Chapter 66
Cha Jiuzhang froze for a moment, almost coughing up blood as vivid images instantly filled his mind.
His body reacted instinctively…
His nose itched—uh-oh, that familiar feeling!
He quickly jumped up, his face flushed red. Glaring at Jiang Tiantian in frustration, he pointed at her angrily.
“Jiang Tiantian, y-you’re something else! Just you wait!”
After saying that, he awkwardly clamped his legs together and rushed out.
As soon as he left, Jiang Tiantian suddenly noticed two fresh drops of blood on the floor near the door.
She burst into laughter, doubling over while clutching her stomach.
“Hahahaha…”
This man was too easy to tease!
But honestly, it wasn’t her fault.
She really didn’t mind at all.
The problem was that Cha Jiuzhang, this stubborn fool, had promised his grandfather something and refused to break his vow no matter what.
So, what could she do? She couldn’t just force him!
Oh well, whoever holds back suffers the most!
Let this fool continue being a disciplined little ninja turtle!
Jiang Tiantian took a deep breath, calmed herself down, and sat back to continue reviewing the architectural design of the hot spring resort.
She had to admit, Cha Jiuzhang was a talented architect.
His design seamlessly blended with the surrounding environment, perfectly incorporating the heavy, ancient, and rustic charm of Chajia Village.
At the same time, he introduced refreshing and eye-catching creative elements.
Clearly, he had designed this last year when the village first started discussing the hot spring project.
Now, he had made some modifications based on the ideas she had suggested.
But in Jiang Tiantian’s view, his approach was still a bit too conservative.
She couldn’t blame him.
He had no idea how rapidly things would develop in the future, nor did he know how much people would come to love and pursue leisure resorts like this.
She was very satisfied with his design style—it just needed a little push to make him more ambitious.
After all, in Jiang Tiantian’s vision,
Chajia Village was destined to become a comprehensive hot spring destination integrating wellness, beauty treatments, ecological tourism, sports, and shopping.
This project wasn’t just about a single resort; it involved planning for the entire village and even the entire valley.
So, the first phase of construction couldn’t be too rigid—it had to leave room for future expansion.
Half an hour later…
Cha Jiuzhang finally appeared at the door.
He hesitated, clearly reluctant to enter, and even looked at her with a hint of grievance in his eyes.
Jiang Tiantian raised an eyebrow. This guy…
Not only was he dramatic, but he really knew how to put on a show!
She noticed his slightly evasive gaze and the lingering fluster on his face.
She found it hilarious.
Lately, she had developed a liking for teasing him until he lost control, just to see that helpless expression of his.
So, she walked over and pulled him into the room. “Oh, come on! No need to be shy—it’s only natural! I totally understand!”
She even gave him a playful wink.
Cha Jiuzhang’s face burned with embarrassment. He wished he could sew her mouth shut!
Jiang Tiantian pushed him onto a chair, then ignored his resistance and plopped down onto his lap.
She wrapped one arm around his neck while using the other to brush through his damp hair, gently wiping away the water droplets on his face.
Cha Jiuzhang stared at her with a mix of frustration and helplessness.
“You little troublemaker, keep pushing me and I might just devour you whole!”
Jiang Tiantian grinned, unfazed. She knew exactly how strong his self-control was by now.
She coaxed him with a smile. “Alright, don’t be mad—I have serious business to discuss.”
She pulled out the architectural design of the hot spring resort and laid out a rough sketch of the valley’s topography that she had just drawn.
She marked different locations in the village and throughout the valley.
“This is what I have in mind.”
“In the future, we should make Chajia Village a true ‘hot spring paradise’—where every step leads to a scenic view and a relaxing soak.”
“Instead of one large, centralized hot spring resort, we should spread out multiple mid-sized and small-scale hot spring facilities, each with a unique theme.”
“This way, we can cater to different preferences.”
Jiang Tiantian took Cha Jiuzhang’s large hand and pressed it against her cheek.
She spoke gently, “Look, most women prioritize beauty and skincare. So, we can create a beauty-focused hot spring with milk baths, rose baths, and herbal baths… The water itself will have skin-enhancing effects, and in the future, we can even develop a beauty product line.”
“We could introduce soothing, anti-inflammatory facial mists, or extract essential oils from wild tea flowers, wild roses, and lilies in the mountains. We could even make natural skincare soaps with goat milk…”
“In short, women’s money is the easiest to earn.”
Cha Jiuzhang, initially still feeling awkward, was soon captivated by her proposal.
As he gently stroked her smooth skin, he started seriously considering the feasibility of her plan.
Jiang Tiantian continued, “Men, on the other hand, enjoy scenic views and socializing. So, we can build an open-air hot spring here.”
She pointed to a high point in the valley.
“From there, you can take in the entire valley and the surrounding mountains. It will also provide an open and comfortable space for men to gather and socialize.”
After letting him digest the idea, she pointed toward Cha Jizu’s medicinal garden and pharmacy.
“Grandpa has extensive knowledge of traditional medicine. We could create a dedicated wellness spa to treat conditions like skin disorders, arthritis, and joint pain using a combination of hot spring therapy and herbal baths.”
“Don’t underestimate this—if we print some flyers and have Xiaoliu distribute them in major hospitals and specialty clinics in big cities, people might come specifically for this.”
She wasn’t making things up.
Xiaoqi had told her that the system had further analyzed the spring water and confirmed its exceptional quality. Regular soaking provided numerous health benefits, and when combined with specific beauty or medicinal treatments, it could indeed achieve these effects.
Jiang Tiantian presented her entire vision for the hot spring village as if it were a case study from a successfully developed international project.
Cha Jiuzhang absorbed the information like a sponge.
So, abroad, they had already implemented such successful operations?
Cha Jiuzhang was undoubtedly intelligent. He grasped the concept immediately.
What he lacked was a broader perspective and experience in planning something on this scale.
And Jiang Tiantian could help him bridge that gap.
By the end, Cha Jiuzhang was brimming with inspiration.
Excited, he hurriedly pulled out fresh sheets of paper and began sketching new plans.
Just as he was about to start drawing, he suddenly realized—
The little troublemaker was still nestled in his arms.
Cha Jiuzhang smirked mischievously, lifted her up, and placed her onto a chair beside him.
He leaned in, planting a quick kiss on her cheek.
“Be good. Play by yourself for a bit—I’ll keep you company later.”
Then, he turned back to his desk and began sketching in earnest.
Jiang Tiantian watched him, amused.
Frowning in concentration one moment, smiling the next, then absentmindedly biting his lip…
She found it endlessly entertaining.
Walking up behind him, she gently patted his head with affection.
Such thick, healthy black hair—he better not go bald from staying up late all the time!
Maybe she should ask Grandpa if their family had any secret hair-growth remedies. Better to be prepared in advance!
Not wanting to disturb him further, Jiang Tiantian leaned in close to his ear and whispered teasingly:
“Husband, if you miss me, come find me… but I won’t open the door for you!”
With a laugh, she dashed out of the room.
Cha Jiuzhang rubbed his ear, shaking his head with a helpless smile.
This woman…
She was getting bolder by the day!
