“I’ve finished the work! Let me cook dinner,” Tang Feng offered.

“Registering a company is the easy part. The challenge is deciding who will be the CEO,” Tang Feng replied.

“Why not choose someone from among them?” Su Xiaoli discussed.

“Definitely not,” Tang Feng shook his head, “They are teachers and researchers, mainly responsible for technology. If they were to become the CEO, they wouldn’t have the mindset to improve their technical skills.”

“I have a good candidate in mind,” Tang Feng thought of a name.

“Who?” Su Xiaoli asked.

“Tang Jun, the CEO of Microsoft’s China region,” Tang Feng answered.

“I’ve heard of him! Being able to hold such a high position in Microsoft, he must be very capable! However, he might not be willing to join a newly established company,” Su Xiaoli worried.

“What kind of compensation plan do you have in mind for him if he agrees to join your company?” Su Xiaoli inquired.

“Salary isn’t the main issue. It’s more about the shares. I’m thinking of offering him 10% of the shares,” Tang Feng answered.

“10% sounds like a lot. But compared to his current income, there might still be a significant gap,” Su Xiaoli remarked.

“It depends on the future. If the company does well and generates high revenue, then he can definitely earn a better income. Of course, it’s not all about money. Defeating Microsoft and becoming the new dominator of the computer operating system market seems more appealing,” Tang Feng stated.

“That sounds reasonable. I’ll give it a try,” Su Xiaoli agreed.
