Positive Energy System
Positive Energy System Chapter 4 part 2

{The first bit of positive energy}

Since he could still save his legs, there seemed to be more direction for his efforts. Ji Chenai wanted to get out of bed but found that his body was not as strong as his body before, it was difficult to move alone and just moving in short distance between the wheelchair made Ji Chenai break out in sweat profusely.

He slid his wheelchair to the mirror in the room and saw a pale and delicate face. The face was small, with fair skin and slightly longer hair, making it look completely different from a person in their twenties, but rather like a thin and small junior high school student.

Ji Chenai reached out and touched the cold mirror, looking at Zhou Yaoqin in the mirror with a gentle and indifferent smile.

Due to his disability, Zhou Yaoqin was not able to attend ordinary schools like other children, but with his arrogant personality, he couldn’t bear to attend school for the disabled. Therefore, in the end, he dropped out of school after losing his leg, only occasionally asking Zhou Yaoyun to bring back a few books for him to read at home.

Zhou Yaoqin gave up on himself.

Ji Chenai sighed in the mirror and whispered, “Thank you.” If possible, let him work hard to live for him, after all, only after death did he understand the value of life.

Just as Ji Chenai was looking in the mirror, the bedroom door suddenly opened and a boy’s voice came in. He said, “Brother, I bought you a cake.”

Ji Chenai turned his head and saw a face that was similar to Zhou Yaoqin, but this face did not have Zhou Yaoqin’s gloominess, instead, his eyebrows reflected his cheerfulness as sweat dripping from his shaved head. As he spoke, he wiped the sweat from his face with a towel and then handed the cake in his right hand to Ji Chenai.

Zhou Yaoyun said, “Brother, why is your face look unsightly?”

Ji Chenai took the cake and just hummed in a low voice.

Zhou Yaoyun inherited his father’s height of 1.84 meters and joined the school’s basketball team in her freshman year, becoming a regular member.

Their parents were not in this city, they were busy with work and had no time to take care of Zhou Yaoqin. So, they simply rented a house in the city where Zhou Yaoyun was studying at university so that Zhou Yaoyun could take care of Zhou Yaoqin while attending school.

The cake in Ji Chenai’s hand looked delicious when he remembered that Zhou Yaoyun should still be at school at this time, so he asked. “Why are you back?”

Zhou Yaoyun smiled naively and said, “We had a game today, I came home after the game. Brother, don’t you want to eat the cake?”

Gently pulling the ribbon, Ji Chenai slowly opened the small cake box and there he saw a very cute panda pattern on it. He picked up the spoon, took a small mouthful, and put it into his mouth.

Accepting the kindness of his younger brother may be a very pleasant thing for ordinary people, but for Zhou Yaoqin, who was depressed, it was a form of torture.

Ji Chenai’s body felt something, but he eventually swallowed the cake in his mouth.

Zhou Yaoqin was already dead, and the one who was alive now was Ji Chenai who was in Zhou Yaoqin’s body.

While Ji Chenai was eating cake, Zhou Yaoyun was talking about some school events next to Ji Chenai. Looking at his brother, perhaps he was seeing an illusion noticing that his brother’s expression today lacked some of the gloominess that had been worrying him and instead, he became extraordinarily peaceful. Even though he was sitting next to him, he didn’t feel uneasy standing, so Zhou Yaoyun who rarely talks about himself, chatted with his brother about his daily life.

Ji Chenai ate half of the cake and remained silent for a moment before saying, “Are you free tonight?”

Zhou Yaoyun nodded.

Ji Chenai said, “Can you push me out for a walk?”

Zhou Yaoyun’s smile filled his face as he said, “Of course, brother, you don’t know I’m really worried about you.”

Ji Chenai looked at Zhou Yaoyun’s smile and slowly smiled himself.

Zhou Yaoyun went to take a shower, changed his clothes, took out the leftover lunch heated it, and ate it.

After eating the cake, Ji Chenai lost his appetite, so he only had a small bowl of rice before putting down his chopsticks.

Seeing this, Zhou Yaoyun asked. “Brother, is that all you have to eat?”

Ji Chenai said, “I’m not very hungry.”

Zhou Yaoyun lamented, “I shouldn’t have given you cake first… Forget it, it’s okay. If you’re hungry tonight, I’ll cook dumplings for you.”

Ji Chenai let out a hum.
