked through its dark fur.

System: ?! Where did this dog come from? 

Yu Pei: Damn! Where’s the sinister? Where’s the vicious? Where’s the sack?  

After finally getting the heart away from the Demon Mountain, Yu Pei was stopped midway by the bamboo horse, Zhu Yu.  

Zhu Yu said with concern, “You broke up with me and ran away from home, is it to seek another love?” 

Before Yu Pei could respond, her peripheral vision caught a glimpse of his robe, where tentacles were carelessly hidden—just like the ones on that fluffy creature.  

Yu, *Eyes Quaking*, Pei: Oh no! It seems I’ve discovered a shocking secret.

“Is it the young master of the ghost domain guarding the mountain, the half-demon beside you, or your new sect brother?”  

The young man appeared calm, but his golden eyes revealed a strange and fierce aura.  

In the dim light, vine-like mist began to coil around Yu Pei’s waist. He chuckled softly, brushing against her nape, his breath scorching.  

“Tell me, aside from your brother, who else does Peipei want?”  

“Don’t worry, I won’t touch him.”  

Yu Pei: …Then can you at least put down the sword in your hand?
