Chapter 264.1
ーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーー
A group of pioneer teams departed from Resta to Borash Plains to begin the town development.
The pioneer team included Taylor-san’s subordinate, a handsome blond architect, Brat-san and more than 80 skilled construction workers. And there were 20 enthusiastic settlers who joined the team too, including farmers, lumberjacks and stonemasons alike. (Apparently they believed settling in a new town would be more profitable than staying in Resta, given the demand for construction materials and food for the new town.)
There were several beautiful women from the entertainment district in the list too. (In my eyes, they were simply coming along because they were a fan of Brat-san but it seemed they also saw a great potential of business in the entertainment area as well.)
In order to ensure their safety, 20 members of ‘Blue Brigade’ (official name : Baron Wolfszarn’s army) under Juno’s command would be coming with them.
Merchant caravans could be seen here and there, conducting business with the people gathered.
‘Blue Brigade’, or Baron Wolfszarn’s army, had 56 members right now. 20 members were chosen to guard the pioneer teams but we actually planned on dividing the army into three groups to serve as a defense team for the following settlers.
Based on the organization structure, Juno was the top leader, serving as the commander of the entire army. Three vice commanders would be chosen to lead each three divided units. Margo, whose main role was to manage the equipment and supplies without engaging in actual combat, was assigned as the leader of the staff managerial. Together with Juno, both of them formed a two-person leadership.
One day, Yurina-san said she wanted to go out to have a sleepover with Sarasa and Elsa. Apparently, they wanted to cheer Elsa up, who was feeling down because she had to be separated from Juno.
Indeed. When I went to check on the condition of Wolf Cub’s Village yesterday, I stopped by Elsa’s inn. She seemed to be missing her usual cheerful smile…
Elsa was known for her cheerful disposition. If she was feeling this dejected to the point she was losing her trademark charm, the adventurers of her inn must be getting worried about her.
I guess I need to find someone to work as a guard to accompany Elsa so she can meet up with Juno before sending out the next settlers team…But if I want to accomplish that, I would need Elsa’s mom’s cooperation…
I started to think about how to give Juno and Elsa their little surprise gift.
ーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーー
T/N: I guess MC needs Elsa’s mom’s help to make a new child to succeed the inn. I think Elsa is an only child?
