Chapter 4: Killing the Mutants

Chu Xihen went to the window in the lounge and leaned out to look at the airport exit. He saw Lou Su and his group walking out.

Hao Ren must have arranged for them to search for survivors nearby, wanting to gather everyone at the airport. This would make rescue or relocation easier, saving them from having to search for people everywhere later.

In the original novel’s plot, he, this cannon fodder character, was bitten to death by a green-furred wolf in the lounge.

And at the moment he was bitten by the green-furred wolf, Lou Su was meeting another protagonist.

“Troublesome,” Chu Xihen sighed softly, got off the sofa, and walked to the window.

Seeing him approach, the green-furred wolf quickened its movements, wanting to squeeze in quickly for a good meal.

Chu Xihen raised his right hand, his slender fingers clenched into a fist, and punched the green-furred wolf’s head. Green liquid splattered out.

The green-furred wolf also fell to the ground below, dying instantly without even twitching its legs.

Wiping the green blood off his hand with a sofa cushion, and then closing the window, Chu Xihen slung his backpack over his shoulder and left the lounge.

At this time, the waiting hall was already in chaos. The ceiling had been corroded by the green-furred wolf’s liquid, creating a hole. Green-furred wolves were jumping down from above.

If they didn’t awaken abilities and didn’t have skills, they would always be protected by others, which would eventually lead to death.
