Pregnant With My Rival’s Child
Pregnant With My Rival’s Child Chapter 53

Fu Rong was still uncertain about Chi Yao’s intentions.

Suddenly, Chi Yao grabbed Fu Rong’s collar and pulled him down.

Fu Rong was startled and, as he fell, managed to balance himself to avoid landing on Chi Yao. Although it had been a month, and Chi Yao’s body had recovered well, he was still fragile compared to before.

Chi Yao raised an eyebrow, having noticed Fu Rong’s small gesture. He saw all the little details; Fu Rong cared for him and paid attention to those details, and Chi Yao was actually very observant about it.

Letting go of Fu Rong’s collar, Chi Yao’s hand moved to Fu Rong’s slightly protruding Adam’s apple, and his fingers lightly traced two circles around it.

A smile curved on his lips, and his clear eyes seemed to hold some intention.

“You don’t want to play this way?”

I do!

Fu Rong almost shouted in his heart.

The alluring handsome guy in front of him, combined with the light fragrance of Chi Yao’s body wafting up to him—fresh from the shower, slightly pink and smelling of shower gel—captured Fu Rong’s heart in an instant, leaving him feeling as if his entire body had shut down, aside from his gaze fixed on that handsome face.

Fu Rong knew what Chi Yao meant; he just felt that what he had already received today was enough. He was afraid that with more, he would inevitably have to face the accompanying loss.

If that was the price, Fu Rong would rather Chi Yao not smile at him and remain indifferent instead.

“Can I come back tomorrow?” he asked, the words spilling out of his heart.

Chi Yao stared at Fu Rong for a while before bursting into laughter.

“Sure, you can come anytime. The baby seems to like you a lot.”

“And you?” Fu Rong was more curious about the answer to this question.

“Well, I’m still not sure.” Chi Yao didn’t give a definitive answer.

Deep down, he already had a rough idea of the outcome.

Fu Rong slowly stood up and distanced himself from Chi Yao. God knows how hard he was holding back; the veins on the back of his hand were popping out.

But no, Chi Yao had been tired all day, so he wouldn’t disturb this person any further; he wanted to let him sleep well.

Fu Rong genuinely thought this, forcefully suppressing the invasive thoughts that had emerged.

He said his goodbyes and was truly about to leave when his wrist was suddenly grabbed.

Then, Fu Rong was turned around, and the blanket covering Chi Yao was tossed aside, while his hand was pulled over.

It landed under the hem of Chi Yao’s pajamas.

Feeling the unusual warmth in his fingertips, Fu Rong’s gaze flickered. He looked at Chi Yao’s face, and Chi Yao was smiling.

At that moment, the corners of his eyes tinted with a faint blush, a charming blush.

“I think it would be better if you helped me. Can you help me?”

Chi Yao was asking Fu Rong for help.

A certain flame of restraint in Fu Rong’s eyes broke through its barriers and began to burn outward, quickly spreading to Chi Yao’s body.

“Chi Yao, really, don’t tease me like this.”

Fu Rong’s voice was low and hoarse, with the veins on his forehead starting to throb.

But Chi Yao seemed not to understand the meaning behind Fu Rong’s words. He smiled and sat up.

“I teased you, so how should you respond?”

Chi Yao’s fingertips brushed over the man’s face, bursting with hormones.

Suddenly, Chi Yao felt fortunate that it was this person.

Thank goodness it was this person; in the last life, he helped him and the baby collect their remains, and in this life, he came back to him and the baby.

If it had been anyone else, Chi Yao couldn’t even imagine.

In both lives, they were intertwined. If that couldn’t explain anything, then what could?

Having lived again, Chi Yao thought he should live more freely this time; he didn’t have to worry about anything anymore, because no one could harm him and the baby.

Chi Yao suddenly leaned in and kissed Fu Rong’s lips.

The man’s pupils quivered, and he immediately wrapped his arms around Chi Yao, causing both of them to fall together in bed.

