Orc Husband, Please Be Gentle Chapter 99

Chapter 99: Let’s Go Home and Have Babies Now

“You’re a human from the wolf tribe?”

Aola warily glanced at Qian Shi and took a few steps back. “What do you want?”

Having lived in the tribe for so long, Aola was aware of the animosity between the lion tribe and the wolf tribe.

Even though Aola was dissatisfied with Fei Li, he didn’t want to associate with the enemies of the tribe.

Qian Shi smiled and looked at Aola amicably. “Your eyes are very similar to those of an old friend of mine.”

“Who?”

“Fei Li. Do you know him?”

Upon hearing Fei Li’s name, Aola’s expression changed dramatically. “Don’t mention Fei Li to me. I don’t know this person.”

Since Fei Li’s return, Aola had gradually realized that the reason Luo Sang treated him differently was entirely because he resembled Fei Li in certain ways.

In other words, during Fei Li’s absence, Luo Sang might have subconsciously felt that he resembled Fei Li, which allowed him to get closer to Luo Sang.

Thinking about this made Aola even angrier.

Qian Shi noticed Aola’s reaction and a cunning smile appeared at the corner of his mouth.

“Actually, I wouldn’t call myself friends with Fei Li, the enmity between us is quite complex.”

Aola looked coldly at Qian Shi. “You’ve harmed Fei Li time and again, everyone in the wolf tribe knows that. Don’t think you can learn anything from me. I won’t betray my tribe.”

After saying that, Aola took a few more steps back, distancing himself from Qian Shi and Hu Yin.

Hu Yin stepped forward, glaring hatefully at Aola.

What’s there to say with a despicable human?

Unfazed, Qian Shi intercepted Hu Yin, who was trying to approach Aola, and whispered, “I’ve thought of a way to deal with Luo Sang and Fei Li.”

“Hmm?” Hu Yin looked at Qian Shi with skepticism.

Ignoring Hu Yin’s puzzled expression, Qian Shi approached Aola. “It’s clear you hate Fei Li. We have a common enemy, so we should be friends.”

“Who says we’re friends?”

“What if we could help you deal with Fei Li?” Qian Shi suggested tentatively.

Hearing this, Aola became somewhat interested in Qian Shi’s proposal and lowered his guard a bit.

“How do you plan to deal with Fei Li?”

Qian Shi replied, “Of course, I’ll need your cooperation. Once Fei Li is dead, I can help you fulfill your wishes.” Fulfill my wishes?

Aola’s eyes lit up!

His wish was to become Luo Sang’s partner. If Fei Li really died, wouldn’t that give him a chance? Seeing Aola wavering, Qian Shi continued to persuade him.

After returning from the rice fields, Aola hesitated before going to Fei Li and Luo Sang’s home.

Standing at the door, he peeked inside.

Since Luo Sang left home, he hadn’t returned, and Fei Li was anxiously pacing back and forth inside the house.

When he glanced toward the entrance, he happened to see Aola peeking in, and their eyes met.

“Aola? What are you doing here?”

Although he believed that Aola wasn’t the one who destroyed the rice, that didn’t mean he could completely put aside their past grievances.

Noticing Fei Li’s unfriendly demeanor, Aola exchanged a few words with him before leaving.

Fei Li watched Aola walk away, feeling that some things were changing without him realizing it.

Having waited at home for a long time without seeing Luo Sang return, Fei Li decided to head to the rice fields.

The cracked rice fields were now filled with water, but the condition of the rice was worse than before.

The originally yellowed rice had been cut in half, and now only some dried stalks remained in the fields.

Fei Li stared at the damaged rice, frowning in pain. “These two damned orcs, we’ll settle this score later.” With that, he stepped into the center of the rice field and used his spiritual power to revive all the rice plants.

Seeing the revived rice, he clapped his hands in satisfaction.

As he planned to leave, he suddenly stopped, setting up a simple barrier around the rice fields to prevent anyone from coming to destroy the rice again.

After doing all this, he returned to the tribe.

As soon as he stepped into the tribe, he ran into Luo Sang.

Upon seeing him, Luo Sang was momentarily taken aback but ignored him and continued walking.

Fei Li blocked Luo Sang’s path. “Let me explain, things aren’t what you think.”

Luo Sang looked up, coldly staring at him.

“What do you think I think?”

Fei Li: “……”

This orc was being so serious, it was quite unbearable.

The more Luo Sang reacted this way, the more Fei Li wanted to clarify things and prevent misunderstandings from escalating.

He stepped forward and grabbed Luo Sang’s arm, looking into his bright eyes. “I’m willing to have children with you, let’s go home and do it now.”

Hearing him say this so suddenly, Luo Sang was momentarily at a loss for words.

This was the first time Fei Li had taken the initiative to say something so straightforward.

Coldly shaking off his hand, Luo Sang turned away, not wanting to engage with him.

Fei Li circled around to face Luo Sang. “What’s wrong? Don’t you want to anymore?”

Conflicts between lovers could often be resolved with just a simple argument, and if that didn’t work, they could have two, or even more!

The sun began to set, and the warm glow of the sunset cast long shadows on the two of them.

They stood in place, staring at each other.

Xiao Chun, looking anxious, spotted them from a distance and rushed over without a second thought.

Coming to a stop, Xiao Chun spoke with a hint of a sob in his voice, “Lord Luo Sang, Lord Fei Li, my child has suddenly gone missing. I’ve searched the entire tribe but can’t find him.”

As he spoke, Xiao Chun’s eyes turned red.

“When did he go missing? Where was he last seen?”

