The Battle Against the Zerg, Part 1

After a year of cultivation, Yan Mingke had now reached the early Foundation Establishment stage. His confidence was soaring. During this time, he proposed to Mo Mo that whether it is the Zerg or the Beast Race, they should start attacking them as soon as they have time. Now that they had grown stronger and were preparing to leave the interstellar space in the future, he intended to take this opportunity to eliminate the threat once and for all—at least to the point where the Zerg and Beast Race wouldn’t dare approach the interstellar for the next hundreds of years.

“They aren’t even wearing mechas, what to do? Are they going to die like this?”

“That can’t be! Quick, follow them with the cameras! We need to see what the Zerg are like!”

“Yeah! Get those cameras in there!”

“Hurry up! Hurry!”

“I’m feeling fired up!”

“Same here! I’ve never felt this excited watching a battle before. Our forces just charged into the Zerg barehanded!”

“The camera’s following them!” someone shouted, spotting the feed going in.

Soon, the viewers saw the other side of the wormhole.

“Is this the Zerg’s world? It’s kind of disgusting…”

“Oh my god, it looks like the inside of a giant dirt meat.”

The Zerg world was a dark, grim place. It looked like a massive, fleshy organ with countless Zerg creatures swarming around. The darker areas were somewhat bearable, but in the pale sections, the sight of the Zerg creatures was downright nauseating.

“This is the inside of a giant queen Zerg,” Mo Mo commented.

Yan Mingke was shocked. “We’re inside the Zerg’s body?”

“No worries. We’ll wreck the place and get out,” Mo Mo said calmly.

Back in the interstellar space, people were watching in disbelief as the broadcast showed barehanded soldiers wreaking havoc. Despite their lack of weapons, the sheer force they unleashed was far stronger than any mecha.

“How are they so powerful?”

“I heard a long time ago that to enter the Planet Elf, you had to know how to cultivate. Sadly, I can’t cultivate.”

“Me neither. I feel so frustrated. I missed the chance to enter Planet Elf.”

“Why won’t God give me a chance? Just one chance to rise to the top!”

“Did I just see General Yan Mingke from District 7 listening to General Mo Mo?”

“Ha! District 7 has a new general now. A part of them moved to District 8, while the rest went back. The Planet Elf now belongs to District 8.”

“You’re wrong. The Planet Elf isn’t District 8’s anymore. They have a new general now, and the Planet Elf belongs to General Mo Mo.”

“It’s a private planet now?”

In other words, humans could now invade the Zerg world at any time, but the Zerg couldn’t invade District 8.

This news excited everyone. The fisherman’s platform even set up cameras on both sides of the portal for 24/7 monitoring.

Some adventurous souls from District 8 snuck into the area and stood within the array, observing the Zerg world from a safe distance. The sight of the enormous mother Zergs flying through the air, occasionally brushing past the wormhole, was shocking.
