After their walk, Aunt Zhou had already cleaned and tidied the kitchen and left for the day.

Shang Yanci took over the use of the kitchen and made cakes and desserts for Pei Yuning.

Pei Yuning followed behind him: “A Yan, can I help?”

Shang Yanci opened the refrigerator: “One person in the house is enough to cook. The bedroom lights have been changed. Go up and try them. If you still find them too bright, we’ll change them to a different kind tomorrow.”
