Chapter 43: Finding You a Husband

Lei Honghua glared at Liu Afang, “Liu Afang, are you dead? Look at the disrespectful, ill-mannered child you’ve raised!”

Liu Afang’s face turned pale.

The expected battle ended quietly.

Qiao Youfu and Qiao Youcai seemed to understand.  Whenever Lei Honghua caused trouble, they beat Qiao Jianguo.

They threatened to kill him at night.

Qiao Jiuwang couldn’t stop them.  Lei Honghua didn’t dare to make trouble and cooked quietly.

The couple were angry and didn’t let Qiao Jianguo sleep alone.  They moved his daybed into their room.

The three of them couldn’t sleep.

They were angry and anxiously awaited dawn.

Waiting for the Chens to take Qiao Jiangxin away, waiting for her retribution.

The next day, despite bloodshot eyes, Lei Honghua was energetic.

She opened the door early to welcome their guests.