Fu Rong held Chi Yao, not letting him fall too hard.

With a quick roll, their positions switched in an instant.

Chi Yao lowered his eyelids, his thick and long eyelashes fluttering like butterfly wings, instantly reminding Fu Rong of a certain time last year when Chi Yao had a pair of butterfly wings tattooed on his back, vibrant and alluring.

Fu Rong’s fingertips moved up, landing on the back of Chi Yao’s neck and then down to the shoulder blades.

“Did you erase the tattoo?”

“Yeah, I was afraid you’d find out.” Chi Yao nodded.

“Does it hurt?” Although the tattoo wasn’t large, it wasn’t a sticker, so Fu Rong knew it would definitely hurt.

“A little, but it looks good, doesn’t it?”

Clearly, Fu Rong had really liked that butterfly tattoo at the time, even having hooked onto the tips of the wings. At that moment, Chi Yao felt like he was also a butterfly, with the most vulnerable part of him being caught by the teeth.

“Can you get another one?” Fu Rong looked at Chi Yao in his embrace, gazing at him.

They were close, their body temperatures intertwining and spreading.

“No, how about you get one instead?” Chi Yao had initially gotten that tattoo to deceive Fu Rong to borrow some seeds from him, and now that his goal had been achieved, he had no interest in getting another one.

“Sure.”

Fu Rong suddenly nodded, and Chi Yao felt as if Fu Rong could jump out of the window without hesitation if he told him to.

“You said it; I’ll give you the tattoo artist’s number tomorrow.” Chi Yao’s hand brushed down Fu Rong’s cheek, feeling the warmth of his skin.

Fu Rong merely nodded.

Chi Yao leaned down, resting against Fu Rong’s ear. He had forgotten to mention it last time, so he made up for it this time: “Fu Rong, can I borrow some semen from you?”

Fu Rong froze, staring at Chi Yao intently. Chi Yao’s laughter was exuberant[1]filled with energy and enthusiasm, and Fu Rong pulled Chi Yao’s neck, pressing him down into his embrace.

As Fu Rong is about to leave the room, the night sky was already very dark. Fu Rong tucked the blanket around Chi Yao’s feet, and Chi Yao slightly squinted his eyes. Fu Rong leaned down and pecked Chi Yao’s forehead.

Fu Rong turned off the lights and went downstairs to check on the baby. It was late at night, and the baby was awake again. When Fu Rong arrived, the nanny was playing with the baby. He picked the baby up from the crib and held him close, his gaze filled with immense tenderness. The baby reached out with tiny hands to touch Fu Rong’s face, and Fu Rong leaned in, allowing the baby to feel his face.

After playing with the baby until he fell asleep, Fu Rong finally left.

All the lights in the villa were off. Standing outside the door, Fu Rong gazed toward Chi Yao’s room, a tender smile in his eyes.

Fu Rong had also bought a house in the neighborhood and could now be said to live here most of the time.

Upon returning to his own residence, Fu Rong changed into slippers and first went to the bathroom to rinse his mouth.

Then, he undressed and stood under the shower. The water poured over his face, and Fu Rong squinted his eyes, his vision blurred. In that blur, a figure faintly appeared. Fu Rong raised his head to look directly at it. That figure emitted a light fragrance, the scent seeping into Fu Rong’s body, causing his breathing to deepen.

His thoughts suddenly returned to a short while ago in the villa, in Chi Yao’s bedroom.

Fu Rong pressed his tongue against his teeth, chuckling softly, a low, magnetic sound.

The slightly red corners of Chi Yao’s eyes, the droplet of tears clinging to his lashes, and the softly parted crimson lips released a voice that sounded like a heavenly melody.

Every detail seemed to magnify before Fu Rong’s eyes, expanding infinitely.

Fu Rong’s palm fell to his memeber, unable to feel satisfied.

He had found a little satisfaction at Chi Yao’s place, but it only gave rise to more greed and desire.

