Eden just shouted without caring about anything else and lightly closed the window, whereas others were not as relaxed as he was—

Emperor: *speechless* They are my shadow guards you are ordering to! *but then realized something and was shocked* He knew that they were monitored?

Shadow guards on 3rd and 8th trees: *speechless* We serves the mighty emperor only, not you! *but still went to the designated work*

Shadow guards on 5th, 7th, and 10th trees: *surprised* He knew that we were spying over them? So when the concubine warned us tonight was true?

This was really shocking that a 6 years old kid has such a sharpness, that even the military commander may seem novice. After all, even the current general may not sense them keenly.

Soon the 2 shadow guards brought clothes and milk for the little prince. But they left it at the window and when they were about to knock to let Eden know, Eden was already there.

Eden: *lifted his left hand and signalled them to leave* “You are quite slow!” *close the window*

Those guards: *regretting being born now* Is this something a child should say? *gritting their teeth*

Next Day

The emperor came early, after all he has to attend the morning court. Such a hardworking emperor, but… there are people who don’t know how to wake up early if nothing important, and for them, the emperor is nothing but a nominal family member.

He stood there for more than half an hour, but no one opened the door, and he knew that they won’t care whether it is the empire’s emperor or the king of hell who came to their door. So he went to the court…

Eden: wakes up nearly at 9 A. M. and check on the baby then went to fill the water to fresh-n-up. He then prepared bath water for his mom and asks the maid to warm another basin of water and a towel.

2nd princess: had an elegant smile, but smugness can’t be hidden from her face…

4th Princess: *shook her skirt with arrogance* “Can’t you see that we are the Royal, you low life! Come and pay your respect to us Royals!”

1st Princess: just had a provocative and arrogant smile…

Whereas, the 5th Prince was clearly enjoying this with smugness, and the 6th Prince was still ignorant of all this.
