Lu Yunyao lay on the examination bed, feeling the cool ultrasound probe sliding over her abdomen.

“Hmm?” The doctor murmured to himself.

At that moment, both Lu Yunyao and Fu Sichan felt their hearts leap.

“Is something wrong?”

The doctor’s expression turned serious. “Let me take a closer look.”

Lu Yunyao couldn’t help but feel a bit anxious.

Standing beside her, Fu Sichan held her hand tightly, silently offering warmth.

After a long three minutes, the doctor’s serious expression shifted to surprise.

“Congratulations to both of you, Mrs. Fu is expecting twins.”

Fu Sichan’s pupils dilated. “Twins?”

The doctor, with a hint of envy, replied, “Congratulations again, this is even rarer than ordinary twins. However, one of the sacs is smaller and developing slowly, which is why it wasn’t detected earlier.”

Rarer than ordinary twins? What did that mean?
