Disgusted
Ye Mo couldn’t help but frown; she had a feeling that those old ladies wouldn’t be easy to deal with.
“Are you afraid they’ll find you?”
“The flowers in the yard can’t be seen by anyone!” Ye Mo sighed. After all, she couldn’t stop Grandma Yu from making friends.
This matter was really difficult to handle.
“No way, let’s move the flowers!” Mo Mo said seriously.
“Alright!” Ye Mo nodded.
The two of them went straight to the villa’s rooftop. Sitting there, they could see Grandma Yu and the old ladies entering the tea house from a distance.
“Don’t worry, I guarantee they won’t disturb your life now,” Mo Mo promised.
Ye Mo waved her hand. “I’ll just remove the flowers. As long as I don’t come out when they’re around, no one will notice me.”
“True!” Mo Mo understood that Ye Mo didn’t want to interfere with her grandmother’s life.
That night, after everyone had gone to bed, Ye Mo used her magic to transport all the flowers from the garden into her personal space.
By morning, the garden was empty, looking just like any other household’s yard, except for the rooftop garden.
When Grandma Yu and Aunt Yu woke up and saw the garden devoid of flowers, they were terrified.
“What happened? Where did all the flowers go?”
“Mom, I have no idea!” Aunt Yu was extremely nervous. She knew someone had come to see Grandma Yu the day before, and she was really afraid her mother had unwittingly invited trouble into their home.
At that moment, Ye Mo walked out, “Grandma, Auntie, I removed the flowers in the garden. Now, if you meet any friends, you can invite them over without any worries.”
Grandma Yu realized that Ye Mo must have found out about the visitors from the previous day. Feeling a bit embarrassed, she said, “Mo Mo, I didn’t know those people would come by.”
“Grandma, it’s fine. You can invite them in from now on. Our house is just like the others now; there’s nothing to worry about.” Ye Mo had already asked the butler to set up some fitness equipment in the yard. This way, even if Grandma Yu invited guests over, they would have something to do.
A smile appeared on Grandma Yu’s face. Being able to invite people over was indeed nice. The day before, when she had invited those women for tea, they had all wanted to come over and take a look.
She had declined their request, worried they might push their way in next time. But now, with the flowers gone, the yard looked just like any other.
Though Ye Mo allowed Grandma Yu to bring people over, she still protected her living space on the third floor and the rooftop with a special formation. After all, the rooftop garden was even more impressive than the one in the yard and couldn’t be exposed.
Mo Mo hadn’t expected Ye Mo to be so decisive. He had planned to have afternoon tea with her, but Caser, that guy had unexpectedly sought him out.
Mo Mo thought about it and decided to meet with him. After all, they had been classmates and roommates.
When Mo Mo told Ye Mo he was going to meet Prince Caser, she was surprised. Lately, Mo Mo had been telling her everywhere he went, almost like he was reporting to her.
Ye Mo prepared some snacks for Mo Mo, but when he met Prince Caser, he didn’t give them to him. Instead, he said, “Look, these are snacks my fiancée made for me.”
Prince Caser’s eyes widened. “You have a fiancée here? Don’t you know that your family on Star One has arranged a woman for you?”
“I’m not part of the Mo family anymore; you should know that.” Mo Mo looked at Prince Caser.
Prince Caser knew that Mo Mo had achieved everything on his own. “But blood ties can’t be severed.”
Mo Mo scoffed, “Please, if something has no real value in the present, it doesn’t matter if it exists or not.” Many children of the Mo family had been abandoned, with nearly half not surviving. After all, sending a five or six-year-old child out to fend for themselves was dangerous in the interstellar world.
But what others couldn’t do, the Mo family could.
In Mo Mo’s view, since they had abandoned him, they had no right to cling to his success now.
But the Mo family recruiting a woman for him? That was shameless!
“I will never go back to the Mo family,” Mo Mo declared, raising an eyebrow.
Prince Caser sighed, “You’re impressive, but compared to me, I’m still struggling with the issue of an heir at the moment.”
“Find more women, cast a wide net, and you’ll find the right one,” Mo Mo suggested with a smirk.
“Brother, my fertility rate is just like yours—only eight percent,” Prince Caser replied, exasperated.
Mo Mo smiled, “That’s exactly why I’m encouraging you. If you work a little harder, you’ll soon be like me.”
Hearing this and seeing the smile on Mo Mo’s face, Prince Caser’s expression changed. “Wait… that pregnant woman on Kamo Star is yours?”
Mo Mo raised his eyebrows. “That’s right. So don’t even think about it—she’s carrying my child.”
He handed Prince Caser a glass of water. “Drink this. Don’t say I never helped you!”
Prince Caser trusted Mo Mo, so he drank the water without hesitation.
Half an hour later, Mo Mo reminded him to check his health and fertility levels. When Prince Caser saw his fertility rate had increased to twenty-eight percent, his eyes nearly popped out. “This… this…”
“This is a secret. I only had a little left, and since it no longer works for me, I gave it to you.” Mo Mo lied when he mentioned about the real quantity of life essence water in his possession because he knew Prince Caser had a tough streak.
“Thanks, brother!” Although they didn’t keep in touch often, their bond was strong when it mattered.
Mo Mo waved it off. “Just make sure you have an heir soon. By the way, that woman you found, Yu He, is my wife’s sister. She has a lover, so be careful.”
“A lover?” Prince Caser narrowed his eyes.
“Yeah, a guy named Zhang Yuming. He was supposed to be my wife’s fiancé, but Yu He stole him away.” Mo Mo stood up, patted Prince Kassel on the shoulder, and walked out. “I’m just giving you a heads-up. What you do is up to you.”
Prince Caser felt disgusted. He wasn’t one to force things on people. He had only locked up Yu He and Yu Fengqi to lure Ye Mo out. Later, when Yu He found out who he was, she clung to him.
