At this moment, Beibei was pouting, on the verge of tears. Ye Mo quickly pulled out a lollipop and popped it into Beibei’s mouth. His eyes lit up instantly, “So sweet!”

“Of course, lollipops are supposed to be sweet!” It was the first time Ye Mo had given her child a lollipop, all because of this man, Mo Mo.

Ye Mo gently stroked his head, then lifted him from Mo Mo’s arms and placed him on the ground, “Go and play with your brothers and sisters!”

“Okay!” Beibei happily ran off. A lollipop—surely his siblings would like that too.

As Beibei ran away, Ye Mo glared at Mo Mo, “Do you really enjoy teasing the kid that much?”

“Teasing him once is fun, teasing him every time is even better, and if you keep teasing him, it’s the best fun!” Mo Mo looked at Ye Mo and whispered in her ear, “That goes for you too!”

Ye Mo kicked at him, but Mo Mo jumped away quickly. She gave him a frustrated look, “What happened to your cold, aloof persona?”

She had this feeling that when this guy wanted to be playful, even Qin Lin was nothing compared to him.

Thinking of Qin Lin, she asked Mo directly, “Has Qin Lin been in touch with you?”

“Yes! He’s been pestering me about how to teleport here.” Like he would ever tell him that! It was obvious Qin Lin was trying to steal her away, and Mo Mo wasn’t stupid.

“Just ignore him. Let him stay on Planet One and keep himself busy. At least that way, we won’t get cursed out by his harem of concubines.” Ye Mo was really tired of those princes and princesses—they were such a headache!

This person was a small-time blogger and usually had a few people following him. Soon, people started asking questions, “Is this real?”

“Is someone really selling a child on a pet site?”

“The poor kid! They’re being sold like a pet!”

“I bet the parents wanted to sell the kid somewhere else, but the other teleportation chambers don’t provide air. Only the pet site’s teleportation chambers can carry living things.”

Soon, everyone started flocking to the Pet Baby site to find the listing.

Then someone placed the first bid at 600 million. If no one raised the bid within half an hour, the child would be sold for that amount.

People were getting excited, and as more began to watch, bids started coming in. Each raise was by one million.

Soon, the price had climbed from 601 million to 650 million. At last, the bidding stopped.

Half an hour later, the auction was complete, and everyone turned their attention to the buyer.

The buyer was a wealthy woman from District 3, reportedly worth at least tens of billions, but she had no heir.

The puppet doll was successfully delivered to the woman. When she held the child, her hands were trembling. She couldn’t believe it had actually worked. She had really bought a child from the Pet Baby site.

She proudly posted pictures of the child on her blog, even including a video of the baby drinking milk.

The woman said the milk was a gift from the seller, and she had already contacted the seller to buy more. She didn’t want her child drinking synthetic nutrients—after all, she didn’t even drink that stuff herself.

Oh my god! It was real. It really happened!

The interstellar community went wild. Someone had actually bought a living child from the Pet Baby site. 650 million—it was a fortune, but everyone agreed it was worth it.

“I want a child too! Is the seller going to list more?”

“Seller, I want a pretty girl. I’ll offer 800 million.”

“Seller, I want a child, any gender. Just put another one up!”

“Seller…”

Ye Mo’s anonymous account was flooded with requests. Even the Pet Baby site’s management reached out to her because the site’s owner wanted a child too.

Ye Mo checked the message and she directly asked the owner what was going on. She was surprised to find that the owner was willing to pay 700 million for a handsome boy. He even promised that if she auctioned children on the site, he wouldn’t take a cut from the sales. However, he did request that the milk powder and the like be sold through the Pet Baby site.

Ye Mo raised her eyebrows. The owner had a good sense of business, after all. Milk powder and the like were a long-term necessity. As for children, it was hard to say when one would be born in this galaxy.