Xiao Chun looked at Luo Sang, explaining the situation of the missing child to both of them.

At this moment, Xiao Chun’s partner, Ah Nan, returned from outside the tribe and walked straight toward the three.

Seeing Ah Nan, Xiao Chun hurried to him. “Did you find Xiao Dingdang?”

Ah Nan shook his head in disappointment.

He had searched all around the tribe and hadn’t found any trace of Xiao Dingdang.

How far could a child run? How could he just vanish without a trace?

Fei Li remained silent, lost in thought.

The other three exchanged glances with Fei Li. He was always the first to step up when something happened in the tribe.

Why was he so quiet this time?

As an orc, Ah Nan didn’t place his hopes on Fei Li but instead looked at Luo Sang with pleading eyes.

“Lord Luo Sang, please help us find Xiao Dingdang. I beg you.”

As soon as he finished speaking, Ah Nan pulled Xiao Chun and bowed his head in front of Luo Sang.

Luo Sang replied, “Don’t worry, no matter who is missing, I will not ignore it. I will mobilize everyone in the tribe right now to help find Xiao Dingdang.”

“Thank you, Lord Luo Sang.”

“Thank you, Lord Luo Sang.”

Ah Nan and Xiao Chun expressed their gratitude while quickly bowing their heads to Luo Sang several times.

Before long, Luo Sang found Mao Li and instructed him to organize the search for Xiao Dingdang.

All the residents of the tribe immediately put down their work and began searching for Xiao Dingdang.

Everyone was busy looking for Xiao Dingdang, except for Fei Li, who remained motionless.

Not only Luo Sang, but even Xiao Chun, Ah Nan, and Mao Li noticed that something was off with him.

Everyone else continued searching for Xiao Dingdang without thinking too much about it.

Once everyone had dispersed, Fei Li planned to look for Aola. After seeing Aola, he returned to Xiao Chun and Ah Nan’s home looking relaxed.

At this point, most of the tribe members had gathered at Xiao Chun and Ah Nan’s doorstep, including Luo Sang.

People continued to return with news from their search for Xiao Dingdang. Xiao Chun couldn’t take it anymore and covered his ears, squatting on the ground and crying out loud.

Seeing this, Ah Nan softly comforted Xiao Chun, “Don’t worry, so many people are looking for Xiao Dingdang. We will definitely find him.”

“But we’ve searched the whole tribe. What if Xiao Dingdang left the tribe? There are orcs everywhere outside, could he…?” Before he could finish, tears streamed down Xiao Chun’s face as he tightly grasped Ah Nan’s arm.

In a world where the weak are preyed upon by the strong, no one would show mercy just because you are weak.

Thinking about the dangers Xiao Dingdang might face, Xiao Chun’s tears flowed uncontrollably.

Ah Nan said, “It won’t happen, don’t think like that.”

Fei Li approached, intending to comfort Xiao Chun, but Mu Dong hurriedly ran over, casting a concerned glance at Fei Li before standing directly in front of Luo Sang. “Lord Luo Sang, Qian Shi and Hu Yin want to see you.”

“What do they want?” Luo Sang furrowed his brow.

Mu Dong didn’t answer but leaned in and whispered a few words in Luo Sang’s ear.

Upon hearing this, Luo Sang’s expression changed dramatically, and his gaze unconsciously fell on Fei Li.

Feeling the strange looks from the two, Fei Li felt uncomfortable all over.

He looked up at them. “What’s wrong with you? Why are you both looking at me like that?”

The two averted their eyes in succession.

“Do you want to see them?”

Luo Sang glanced at Mu Dong. “Let them in.”

As soon as he finished speaking, Luo Sang looked at Fei Li and sat down on the ground.

Moments later, Mu Dong brought Hu Yin and Qian Shi over.

The moment Hu Yin and Qian Shi appeared, they immediately drew everyone’s attention.

Xiao Chun, with tear-filled eyes, caught sight of the small figure in Qian Shi’s arms and dashed over, snatching the child from Qian Shi’s hands.

Upon seeing the child’s face, Xiao Chun froze in place, tears streaming down like beads from a broken string.

Ah Nan approached Xiao Chun and looked at the child in his arms.

The familiar fur clothing and the familiar accessories at the waist were all things he had made with his own hands.

There was no doubt that this child was Xiao Dingdang.

As he focused on Xiao Dingdang’s face, Ah Nan’s reaction was identical to Xiao Chun’s.

Seeing this, Fei Li leaned forward to look at the child in Xiao Chun’s arms, and a chill ran down his back.

Xiao Dingdang’s face was dark and his small body looked as dry as a withered twig, as if he were a dried corpse drained of moisture.

“No, this isn’t Xiao Dingdang, Xiao Dingdang wouldn’t look like this.” Xiao Chun, tears in his eyes, shook his head repeatedly while looking at the lifeless body in his arms.

Ah Nan’s eyes were red with fury as he glared at Hu Yin and Qian Shi. “You will pay for my son’s life!”

As soon as he spoke, Ah Nan transformed into a fierce wolf, ready to pounce on Hu Yin and Qian Shi.

Qian Shi took a step back. “Calm down! We didn’t harm your son. We found him on the way, and after seeing so many people coming and going from your wolf tribe, we kindly brought him back to you.”

“You think you’re being kind? You clearly harmed Xiao Dingdang! I’m going to take revenge for him right now!”

Ah Nan wouldn’t listen to anything else. Showing his claws and fangs, he lunged at Qian Shi.

Luo Sang suddenly stood up and stepped in front of Ah Nan…