Fu Rong tilted his head back and turned the hot water to cold, allowing the cold water to wash over his body. He stood quietly for a while, finally taking a cold shower before returning to his bedroom to sleep.

Get Me Pregnant and I Should Have You First

It could be said that everyone around Fu Rong was aware of his pursuit of Chi Yao. However, another surprising event occurred: Shen Ling, who Chi Yao chased back then, suddenly started pursuing him as well.

One morning, when someone sent roses over, Chi Yao was puzzled, thinking they were from Fu Rong. Upon receiving the flowers and seeing the card, he realized it was from Shen Ling.

Chi Yao shook his head and smiled, unsure of what Shen Ling was trying to achieve. He called him up immediately.

Shen Ling anticipated that Chi Yao would call and, after answering, smiled as he asked, “If you don’t like the roses, I’ll switch to something else next time.”

Shen Ling was pretending to be clueless. Chi Yao replied directly, “I thought you didn’t like my type at all.”

“How could that be? I really like you.”

Chi Yao didn’t believe it: “I remember you once found someone who looked like me, my substitute?”

Chi Yao thought of someone from the past and realized he hadn’t seen that person in a while.

“A substitute is still a substitute, and I’ve already let him go. He’s not you.”

“Do you think I would be okay with that? Shen Ling, isn’t it fine if we leave it like this?”

Why did he suddenly want to pursue him?

Had something stimulated him?

“You can allow Fu Rong to pursue you, so why can’t I? Do you already like him?” Shen Ling brought Fu Rong up.

He felt a bit resentful; those two people, originally closed to him, had suddenly left, and they were acting so intimate—it was too much for Shen Ling. He wanted to take one of them back.

He and Fu Rong were impossible; everyone was just playing roles in the past, and now it was Chi Yao’s turn.

Chi Yao had a child, who resembled him as a baby. Shen Ling had seen Chi Yao’s childhood photos, so he had no doubts about the child’s identity.

As for the child’s mother, the one who gave birth, Shen Ling currently had no leads to investigate.

At one point, Shen Ling had even suspected the child might be Fu Rong’s, but the child didn’t resemble Fu Rong, and since he was Chi Yao’s, it couldn’t possibly be Fu Rong’s.

So Shen Ling didn’t pry any further.

“I’ll say this first: Shen Ling, we’re done. I hope you won’t act like this anymore. I won’t give you any response.”

“And I could never be with you.”

Chi Yao didn’t want to directly curse at him; cursing Shen Ling was pointless.

“A lifetime is still long. Chi Yao, you don’t need to be so absolute.”

Clearly, Shen Ling had too much confidence in himself. He believed that since Chi Yao once loved him so much, there must still be a place for him in Chi Yao’s heart. As long as he showed a bit of affection, Chi Yao would return to him.

Chi Yao understood Shen Ling’s nature; this person wouldn’t give up so easily, but he had no worries, as someone would help him fend off Shen Ling.

That person soon learned of Shen Ling’s intentions and knew he was sending flowers to Chi Yao. He began sending his own—not pre-packaged but rather planting seedlings directly.

He personally planted the seedlings in the backyard, utilizing a patch of empty space. Fu Rong made use of that area to plant roses and lilies.

He worked quickly, even learning how to grow flowers while he planted, bringing in professionals to teach him.

Fu Rong’s approach was clearly different from Shen Ling’s.

Fu Rong didn’t believe Shen Ling could compete with him; with the baby as his trump card, Shen Ling had no chance whatsoever.

Besides, the person Chi Yao sought out in the beginning was him, not Shen Ling, which was enough to indicate Chi Yao’s stance.

However, even so, Shen Ling’s pursuit was quite aggressive on the surface.

Due to the baby, Chi Yao didn’t have much time to manage his company, leaving it to trusted subordinates. Money was no longer an issue for Chi Yao; he had enough and didn’t worry about it. Instead, he spent more time with the baby.
